The unit is clean with a secured parking area within the compound. Location is walking distance to Levitown market, restaurants and S&R. The host is responsive and Mam Beth is amazing.

We had a great stay at Shiraz Twin Lakes Tagaytay! The location was very convenient, being near our retreat venue and close to many restaurants. The room was clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The host was also very responsive, making the check-in and stay hassle-free. Overall, a great choice for a peaceful getaway in Tagaytay!

This was my second time staying here. I could live there forever. I stayed 2 weeks the first time and I came right back for a month this time. If I am not busy this winter I will definitely be coming back for 6 months in November. Truly a hidden Gem on the island.

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

Sir. Ryan was really helpful and friendly never failed to tend to our needs specially Ka-Domeng the boat driver and caretaker welcomed us and gave us free fresh fish it was just a lucky day where they had a lot of fish! If you ever meet Ryan during your stay feel free to ask him questions he’s very informative & helpful! I believe he was a vivamax star back in the day!

We met the hosts upon check-in, and they were very warm and welcoming. They gave us a helpful tour of the house, which made it easy for us to get comfortable and find our way around during our stay. One of the highlights was the entertainment room—it was spacious and had plenty to offer. We enjoyed the karaoke setup and had a great time playing billiards. It was the perfect spot to unwind and have fun. Another memorable part of our stay was the delicious lasagna from Pamela's Kitchenette—it was absolutely flavorful and comforting, definitely a must-try! Overall, the hosts’ hospitality, the well-thought-out amenities, and the great food truly made our stay enjoyable and memorable.

They staff was amazing, from helping with ideas for activities to arranging rides. I happily paid extra for help with the cooking. The cook cooked very tasty local dishes which I loved by my noticeable weight gain😅. Money well spent. If you have a chance I would suggest that you do the same. You won't regret it I promise. Overall a great time and a very restful getaway that I will gladly do again.

We had a wonderful stay with our family! The house was cozy, spotless, and surrounded by peaceful scenery. We especially enjoyed the warm pool, it was perfect for relaxing. Kuya Danilo was very kind and even gave us a quick tour before we settled in. Thoughtful touches, like a power station at the table, really showed how much Philip cares about his guests’ comfort. Highly recommended, and we’re already planning our next visit!

I would say that Ms. Dana's place is cozy and relaxing. We love the loft type bed, feels so comfy. 🥰 Also, what I appreciate most about our stay is that Ms. Dana allowed us to stay until 3pm to compensate our late check in and due to power interuption from 5am to 5pm the next day. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. We will definitely book again. Thank you so much!

Beautiful and aesthetic unit. Love the view in the master's bedroom. Fully functional kitchen, we we're able to cook our own specialty dishes for my father's birthday. Only thing we noticed is it could be better if the unit was dusted off first before check in of a new guest. There were dust collected over the furnitures and the things in the unit. Sofa and carpet could have been vacuumed. There were dirt collected on the carpet as well that could have been easily removed when brushed or vacuumed. Another thing that could be improved is their tv channel. If they could add netflix or atleast cable channels it would be really perfect. Overall, the place is still highly recommended and we would love to come back. We just love how peaceful the place is. The view is terrific and the clubhouse amenities were complete. Me and my family would still definitely come back.

The place is exactly the same as what is listed. It was clean and complete. It fit our group and the host was kind enough to let us have another guest that exceeded the capacity. We were able to cook our food comfortably because their kitchen is complete with all the things that you need. The rooms have comfortable mattresses and pillows and the toilets were clean. Overall we enjoyed our stay, additional points is that they have board games and toys that kept our kids occupied while we prepared our food. We will definitely come back. :)

Two words: corner unit. The living room, patio and master’s bedroom had sweeping views of the lake, and the breeze that was coming in was invigorating. The unit is clean, the kitchen well-equipped, and the living spaces are cozy and comfortable. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. A dedicated parking space is provided. There is a supermarket, 24-hour convenience store, a Starbucks store and numerous restaurants around. If you feel like staying in and cooking, there is a Santi’s Delicatessen there, too, for ingredients. We had dinner at Breakfast by Antonios which is a short drive away, and breakfast at Le Creperie before leaving. Two more words: stay longer.

Super Lage, alles was an Mariannes Möglichkeiten gelegen hat perfekt! Verbesserungsbedürftig sind die schlechte Internetverbindung, das zum großen Teil nicht vorhandene Mobilfunknetz und die mangelhafte Professionalität des Pico Managements in Bezug auf Trinkwasser während der Hochsaison!
