We had another lovely stay at the Hobbit House. It’s our go-to place when we’re visiting relatives in the area. Andrea is always helpful! Waking up to the assorted farm animals in the morning is a pleasure!

This place is very comfortable! The kids have plenty of space to run around and even during a storm, the living space is family friendly. There were plenty of board games to choose from and the bed rooms were very spacious for down time. I also really enjoyed that they had some extra food options (including gluten-free options) available in the kitchen, which was really thoughtful! We really enjoyed our time here and look forward to coming back!

We were looking to host a retreat for the trustees responsible for running a creative problem solving program for kids in the state of New York. Our experience at Heywood Manor was nothing less than exceptional. The location, the house along with its amenities combined with a gracious host made it a memorable weekend. I'm trying to think of a reason to return just to experience it again!

I’ve never left a review before on here but these guys without a doubt deserve it. I felt like I knew these guys my whole life with how welcoming they were. By far the coolest, most peaceful experience I’ve ever had with an air b and b. The weather made things a bit more interesting but with a drop of a hat they accommodated and made life so easy. I will without a doubt stay here again. The cabin was perfect. They supplied us with water, coffee and zeb even had a fire started for us before we got there. If you’re reading this review and you’re in between places to stay, I promise you this place will become your new favorite home away from home. Thanks again for everything 🤘🤘

Great private place! Easiest check in. Neat and clean place. Loved the printed description and instructions. I would recommend coming during summer. Day we stayed was cold and windy, and flowers were yet to bloom so we couldn't fully enjoy the pond.

Accueil incroyable avec énormément de choses à manger pour arriver et à utiliser durant le séjour. Ils sont toujours disponibles pour répondre aux questions diverses. Très bien situé même s'il faut environ 10mn pour Ithaca. très calme et paisible avec un jardin adapté aux enfants. Je recommande ++++. à très bientôt.

We found this to be an excellent space in a terrific location for visiting Ithaca and Ithaca College. Quiet, comfortable, and spacious, Lorene’s apartment fit our needs perfectly!

I’ll be honest, after several bad Airbnb experiences, I had pretty much sworn them off. However, a couple of weeks ago I found myself in a situation where booking one made way more sense than a hotel, and Kathy’s listing convinced me. I am so glad I took the chance because it was awesome! Everything about it was exactly what I needed. Quiet and peaceful with easy access to town. Everything worked, was clean, and comfortable. This is what Airbnb was meant to be but has too often strayed from. No crazy rules, fees or chores to be done. I really enjoyed the campfire, deck and hot tub, along with being able to sit quietly by the river. I would absolutely stay here again!

K-Ville is a great, down to earth, off-grid spot to get away. We enjoyed drifting off to sleep to the sounds of the night. Make sure to read the description and instructions in full, and you’ll have no trouble finding the place, and enjoying your time here! If you’re looking for a 5-star hotel experience, this is not the place for you. The experience here is closer to that of camping.
