BIO is a part of a complex called “KITA-no-Kita-Nagaya” has realized a new method for reusing old wooden houses. While keeping the old element possible, it has been carefully renovated with seismic reinforcement, heat insulation, and soundproofing. Please find your favorite room among the five different interior designed BIOs and make it your base for your nice trip.

We renovated a house in downtown Osaka. This is a Japanese house with a nostalgic feel. The location is 15 minutes by train to Namba, the downtown area of Osaka, and 40 minutes to Osaka Station, making it an area with good access to the center of Osaka. The surrounding area is a quiet residential area. There are many supermarkets and 24-hour convenience stores within walking distance. Recommended for those who want to experience the life of an old Japanese private house.

Check-in time is from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Due to other work commitments, I can't accept check-ins after 5pm, but I will do my best to accommodate check-ins before 2pm. Our room is located in Yao Osaka prefecture. It's a quite and safe place where there are lots of families in the neighborhood. It's between Kintetsu-Yao and Kawachi-Yamamoto station. It takes about 15minutes on foot from both of the stations. There are lots of restaurants and shopping malls near the station. Our room is modern Japanese style, and Host lives next door.
