Kozeta is a wonderful hostess, very considerate and responsive. When an electrical storm knocked out the Wi-Fi in the apartment she was immediately on the phone to the internet company, getting them out to fix it as soon as possible. She also allowed me to extend the stay by a few days. Highly recommend!

Super endroit pour se poser à Tirana! Dans Blokku et à côté du lac… pleins de restos et cafés top juste à côté et franchement à max 20 minutes de la place Skanderbey ! Logement super confortable à tout point de vue… airco partout qui se réglé au 1/2 degré près! Les lits sont parfait et enfin des draps en coton! (Pas si fréquent en Albanie) Quel bonheur!

We really loved the penthouse! I would 10/10 recommend this to everyone traveling to Tirana. It was a bit of a challenge to find the place since we arrived in the middle of the night, but Petrit gave very solid instructions. Also, the host I would give a 10/10. Always responded, good communication and all in all just a good host. We stayed with 7 people and the place was very spacious, more would have fitted easily. Also the balcony is huge and had great view. Thanks Petrit!

One of the best appartment I have ever stayed in Tirana! It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location was excellent, close walkable to everything, lake, blloku and the check-in process was smooth. Jorida was responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Tirana :)

Odlična lokacija, ljubazan domaćin.

Kozeta was a great host. She met us at the apartment and showed us everything. Everything was as described and she even had bottled water and a few oranges for us at arrival and arranged a taxi for our departure(at 2am in the morning). The kitchen was well equipped, plenty of supplied towels, and everything was clean. We were there in February while it was a little cold at night but she had plenty of heaters which worked great for us. The wifi worked well in most of the apartment. The neighborhood was great. Lots of cafes, shopping and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay at her place.

Staying at Migena’s apartment was an excellent choice. The location is perfect for getting around on foot and avoiding Tirana’s traffic. The home was very well organized and clean, and the hosts were extremely helpful and friendly. Thank you, Migena – I absolutely recommend her place!

Loved our stay in this apartment! Large bedroom and comfortable bed. The living area is spacious and the kitchen was well equipped to prepare meals. Celina was very welcoming and met us at check in to show us around the apartment. She also provided local tips on places to eat and was available for questions. It's an amazing location- very central but tucked away enough that you have a very restful sleep. I would definitely stay here again.

The place is private and quiet in the old part of town. It has a boutique/modern look. There are enough storage ,a large couch and 2 TVs. The bathroom was good and there is even a washing machine. The bed was large and very comfortable. The kitchen is good for some everyday cooking and the AC worked very well (In this time of the year Tirana is very humid and hot). It is located near the Bazaar and from there near to the center. There are a different restaurants ,shops and groceries stores nearby. The owner was around and very friendly. There is a very good car washing /parking with good prices( 500 lek for 24hrs) in the other side of the street which can be very pleasant if you have a car ( the parking in Tirana can be very tricky and difficult). In overall ,I would go back anytime .

What an amazing place. CozyLand apartment in the middle of Tirana. We felt at home immediately. Nice interior design, has everything you need for a great stay in Tirana City. Marlond was very quick with communication and helped us when we had an issue with the door. Thanks so much for that. Will highly recommend this apartment.

Het verblijf was echt top, we hebben ook heerlijk gegeten, alleen leek het op de foto’s alsof de ruimte groter was. En dat was het niet. Ook had ik geselecteerd op twee slaapkamers maar het was 1 slaapkamer met 3 bedden en 1 badkamer. Dit was dus niet zoals op de advertentie stond toen wij het boekte. Dat is jammer. Verder was het echt top

Nice flat located 10/15 minutes from the city centre. Eros & Doina were easygoing and adorable. We asked a lot of services to Eros and he always was available and likely to help and advise us. Thank you for everything!

I had a very nice stay in the apartment. It is extremely well located with easy access to downtown, blloku (trendy neighborhood), and the park. The apartment was very comfortable for multiple people and had all the amenities I needed for a longer stay. Would recommend!

Alloggio confortevole per 2 persone, situato in zona strategica, vicino al centro città e al lago, dove ci si può rilassare con una bella passeggiata rilassante. Importante la presenza dell'ascensore nel palazzo e il supermercato Despar proprio sotto casa. Sicuramente ripeterei l'esperienza in caso di ritorno a Tirana.

Our stay at Jonida’s place was very pleasant. We loved the location which was convenient to walk to most places plus there weere plenty of restaurants and bakeries to choose from . This is an older apartment which has its own charm and limitations ! We found it very spacious with plenty of bath and laundry supplies as well as the well equipped kitchen. The best part of the listing is its host . Jonida was gracious and personable and generous in stocking the place with what one might need for a comfortable stay. He was always available and promptly answered questions.

Stayed one month at Tony's place. Excellent location. Very local neighbour with lots of places to buy fruit and vegetables as well many supermarkets. Nice gym only 2min walking. Close to city centre, less than 10min walking. Very quiet apartment, never heard anything. One of the best mattresses I got in an Airbnb. Nice view of the mountains.

We had a fantastic experience staying at Besmir's place. Besmir was an excellent host who was always available when we needed assistance. He even allowed us to check out an hour later, which was incredibly convenient. The space itself was spotlessly clean, and its proximity to nearby attractions made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend staying at Besmir's place for a great Airbnb experience!

It was one of my best stays in Tirana. The location was very easy to find, near to Tirana and easy to access the highway to Durresi. It was a very good view from the balcony and all the quartier was so well organized. I’ve recomanded this property to my friends when they decide to go to Tirana. Appartamento nel cuore di Tirana, a cinque minuti di passeggiata da piazza Skanderbeg. È pulito, arredato con stile e ben fornito. L'host, sebbene l'abbia visto poco, è disponibilissimo e molto gentile e parla italiano. Ci ritornerei.
