This small space is the perfect place to rest your head after a long day of exploring the surrounding area, after a wedding, or just as a quick stop while road tripping along the coast. There’s a peaceful outdoor space to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine, away from the hustle and bustle. Uniquely located 1-mile from Santa Claus beach and a 13 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara.

Newly remodeled bedroom (with cal king bed), attached bathroom, patio with private entrance, and self check-in. Across the street there is a nature preserve with a 1.5 mile walking path offering bird watching, Los Carneros Lake, and the historic Stow House. The house is 2-stories with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms above the unit. The bedrooms above are carpeted, and we insulated the ceiling above you in an attempt to mitigate the noise, but the 60 year old floors can squeak.

After a day of exploring Santa Barbara, relax with a glass of wine on your own private patio, watching the sun set through the 300 year-old oak trees. Or, walk a few blocks to Harry's, our favorite watering hole. If you like to hike, Oakview Place is one block to Steven's Park and the Jesusita Trail. Off street parking. No pets.

Located on Lillie Ave. in Summerland. Walking distance to shopping, restaurants, wine tasting and the beach. Large, open 1 bedroom/1 bathroom w/ full kitchen, vaulted ceilings walk in closet and washer and dryer in unit. Living room has a queen sleeper sofa, with fireplace and television. Entire unit has ocean views and a patio to watch the beautiful Summerland sunsets. 5 min walk or bike ride to Summerland Beach.

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with great mountain views. In this very large private studio, with a king bed, twin bed, living room, bathroom, and kitchenette (fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and 2-burner electric cooktop). We live on the property (separate area from Airbnb) and can assist with any needs. We're on a quiet mountain road, while easy to get downtown and freeway.
