This is nice apartment in small residential building. It has 2 terraces, one with a nice view over the public garden. The neighborhood is quiet, perfect for families. The parking is not private it is public and free. The apartment is near bus station, and it is 10 minutes walk from the coast, 15-20 minites walk to the Old town. The wifi is great for digital nomads and video calls, 90mbps download, 5mbps upload, tv over 150 channels. There are a lot of mini markets and supermarkets near by.

Our studio-apartment is situated in the center of the city, just 4-6 min walking to the beach and old town. It's about 30m2 plus large terrace. It has sea and entire city view. Nearby are restaurants, cafes, a supermarket, a shopping center.
