My family and I had a wonderful time! Made some core memories :) the home and property were so beautiful.

This has now turned into an annual get away for us & we couldn’t be happier! We absolutely LOVE staying at Madalyn’s cabin in Ariel! It’s one of the most peaceful, beautiful places we’ve found yet! So close to where we love to fish, we really couldn’t ask for a better spot! The fire pit & outside picnic table area is always a hit amongst our group of friends that join us. Everyone agrees that this is on the top of our list to repeat annually! We will surely be looking forward to next year’s trip to the lake! Thank you again for the wonderful stay yet again! Our group enjoyed that the house is within walking distance to the lake and has an outdoor fire pit. The house was clean and cozy and stocked with plenty of towels and blankets.

Tim is super friendly and helpful in the extreme. There was nothing missing and they went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible for enjoying our family for which we were grateful. It is a basement apartment space with the owners living above so perhaps be aware of that. There are large windows with a great view so it doesn’t feel much like a basement. We only point it out so future tenants aren’t surprised like we were. The hosts are wonderful and if you prefer a hosted place you should seriously consider this one.

Julie’s place was very nice and clean. I’m glad my family and I get to spend our oldest son’s birthday over the weekend. It is very spacey and comfortable. My autistic son enjoy having his birthday at this beautiful place. Would love to go back in the near future. Julie was very responsive and helpful every time I try to reach out to her.

We got married on the front yard of this BnB! It is such a great spot, hosts are super great and responsive. We woke up to 4 elk in the front yard one of the mornings- we are from MN and have never seen elk before! The two cows are gorgeous and just mind their own business, it was so much fun. Cabin was very clean and cozy. The area was nice and quiet, great views of the mountain and not far from town. We will 100% be back when we return to Ashford. This stay couldn’t have been more perfect!

Loved the property and our experience! The location is close to town but far enough away that you feel like you are in a remote setting. The kitchen is well stocked with condiments, spices, coffee, etc. We also loved meeting Jo Jo the black lab! We would definitely stay here again.
