The lake house was exactly as described and looked just like the photos. Plenty of space for all of us. The kitchen was well stocked. Lots of blankets and pillows. The lake was beautiful and the kayaks were really nice to have. Would definitely recommend.

Helena's place is perfect to have a cozy weekend with friends and family. The view from the living room is amazing and makes it a good spot to sit and play card games. It is at a decent distance from Petoskey. Has good food options nearby as well. Overall, the stay was really great!!

We loved this home. Perfect for our sibling wkend. The home was very accommodating. We had everything we needed. Plenty of Living space. Loved the kitchen. The deck & all the furniture plentiful. A Firepit, khakis if you want to be on the water. Plenty of bedrooms, linens & beach towels. You won’t be sorry with your stay. The location is perfect between Traverse City to Suttons Bay the other direction. I would recommend a new coffee pot for the kitchen. It takes a long time to brew.

Chelsea's place was amazing! It was spotlessly clean, nicely decorated, the kitchen had everything we needed and was very comfortable. The weather was cold, snowy and gloomy all weekend so we spent time relaxing by the fireplace and enjoying a weekend away from our day-to-day chaos. Even with a neighbor next door, the house and lot felt very private. The grocery store and some good little restaurants were only a few minutes drive away and the view of the lake from the living room and bedrooms was lovely as well. Chelsea was incredible friendly, helpful and responsive. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at Chelsea's place again in the future!

Courtney was a great host and very responsive! The location was beautiful and has plenty to do for a winter getaway away. We loved our time here.

We loved our stay at this house. Great location right on the lake, beautiful views and the snow made it even better. The house was as described, clean and very comfortable. We skied 2 days at Schuss and this is a convenient location for that. The dogs had plenty of room to roam the house and were comfortable as well! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was excellent and exactly what we needed for our stay in the area. Close to our venue, the area has so much to explore and do. We were able to easily get to a lot of awesome places.

The place was a perfect stay for our day of golf at Arcadia. Hosts were great and responded quickly with anything we need. Including checking on things we potentially left behind. They could not have been more spot on referring us to Grille 44 for drinks and dinner, walkable if you’re up for it. 10/10 would stay here again!

I stayed in the house with a few girlfriends for a weekend trip and we had a blast! The house was very accommodating to a larger group. Colleen was very proactive with information before we arrived which made the checkin process a breeze. We will be back!

Sean was accommodating, responsive and welcoming the entire stay for the weekend of our wedding. He made it easy for us to enjoy ourselves and we felt right at home, used all amenities with no issues at all. I highly recommend this place and we will be back!!

It is hard to put in words how wonderful it was to spend time at Elizabeth's place. It was so peaceful and quiet and allowed me to focus on a work project and rest. All the little homelike touches made her place feel like your own home without the feeling that you were intruding on a private home. I would recommend this little place for anyone the is seeking a getaway from the city. And as a bonus, a short drive into TC! Thank you, Elizabeth for being a wonderful host and opening your home up for others to share. I'll definitely be back.

We stayed for almost a week in late October to enjoy some hiking and the fall colors. The house was very clean and was very well stocked with towels, kitchenware, etc. Beautiful and well maintained house. Would absolute stay here again.

The house is on the canal right off the lake. We kept our boat tied up right outside the house. There are a lot of extras. Lucky for us there was an extra gas can because our gas gage started acting up and we ran out of gas in the middle grounds. There are kayaks you can use. There is a washer and dryer, plus a black stone. Lots of room for parking. I loved the king size bed.

Amazing!! Incredibly peaceful getaway right on the lake. The house was even better than we expected from the photos. Would highly recommend for anyone coming to the Traverse City area. Would definitely stay again!

Carolyn’s place is so wonderful - straight out of a wholesome Nancy Meyers movie! My group had the best time - the private dock is magical, she was so responsive and helpful, and we cannot believe how beautiful Suttons Bay is. If you are thinking of visiting the area, STAY HERE!
