We are next door, but you will have complete privacy with your own entrance, driveway and parking. This area is a wildlife haven and there is a very good chance you will spot red squirrels coming to feed on the bird table outside Lovely view of the woods and gorgeous sunsets. Perfect spot for nature lovers.

Bike and ski friendly accommodation in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park. Birchwood Bothy is a newly built cabin with all the amenities you will need after an adventure in the outdoors. You'll find beautiful forest trails and a river path straight from the door and you are just a 10 minute walk into Carrbridge village where there is a local shop, great pub, gallery and cafe.

Set within our lovely garden and surrounded by woodland just 200m off the back road - gives guests and children the safety and freedom to roam from the front door. Located just 15 minutes from Inverness airport.

Garden Cottage with hot tub, castle & sea views

This charming cottage is completely unique having the old Redcastle ruin as a back drop and views of the Beauly Firth directly in front. There is an idyllic stream going through the garden and we have recently planted a wild flower meadow at the end of the garden. It has been beautifully refurbished in 2023 and we feel incredibly proud of the results. The cottage is located in the sleepy hamlet of Milton of Redcastle and really is an idyllic and very comfortable place to come and unwind.

A bothy bedroom in the heart of the Cairngorms

Connected to the old cruck barn this is a compact, cosy, self contained bedroom. It’s set on one side of the courtyard with separate key access so you can come and go at will. If you love the outdoors, we think you will love it here. We have spectacular views of the Cairngorms, with excellent walks from the door. Rustic, with loads of character, the room has a comfy king size bed and en suite bathroom with shower. If you need mod cons or lots of space this may not be the place for you!

Guest suite is a small annexe , an independent part of our Family home . Self contained with it’s own private entrance it has a double bedroom with sitting area , en suite and a separate small kitchen with self catering facility consisting of microwave, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker and fridge. Tv, Wi Fi parking in the drive or free on street parking. Guests have exclusive use of suite. The property is well located in a quiet residential area 10 to 15 minute walk from City Centre.

Snowgate Cabin Glenmore

The closest house to the Cairngorm's. Based in the very heart of the Cairngorms National Park Snow Gate Cabin is the last dwelling sitting right at the foot of the Cairngorms themselves. The cabin sleeps two people comfortably, including an open plan living/sleeping area housing a small kitchenette with an electric hob and a shower /wc room. A log burner gives the room a super cosy feel. The cabin shares a driveway with the owners whose property is next door to the cabin.

A quirky, cosy self contained detached garage loft conversion. Situated on the outskirts of the village of Carrbridge, it is the perfect place to relax and explore the Cairngorm National Park. Beautiful woodland trails and wildlife to enjoy from the doorstep and just a 20 minute riverside walk into the village centre to the nearest shop, pub and other local amenities. Complimentary arrival breakfast includes tea, coffee, homemade Granola, eggs, bread, butter and jam.

LUXURY GLAMPING POD (3) NEAR INVERNESS & AVIEMORE

Tomatin Glamping Pods is a small but spacious site consisting of four luxury glamping pods. Inverness and the Cairngorms are in close proximity. Our pods come well equipped with kitchenette (double hob, microwave grill, toaster, stove top kettle, small fridge, pots, pans, crockery & utensils) a fixed double bed with storage space & sofa bed, shower room, wifi, freesat TV, bedding & towels, tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper, oil & toilet paper. Free parking on site.

Urquhart Bay Barn

Urquhart Bay Barn, situated at the Urquhart Bay Viewpoint, is a charming and spacious self-catering renovation, with two bedrooms (one can be either two single beds or a king size bed), completed to a very high standard, with stunning views across Loch Ness and Glen Urquhart from the dining area window and gardens. We are just a few minutes walk from the iconic Urquhart Castle. The Barn itself is built with stone taken from Urquhart Castle in the late 1800s.

This modern one bedroom apartment is situated within the village of Carrbridge, in the Cairngorms National Park. With the train station less than a 5 minute walk away, there are easy links to Aviemore and Inverness. This apartment is an ideal location for holidays or base for exploring. Nochty Studio is a eco cabin located on the edge of the small village of Bellabeg in the Cairngorm National Park, in close proximity to Ballater, Braemar, Royal Deeside and on the edge of Moray. The Studio is on the east side of Glen Nochty enjoying open views of the Nochty River and the Doune of Invernochty. The village itself is a 5 minute walk away, with a local shop.
