it was a rallye nice appartment, clean and everything in it weich ist nieder for a overnight stay. I would book it again for sure.

We had a very nice stay in this unique and traditionally looking apartment. Fabrizio Ed Eleonora always answered quickly and were very helpful.

My sister in jaw and I just spent 4 nights at Appartamento Saul mare, hosted by Livia and what a beautiful stay it was! An impeccably clean, spacious unit that was a very easy walk to all the nearby attractions. Livia was in contact with us and answered any questions we had promptly and with warmth. She provided suggestions for local restaurants and a taxi service. I would not hesitate to recommend this lovely accomodation. There was the gift of a bottle of wine, a beer and a Pepsi in the fridge. Along with a little crocheted gift from her Mum. Thank you Livia for a wonderful stay.

Elisa est très accueillante et disponible pour répondre aux questions Le logement est spacieux et. impeccable. Nous n'avons pas cuisiné mais il y a tout ce qu'il faut. A savoir toutefois qu'un des lits est plutôt adapté pour un enfant ou femme pas trop grande. L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité du centre historique. Supermarché et cafés tout proches. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, comme à la maison!

We were needing to stay two nights in Bari before we left early for our plane. We were able to take the train from Monopoli and walk with ease with our bags here. Check in was easy and the host was responsive. The place is as described and homey. It's central to the train station and about a 20 min walk to old town Bari. It's not the best neighborhood as far as beauty but it's city center and once you step inside the building to the apartment it's a sweet little oasis, and actually very quiet.

We loved it, great location, lovely apartment, helpful and communicative hosts. Giuseppe was there to greet us and show us around and helpfully sent info about restaurants etc. Francesco so kindly came into Monopoli especially one evening to rescue us when we had locked ourselves out of the apartment, for which we were incredibly grateful. He arrived with a smile and not a word of complaint....customer service at its very best! Thank you.

In een woord geweldig. Het verblijf was zeer schoon, ruim, dichtbij alle locaties en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ondanks midden in de stad, heel erg rustig van binnen. Het was nog mooier en ruimer dan op de foto's. Niet te vergeten de aanvulling van het dakterras. Mooie uitkijk over de stad richting zee. De host was super goed benaderbaar, snelle reactie, pro actief met aanraders. Mocht je een authentieke ervaring willen, in een super mooi appartement midden tussen de locals. Aarzel niet. Dit is een super aanrader. Top Top Top. En een dankjewel aan de host Pamela.

The location of Maria’s flat is perfect for exploring the old town. Franco was waiting at the train station to pick me up. Maria was very helpful and replied very quickly to all my questions. Thank you.

Le séjour passé chez Tommaso était formidable. Le cadre était merveilleux, surtout en plein été. L'appartement a toutes les commodités indiquées, ce qui a clairement facilité nos vacances. Je recommande !

Nous avons passé 2 superbes nuits dans ce logement. l’emplacement est idéal, dans la rue principale mais un peu plus loin que la zone des restaurants donc très calme ! La maison est juste magnifique et ses terrasses agréables. Rien ne manque pour un séjour inoubliable! Sans oublier le super accueil de Mr Bartolo!! Si un jour nous avons la chance de revenir à Polignano nul doute que nous reviendrons à Civetthouse 😃

Der Aufenthalt im Appartement war sehr schön. Es war alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Vor allem die Lage hat uns sehr gefallen. Man konnte abends gemütlich in der Nähe Bars und Restaurants besuchen. Preis-/Leistung habenden jedem Fall gestimmt. Francesco ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hat auch ein Taxi für uns bestellt, das uns nachts zum Flughafen gebracht hat. Das italienische Frühstück mit Kaffee und Croissant konnten wir ein paar Schritte vom Appartment entfernt einnehmen. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen mit Zug oder Bus. Einen Spaziergang von ca. 20 Minuten durch eine belebte Einkaufsstraße von Bahnhof und Busstation entfernt…Danke für die netten Tage und deine Unterstützung lieber Francesco. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Luiz's place is compact, clean and comfortable - it was perfect for us and our two children for our stay in Bari. We could easily walk to the beach and into the city. Luiz was friendly and easy to get in touch with, providing lots of information. We'd happily stay here again!

Am avut un sejur minunat la această proprietate. Gazda a fost serviabilă și ospitalieră, ne-a făcut recomandări și a răspuns tuturor solicitărilor noastre. Casa a fost foarte curată și confortabilă, situată într-o zonă centrala, dar liniștită. Mulțumim și sperăm să revenim!

Aliona est une hôte très accueillante. Le logement est très fonctionnel, très propre et proche des commodités. Ce logement a participé à rendre notre expérience à Bari inoubliable. Je recommande les yeux fermés!

We were very happy with the Airbnb. Everything looked very stylish and even more beautiful than in the pictures. It was also very clean. The location is great too – you’re in the old town (Sassi) in just a few minutes, and most places are within easy walking distance. Only some bus stops are a bit more far away. Thank you as well for the kind notes and tips we received – they were really helpful! And one important thing to know: at the end of the stay, there’s a city tax of €2 per person per night for the first three nights. This is a regulation in Matera to help preserve the city. It’s completely understandable, but good to be aware of in advance. Thanks for everything!

Всичко беше фантастично, и апартамента, и местоположението, и домакините, имахме вкусни подаръчета, леглата бяха много удобни, уютно е и има всичко необходимо, ще се върнем отново, ако пак посещаваме Бари!

το σπίτι που νοικιάσαμε ήτανε φοβερό. ήτανε πολύ πιο μεγάλο απ ότι φαινότανε στις φωτογραφίες και πιο όμορφο από κοντά..το τζακουζι απόλυτα χαλαρωτικό .και ο οικοδεσπότης μας ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και εξυπηρετικός.σιγουρα θα ξαναβρεθούμε εδώ αν γυρίσουμε στο Μπάρι.ευχαριστουμε πολυ

Wow, what a FANTASTIC stay in Monopoli!!! I stayed in this apartment for two weeks and am so glad I chose it. Franco is an amazing host and met me upon arrival, showing me everything I needed to know for the apartment and gave me great recommendations for the area. He was always super repsonsive and you can tell he and his wife put so much love into this home. It had absolutely everything I needed for a long stay and wifi was super fast for remote work (over 200 mgps down/upload). The apartment was clean and in a perfect spot in Monopoli. I could walk around the corner to the main street and there were loads of bars, restaurants, and shops. It's only a couple minutes from the sea. At night, it was plenty quiet and I never had an issue with noise. I stay in a lot of Airbnbs and this is a real gem thanks to Franco and his family. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Monopoli!

Wonderful location, breathtaking city, unique stay combining the ancient with modern luxuries and a lovely host. Host was always responsive and helpful especially with our last minute request for the nearby secure parking garage. Garage attendees were expecting us and so friendly. Spacious accommodation with easy, secure access mere steps from the heart of Matera. A delicious complimentary breakfast at a nearby cafe was also greatly appreciated. Lovely, friendly staff serving divine pastries, sandwiches and coffees! Matera is not to be missed and staying in a cave apartment, with a hot tub as well, was a once in a lifetime experience!!

L'appartement est très bien placé à proximité de l'aéroport, très propre et spacieux. Floriana nous a bien indiqué la marche à suivre pour notre arrivée tardive le soir, ce qui a facilité notre entrée dans les lieux (nous n'avions jamais fait une arrivée autonome auparavant).
