I would highly recommend staying here, it’s so peaceful and there’s an enclosed hot tub which adds extra privacy. Host was superb and came out to greet us (was so friendly and had a box of homemade brownies)

Schöne, schicke und gemütliche Lodge mit Whirlpool. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit! Man hat viel Platz und es gibt zwei Badezimmer, jeweils mit Dusche und Toilette. Der See ist in der Nähe, und mit einem kleinen Boot oder zum Stand up Paddling ist es dort bestimmt toll. Der Vermieter war sehr nett.

Wild Thistle Lodge absolutely blew us away! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something truly special. The location is out of this world — the views are simply breathtaking, like something from a postcard. Every corner of the lodge was immaculate, cozy, and clearly designed with so much love and attention to detail. Jane, our host, went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. She had a full folder waiting for us with recommendations for local restaurants, activities, and even directions to everything — it made exploring the area so easy and stress-free. It’s rare to find a place where you feel completely at home the minute you walk in, but Wild Thistle Lodge was exactly that. The peaceful surroundings, the stunning views, the thoughtful touches throughout the lodge — it all came together to create one of the best stays we have ever had. We are already planning our next trip back. If you’re considering booking Wild Thistle Lodge — don’t hesitate for a second.

We enjoyed a walk around loch ,forest and hot tub. It was peaceful and relaxing holidays. The bed was comfy.

we had a lovely stay at the Woodcock. The design of the lodge is beautiful - really lovely attention to detail. The BBQ hut is fantastic, particularly when you are dealing with Scottish weather. the location is great - you feel really secluded but there are lots of lovely things to do nearby if you are so inclined but equally, if you want to stay in all day, it's a lovely place to be. Diana's folder of advice and all local recommendations was fantastic. written in a very personal way so we knew we could trust them! the hottub was lovely.

Absolutely beautiful place to rest and relax. Beautifully decorated with everything you need for a wonderful stay. The instructions were clearly set out and the communication was prompt and friendly. Walking up in the morning and watching the sheep and highland cows was exactly what I needed! Not to mention the easy to use hot tub. ✨

The cabin is a lovely location for a peaceful holiday in the countryside. The views are stunning and the walks around the site are very good. The hot tub was a nice feature, and we used it a few times while we were there.

I had amazing stay unreal views and location in the heart of glencoe. the cabin was beautiful inside and just as beautiful outside I definitely be booking again. thank you for a beautiful stay

A great cabin in a wonderfull location, surrounded by mountains. Totally peaceful with breathtaking views across to the sea in the distance. Cabin is snug and warm, really comfortable and a great place to relax after exploring the local area. Karen is an excellent host- responding quickly to any query. Thoroughly recommend this cabin.

Cosy and comfortable cabin in a beautiful part of Scotland. The cabin is quite small, but well designed and the layout gives plenty of space for two people. Excellent storage spaces under and above the bed means you can have your things out the way. Kitchen was great and had everything we needed to cook a few meals. Bed was very comfortable and bathroom was great too. The place was spotlessly clean. Location is perfect for exploring the hills and glens of Lochaber and there is a well stocked shop just a few minutes drive away in Spean Bridge. Great place and would definitely stay again!

Really nice cabin with great access to walks right behind it. Kitchen had everything we needed, very modern, clean, perfect for a short stay with the dog! Wish we had time to stay for longer and make the most of some great weather in Fort William

Caroline was a wonderful host who was sweet and extremely generous with her accommodations for my little dog; offering not only a welcome box of treats, but dog bowls, towels to dry her if she got wet, special furniture covers and more! The location was resplendently beautiful with great views from the massive and cozy porch/balcony. The cabin was spotless, stocked to the brim with Easter treats, decorations and gifts of wine and Tunnocks sweets. She even hand illustrated an adorable map to help us find the cabin!! I couldn't have asked for more. We'll definitely stay here again given the opportunity. 💕

Brilliant location, views from the decked area are stunning (watching the birds visiting the feeder is great also!) The lodge is spacious, well furnished, and has everything you need for a few days away. We stayed with our elderly dog who was made very welcome, and though 'big walks' are a drive-away, the short walk down to the lochside (15 mins) was perfect for ours, and made for some stunning photos. Picturesque hotel with restaurant is also a short walk away which we visited on one night and can recommend (dog friendly too). Easy to get to some 'on the list' places to visit, including Loch Lomond, Inverary (be sure to stop at the 'Rest and be Thankful' viewpoint) and the stunning A82 Glencoe route. Roy, our host was super-communicative and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Nicky was very helpful and flexible with the logistical side of things. the view is spectacular and the place was cosy and homely which is what you need.

Great value for money, the cabin is in a great spot and Dalavich is a beautiful wee place. Loads of walks in the area and great to relax in the hot tub at the end of the day

We were greeted by lovely Ellie. She was super nice. Lovely cabin and very well designed. Perfect location with gorgeous view of Loch and mountains and wild deers ( got to feed them). Ben navis, Glencoe, Fort Williams etc are close. Definitely recommended and will go again next time.

We stayed three nights and our stay was amazing in this beautiful and spacious Cabin. We were received by Harold and he made us very comfortable with his pleasant attitude, he showed us around and we found his Cabin better than our expectation. The beds were very comfortable and the bed sheets and towels were very clean. They provided us with Tea, coffee and biscuits and their kitchen was well equipped. Harold and David were very good with communication throughout the AirBNB messaging system and they replied within 5 minutes. We also met David and he guided us and gave us some good advice and suggested to us some amazing Scottish locations which we visited. The cottage is situated on the UK's longest Dead End road and we were advised by David to go there and we did visit there and we would suggest everyone to do that as it was amazing. Will definitely visit again. Thanks

We had the most amazing stay at Elaine’s lovely caravan! The location was stunning, right by the river, and incredibly peaceful—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The caravan itself was super cute, spotlessly clean, and equipped with absolutely everything we needed. It’s clear that Elaine has decorated it with a lot of thought and care; it felt cozy and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Elaine was a fantastic host—so helpful and responsive. Even though she was out and busy, she replied immediately when we had a puncture and kindly gave us the contact for a local garage. She also sent detailed directions in advance which made finding the place really easy. Inside, she had prepared a very well-maintained file with all the information we needed for our stay, including local recommendations and important safety info. We had zero issues during our stay, and all of us absolutely loved the place. We’re already looking forward to coming back and would 100% recommend it to anyone!

We loved staying at Crofters rest, the view of Ben Nevis is spectacular, it is peaceful and a pleasure to stay in. We booked an extra night just to enjoy the peace and quiet and views. Joanne was a perfect host, friendly easily contactable and the directions to the property were easy to follow and checking in was swift and painless. The croft is well equipped , very clean and the beds very comfortable. There is so much to do and see around Fort William , we also took the train to Mallaig which was very scenic Thank you Joanne , my Dad and I really enjoyed our stay and are already looking at dates to come back .
