Dereks place was perfect for our trip. The place was very clean and cozy and the bed was very comfortable. Derek was a wonderful, kind host. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area.

Lots of character in a beautiful historic neighborhood. Walk to park, downtown, and unbeatable lake views! Will return to the area and highly recommend Jason’s apartment - very clean and cozy!

Very clean and comfortable. I had a soccer team visiting from Trinidad & Tobago. I was concerned about their noise and the team being in an unfamiliar environment. They really enjoyed being there. Walking distance to the grocery store was also a bonus. The host was great, we were allowed to check in early. After a long flight and car ride from JFK. I will recommend this place to anyone small or large group. Thanks for making us feel welcome and safe. This place really left a mark on my young Trini soccer players. Best Ziggy

Loved my stay at this gem of a place! It was very clean, tidy, cozy, and very welcoming. Furniture, beds, linen were very nice and kitchen had all you could need. The location is perfect- short walk to HWS, downtown Geneva shops and restaurants, and the lakefront. The walk along the lake near the visitor center is especially lovely! The location has so much charm! Jason and Luisa were wonderful hosts, and I would highly recommend them. I hope to be back in the near future!

This is a fantastic place to stay! The home is lovely, close drive to Cornell and downtown Ithaca. We are so glad we found this place and can't wait to return! The owners are great!

Dennis was a great host and Kelly’s Suite is simple, peaceful, and perfect. It’s a great place to stay close to a lot of things to do and places to eat. The welcome binder provided gave us a lot of good ideas to eat. It was so nice we actually ordered takeout while there and spent the evening inside to enjoy the peace and quiet that Kelly’s Suite has to offer. Highly reccomend!

Gratitude and Grace is an escape from the ordinary. Its a beautiful unique property in the country that was just about perfect for me and 7 bridesmaids for my low key Bachelorette. The grounds are lovely and well maintained, as it is normally a wedding venue. The inside of the mansion is eclectic and vintage. Ron is very nice and accommodating as well. Some things i may improve: Soap was watered down in all bathrooms Beds werent exactly comfortable, they seemed very old. Hot tub was just nice, It didnt get very hot though and the water was a bit cloudy The most comfortable bed is in the tiny rennovated garden shed. Although peaceful, we did have to request it be opened so we had the 8th bed as advertised. 2 girls had to bunk up together the 1st night, no big deal but would have been nice to know the 8th bed wasnt automatically available. The 7th bed is a fun loft with a ladder above a king sized bed. It was cute, but the bed was very uncomfortable so no one wanted it.

I really can't say enough positive things about Max's beautiful home in Groton, NY! The house is spacious, well-maintained, and updated in a way that makes it easy to live in while preserving the original charm, beauty and character of the home. The kitchen/dining area is by far the best arranged and most well equipped I have ever experienced in a rental home, with beautiful and plentiful dinnerware, cutlery, glassware, utensils, cookware, an 8 quart Instapot, and modern appliances. Living areas and bedrooms are so spacious and comfortable, with plenty of towels and bed linens, big screen tvs and Alexa throughout the house. What a great home for our family of 4 generations to make holiday memories in! We hope to return during warmer times to enjoy the gorgeous outdoor areas as well!

We came back to Rhonda's place both because we wanted to be in EcoVillage and because Rhonda is an excellent host. Similar to last time, Rhonda is very responsive to any questions we may have. We also like the continual improvements to this place such as a new murphy bed that was not there the first time we stayed and the addition of house plants that energizes the rooms. And similar to last time, the unit is very clean; everything from an immaculate kitchen to white and spotless bedsheets. Since we were returning guests, Rhonda was especially accommodating to our budget and we agreed on a special reduced rate that worked for both parties. Couldn't recommend this place enough. Thanks Rhonda!

We had a wonderful stay! The house itself is beautiful and well-maintained, and we felt right at home there. Jennifer was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in early and check out late which was a huge help. We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

We had a wonderful weekend at Lisa’s place while visiting our children at Ithaca College. She was kind, responsive, even provided breakfast for my crew upon arrival. The home is beautiful and spacious. The setting is stunning. Was so fun watching “The Boys (and girls) in the Boats” row by each morning💙 We loved the connection to the paths/trails along the inlet. We had never stayed in this part of town before, and we absolutely loved it. Close enough to walk everywhere, but also great to be off the beaten path of the city center a bit!!

Tim’s place was exactly what we wanted when visiting Ithaca. The house and property was modern, and airy. And we loved being near a stream and trees and we spent time having coffee outside. It was a short drive to Ithaca, and an even shorter drive to a grocery store, bagel and coffee shop, and pharmacy. Wonderful stay!
