民宿主人十分熱情，我們一到就已經在門口等候我們，民宿太太可以用英文溝通，地方很乾淨很大很舒服，我們住了兩晚，第一晚在花園bbq，環境超好，我本身很怕昆蟲，但這裏有帳幕可以阻擋昆蟲飛入，令我很安心，所有燒烤工具亦很整全，很乾淨，我們好享受這個bbq的晚上，早上在bbq位置可以望到富士山，第二晚去民宿主人的餐廳食晚飯，是要提早預約的，餐廳就在民宿旁邊，是用當天新鮮的食材去決定菜單，真的很美味。重點來了，浴室和桑拿真的很好，我們每一個都很喜歡，民宿所有設備都很齊全及亁淨，這裏是我住過最好的民宿，有機會我一定會再回來！

娘のテニスの試合会場から近かったため、こちらを利用させて頂きました。 初めての予約で不安でしたが、ホストの方の対応がとても丁寧で宿泊前から安心でした。 お部屋も写真通りでとても綺麗で、 大人5人でしたが快適に滞在できました。 また白子に行く際は利用させて頂きたいと思います。

事前のやり取りから最後まで、丁寧に対応していただけました。 今回子どもを含めた4家族で利用しましたが、全員が大満足！！ なにより…朝早い出発、スキーで疲れきった身体のなか、最後に多くの洗い物を洗わなくていいというのは感動でした。 子どもたちはSwitchに大興奮！大画面のテレビで楽しんでました。 アメニティも充分で、タオルも綺麗。お風呂場も清潔でした。 事前にレビューを見て、食材があると伺ってましたが…想像以上でびっくり。子どもたちも含めて大人も楽しい食事となりました。 これまでのレビューが良いのも納得です。 また利用させていただきたい宿、文句なしのNo.1です。

Such a great house with an amazing view of Mount Fuji. We loved all the amenities including the sauna, jacuzzi, soft drink machine, ice machine, and indoor range hood for cooking meats and hotpot. Bathroom was spacious and the 3 bedrooms were all very comfortable. Would highly recommend!

広々としていて綺麗で快適なゲストハウスでした。ベランダからは山が見え、自然を感じながら過ごせていい休暇を過ごせると思います。ただ、バーベキューをする場合は近くにスーパーなどがなく、箱根湯本駅の肉屋も14：00で閉まってしまうため、事前に十分な量を用意していく必要があると思います。

The place was lovely and exactly what my group was looking for! Keith was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process.

位置非常好，步行五分钟左右有两个地铁站，交通非常方便，床铺很舒服，有洗衣机和露天阳台，可以晾晒衣服，房东很礼貌，沟通良好。周围美食很多，同时有两家生鲜超市。唯一缺点是周末晚上可能会有点吵，附近有酒吧，不过房东提供了耳塞，不是什么大问题，没有完美的房子，综合来说此房源很优秀。

This home is squeaky clean. Spotless! Very comfortable beds and pillows. Everything was organized. This will h eny go to place in Tokyo.Highly recommended. It was a great experience. Thank you for having us.

We had a great time at N's listing! There were perfect instructions given for checkin, checkout, and the local recommendations were very helpful for us. The apartment was just as shown in pictures, and was quite comfortable for a family of four. It was quiet yet close to everything. We enjoyed walking to the supermarket and 7-eleven every morning. Could easily navigate to Shinjuku and Nishi-Shinjuku stations, even with luggage.

David was an amazing host, very accommodating and nice. The location of the listing is very near a station and lots of restos around it.

Excellent AirBnB for families (our party had 4 adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant) looking for a reasonably accessible location. Nice and cosy apartment exactly as described. Heaters were functional and we were nice and cosy despite the cold weather outside. Bathwater nice and warm. Laundry machine and dryer were a godsend. Kitchen was well equipped though we only used it to make instant noodles and reheat food. Our toddler loved the toys. Sleep was peaceful and the surroundings were not noisy at all. Reasonably accessible to Nishi-shinjuku even with a loaded stroller. There's one convenience store that's incredibly near (probably less than 30 seconds away!), and another down the road too. Letitia (Tia) was an amazing host; responsive, friendly, meticulous, thoughtful and helpful. Check in was a breeze at the agreed-on timing and location for meetup. Overall strongly recommend! Well done Tia! Thank you for having us!

Staying at Mari’s place was great. It’s a quiet bit of Shimokitazawa right around the corner from the Train station making it really easy to get back after all day out in Tokyo. The property itself matches the description and pictures, and was clean and orderly when I arrived. Checking in was easy with clear instructions as was checking out. The bathroom was a bit small but as expected from a small Tokyo apartment of this sort. I bumped my knees/toes a few time but I figured it out. All in all I would stay again in one of their properties just for the location alone.

Maravilloso alojamiento, con muchísimo espacio y muy hermoso. Muy accesible, está justo a un lado de la calle Honcho, sin embargo es muy tranquilo y fácil de encontrar. La terraza es algo espectacular, si creen que la foto se ve impresionante, realmente no le hace justicia a lo que se ve en vivo, tuvimos suerte y nos tocó ver el Monte Fuji en su totalidad y se ve enorme, además la Pagoda Chureito también se alcanza a ver desde el otro extremo. Desafortunadamente solo nos quedamos una noche pero no nos queríamos ir. Definitivamente queremos volver.

This is one of the best Airbnb experience I’ve ever had, great apartment and fantastic surroundings. I would highly recommend it.

Nice area and view from the roof, it’s quite a bit of stairs to get up and it’s narrow so keep that in mind if you’re traveling with luggage. The beds were just a bit uncomfortable but nonetheless it does the job, other than that it’s a nice clean space and i recommend staying here.

Great place and great host. Very large by Tokyo standards and homely. Also very central so easy to get around. Premo was extremely responsive and helpful, going above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay, even sourcing a babysitter at very short notice! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Very close to both Shibuya and Ebisu which makes it easy to transit anywhere in Tokyo, including the airport (Haneda). The space was very clean and had more room than hotels which was nice. The neighbourhood was quiet and had a few higher end bars/restaurants/coffee shops in the area. If you are visiting Tokyo this is a great option especially if you don’t mind walking a few minutes to get to the subway. Highly recommend!

Beautiful space just as advertised. Very good heating and amenities. We found the location convenient for a family with young children with a rental car- easy to get to various places in Odawara, lake Ashi, ropeway and the open air museum. Rei was very responsive, checked in on us and assisted where we needed promptly. Hope we get to stay again!

It's a beautiful place. I wish the host was a little bit more flexible with the early check ins and late check outs, but I understand it's something that cannot always be available. Other than that, amazing place.

Hitomi took amazing care of me and my daughter while we were her guests! She sent us a detailed list of recommendations for the neighborhood including kid-friendly highlights. When my daughter needed to go to the doctor, she sent a list of clinics. She also helped me ship some luggage to make my train trip easier. She was an incredible host, always going above and beyond.
