I feel like I won the jackpot by finding this cabin! The place and setting were absolute perfection. Janelle and Aaron were so friendly and helpful and accommodating. I literally could not have asked for a better experience than the one I had staying at their cabin. If I had to pick one thing that I was most impressed with, it would have to be the cleanliness of the place. I have high standards for clean and this place blew me away. Not a speck of dust or item out of place when I arrived. They did such a great job at making sure my stay was comfortable.

If you’re looking for somewhere quiet in nature with the bare necessities done right, this is a great place to stay. Nestled in-between two state forests with great walking and biking trails, and only 15 minutes from all that Ithaca has to offer. This is a beautiful, eco-conscious place to relax and recharge, not party.

I felt so lucky to have stayed at the Fieldstone Cottage for a second time with my dog Shelby. It's always booked and the last time I was there was October 2020 when I was among the brave and few venturing out and about. How glorious to get back there in Spring this time. The Spring Peepers created a chorus in the evening as we sat and looked at the stars and warmed ourselves at the firepit. In the mornings the birdsong was so peaceful. This is such a warm and inviting place. The stone floors, the wooden beamed ceiling, so earthy and homey. Ray is super responsive and let me check-in early and make a last-minute guest add. The convenience to Ithaca College (or Cornell!) and downtown Ithaca makes this a perfect site for parents wanting to visit college kids, but also wanting an idyllic getaway. Can't wait to get back again!

Eshays place was wonderful! we didn't get much time as it was just a cabin to rest in between hikes with our dogs. Very friendly, welcoming of others dogs and clean restrooms and shower rooms.

“We had a fine adventure exploring waterfalls near the finger lakes and enjoyed our time in Steve’s tiny cozy cabin. He is a friendly and hospitable host, even to our dog, and is happy to communicate and make suggestions about the area, and he was very good with our dog. It’s a good location, close to many of the attractions but out of the way enough to feel remote. The pond is a great feature for having a simple little kayak and it’s nice to sit out on the porch with your coffee first thing in the morning and stare off into the hills across the pond, and at night look at the stars and listen to the frogs peep.” We will try to come back in the warmer weather sometime.”

We loved John's home. It was incredibly quiet, cozy and a beautiful place for us to unwind and relax. It was also close to some great wineries, restaurants and a brewery. Thank you so much for your wonderful hospitality, John!

James is an amazing host. Firstly, the property is beautiful and so private. Place has an awesome cozy vibe. Secondly, we had some car problems and almost had to stay another night. Thankfully we were able to get going again but James was so responsive and willing to accommodate. We can’t wait to come back!

The house was perfect for our first stay at the finger lakes. It was so easy to fine and close to great places to eat and just hang out. The places Kris recommended were spot on for breakfast and dinner. We will absolutely be back and we already shared the link with 4 friends to rent.

I had a great stay at Rebecca’s tiny home. Very cute little place. It was everything as described and easy to find. Close to the town restaurants and hiking trails. I loved the fresh eggs in the fridge. She was very responsive to anything I needed. I also appreciated the welcome book with restaurant recommendations.

We had a great time hiking the area! The house was super cute! A lot of the house is brand new. One of the cleanest Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed at!! Lots of coffee & Tea, along with snacks included! Also supplied all the fire wood we could possibly need for a camp fire!! Our Golden retriever enjoyed laying in the sunshine watching the cows in the adjacent pasture! Would highly recommend this place!

LOVE this cabin. The ONLY thing to be aware of is that there is no real seperation between the bathroom and living room/bedroom, in that there’s a gap at the ceiling. Not a dealbreaker but worth mentioning!

Great apartment with private entrance and overall very peaceful setting. Close to main part of town and Ithaca College. Apartment was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated to feel upscale yet accessible. Peaceful walking path to a pond right behind the home. Would stay again.

Quiet surroundings, being 20 minutes from both Ithaca and Watkins Glen, plus the ability to watch sunrise from the comfort of a SUPER comfortable bed made this the perfect place for our visit to the Finger Lakes area. We cannot wait to return on a future trip!

Jeff and Teri's airbnb was exactly how it was described. The camper was extremely clean and very comfortable. They supplied coffee, snacks, water, towels, etc. It was private and a very relaxing atmosphere. Jeff was easy to reach and very accommodating to our needs and request. I would definitely recommend this airbnb!

This Tinyhouse was truly magical. Perfect for a solo trip! I visited the area for a solo hiking trip, and was blown away by the natural beauty. Mark was a great host with clear communication and willingness to help. The place is a great value, and I definitely plan to return! My only criticisms would be 1) there was a fair amount of dog hair in the house, which I was previously aware of from another review, and 2) the porta potty was pretty gross, but I simply chose not to use it! With these expectations, I’d highly recommend!

For the two of us; healthy and mobile in our early sixties, we enjoyed the Tiny House's situation and lay out, it's steep baker's ladder up to the sleeping loft, the wooden steps from the road parking to the few steps over the Freight railway tracks to access the side door, and the accessibility to the front deck overlooking the pebbly Lake beach. We enjoyed the fun character and appreciated all the amenities of the house. Being bird enthusiasts we really appreciated the closeness to the Lake, it's birdlife, the views and the changing light and weather over the lake. it's a great situation. Ithaca town was, for us, accessible either by foot or by car. And we look forward to a future visit.

This was our second time staying here — an absolutely great place! The beautiful river in front of the house gave us such peaceful moments. I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Ithaca. Thanks, Dominic!

We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely like to stay again in the future. They went above and beyond for us and we could not be more grateful for their hospitality and cozy accommodations. Also, the ciders from idiot brothers are phenomenal!

Nancy’s property was beautiful and very clean inside, I liked the layout of the space and was perfect for my husband and I to spend the weekend together. The surrounding area was very quiet and beautiful in the morning, I also enjoyed how close it was to college town which had plenty to do. Overall I would definitely come back to this property whenever I find myself around Ithaca.
