The location is fantastic, short walk to the water and is very private. House itself is lovely, very nice kitchen, living room, and deck.

We stayed here for the Glass City Marathon and it was a great location. The house was comfortable and in a cute, quiet neighborhood. It had everything we needed!

I’m on my second stay here. Anytime I’m in Toledo, this will be my go to!

The Mini-Mansion is a great stay for smaller groups. Our group has stayed MANY times at Vince and Pathy's Mansion next door. There weren't as many of us this time (only 8) so we decided to give this home a try. It was the perfect size! The dining space and the comfy living room couches were perfect and enough room for us to play games and enjoy long talks. The game room in the basement was an added bonus too. The location is always what also draws us here.... it's central to the spa, downtown, thrift stores, shopping, restaurants etc. We like being at the end of the street which is an easy in and out to wherever our days adventure will take us!

This was a perfect place for our group of 8 adults to hang out and sleep. We stayed there for a racing event at Toledo Speedway which was only a 12 minute drive. There was enough room in the driveway to park a pickup truck with a 32' trailer and 3 small cars. The house was extremely clean. Would definitely stay again!

You can watch Eagles!! My husband, the eagle fanatic, was absolutely in awe of the natural surroundings and the amazing views we had from the home... a bottom deck and an upstairs deck off of the master bedroom! Also, the beds were super-duper comfortable and the kitchen and master bathroom were incredibly spacious!

Very clean and nice place. Hot tub was perfect and very clean also. Weather was not the best but we enjoyed a quick get away. Saw ove 300 white pelians land in the he water at sunset and that was amazing. We got a couple of pics. Was paid a visit also buy a Juvenile bald eagle. I love watching birds and the deck and window allowed for me to not miss much.

Our second stay and we plan to return! Quick access to Port Clinton. We went to Marblehead and East Harbor State Park. The kids enjoyed finding frogs and a turtle on site. Great place for a family to take a break from screens and spend time together. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property! The pool room was a perfect setup to swim, relax, and hang out together. We loved the warm pool, hot tub, and sauna. The saltwater pool was a nice surprise and so much better to be in all day. Our kids loved the play room! They had a fun space all to themselves. With the gym area, this place has it all to keep everyone entertained. Overall, this place was a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen is stocked with plenty of cookware, dinnerware, and kitchen appliances. It is an older home so expect some normal wear. For us, it was lovely and perfect. We would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay with excellent amenities for both adults and children.

I had a very relaxing time here. My inquiry was responded to very quickly. I booked roughly 2 hrs before check in. Same day booking. I had no problems at all. The home is set up for guests. From nightlights in the bathroom and hallway to their coffee stand with different coffees, syrups, tea,etc. They even noticed I had a hard time lifting the hot tub top and sent someone over to help. I didn’t even have to ask. I don’t always feel at home some place new but I felt so comfortable and at home there. The owners are very kind and hospitable. I plan on returning for sure

Great place to stay, nice surrounding farm

I have stayed at many Airbnb's and this is the Cadillac of them all. I think Tina and Kenny had more at this guest home than I do at my house! The place was extremely clean and is in a really nice, quiet neighborhood outside of Toledo. This is the perfect place to bring your family or friends if you're in the area. If I'm ever in Toledo again and this home is available I don't even want to look at the others. Affordable too!

Julia was very helpful & understanding. We also appreciated the early check in. The neighborhood felt safe compared to other neighborhoods we’ve stayed in, in Toledo. Yes you can hear the upstairs tenants walking & sometimes talking but that’s to be expected in an older home. She’s a very responsive host, friendly, & caring. Parking was not really an issue. We coordinated with the upstairs tenants when using the driveway. Overall, I would definitely stay here again & really appreciated her flexibility with us.

The views, warm breeze from the lake and quiet nature of the area were the best part of our stay. Parker was a great host and we enjoyed staying at his property!

This airbnb is one of the best we have stayed. We loved the decor, and it was so clean and a beautiful, warm, personal space. David was very helpful and so great at communication!!! This is where we will always stay if available when we are in the area.

Cute little house. Clean, quiet space. Nice new baths with hand sprayer. Fresh and clean! Nice cozy yard space which makes you feel like you are in woodland.

I have stayed at quite a few air bnbs and honestly, this one is on my top 5 favorites! I'll definitely be returning for repeat staycations in the near future. Beautiful scenery of the River right as you step out of the Air bnb, your own parking spot off the main road, within 10 minutes from restaurants/comedy club/bars/parks with scenic views of the river. Not to mention the town of Perrysburg is adorable. Small business heaven and I wish I'd planned better for this trip so I could have checked it out when all were open. Sundays are rest days so keep that in mind!! The hosts did a fabulous job and thought of all the things a traveler far and wide could possibly need. Communication was fast. Not to mention they are dog accommodating with the offer of poop bags. Clean and spacious space with a very homey vibe. No complaints here!!
