This quaint, remodeled cottage with ocean views from every room is just a stone's throw from the sand. In the most charming corner of Dillon Beach, it is 672 sq ft of light-filled, airy space. Downstairs, an open floor plan connects the updated kitchen, living & dining areas and a full-bath with shower. A vintage wooden staircase opens up to a second story with a half-bath and master bedroom with high ceilings, comfortable queen bed & more great views. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves.

Family Beach Cottage

Third generation family cottage with beach, private hot tub on the deck and amazing views of Tomales Bay. The gravel frontage road leading from State Route 1 to the Beach Cottage was once part of the narrow gauge railroad that took vacationers, farm animals and lumber up and down the coast from 1871 to 1930. If you need more space, you can also book our Rustic Beach Cottage, which is directly next door and offers 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, as well as its own outdoor hot tub and fabulous bay view.

It’s convenient for outings to Bodega Bay, Point Reyes, Sebastopol and local seafood restaurants. You can also “walk out the backyard gate” to dine at Coastal Kitchen and take an evening stroll on the beach.

Our home is quiet, relaxing and a 10 minute walk to the beach. There is one bedroom (loft style) with a king size bed and a 2nd bedroom with a queen bed. The couch is a foldout. Bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Full kitchen with a well-stocked spice cabinet, dining room & large deck with Weber BBQ. There's a smart tv & sound bar, unlimited WiFi, a DVD player, board games & beach toys which you're welcome to use. Or you can just relax in the hammock & watch the clouds go by. No ocean view.

Enjoy your own tucked-away cottage, with apple trees, berries, & vegetable garden. With a mix of meadow and trees and nearby fresh water, we see an extensive variety of birds ad other wildlife.
