Das Bau House ist wirklich eine tolle Unterkunft in der wir uns sofort wohl gefühlt haben. Alles entsprach der Beschreibung und den Bildern. Wer in der Nähe von Oristano eine Unterkunft sucht ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Daniele war super nett, hilfsbereit und hatte nützliche Empfehlungen. Würden die Unterkunft jedem Empfehlen.

Wir haben die Tage in Michaelas Haus sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich, hat alles was man braucht und liegt direkt am Strand und umgebem von einem schönen Garten. Michaela und ihre Mutter sind sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und äusserst aufmerksame Gastgeberinnen. Sehr zu empfehlen! Herzlichen Dank für alles!

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

staying in poetto was wonderful. access to the beach was 4 minutes away and also the bus into the city could be picked up right along the beach. the house was very nice and accommodated our group very well. I would recommend bringing mosquito repellent or purchasing when arriving as we did get bit up with being outside and from opening up the doors to the house at different times. Andrea's co- host, Daniela was very helpful and welcoming and was the primary point of contact during our visit. we had a great time and would love to come back!

We had a great, late season stay in Buggeru, and found that the apartment fit out needs perfectly. Chiara was there when we needed a little help. Would book here again.

Por um problema no meu vôo e uma mudança grande e forçada no planejamento, não pude ficar na casa escolhida, mas não por isso posso deixar de descrever como Vincenzo me ajudou. Sempre muito paciente, compreensivo e disposto a ajudar no que pudesse. E assim foi feito, me disponibilizou um novo lugar com ótima localização, tudo que precisávamos e por um período diferente do previsto. Só tenho a agradecer a ele e sua família que nos recepcionaram como se já fossemos de casa. Literalmente ajudaram a salvar nossas férias. Em próxima oportunidade na Sardenha ficarei em uma das casas de Vincenzo.

L'appartement est bien situé pour les personnes qui ont envie de mer et de beaux paysage maritimes. Les plages sont immenses et il est possible de marcher le long du littoral. Nous avons assisté à de très beaux couchers de soleil. Nous étions en novembre. Ce n'est pas la saison touristique. Le petit supermarché était fermé. Le restaurant sur la plage était ouvert et nous y avons bien mangé. Pour les personnes qui désirent flâner sur la plage et se baigner, cet endroit est idéal en été, lorsque l'eau est encore chaude. Pour visiter la région, cet endroit est éloigné. c'est un peu long en voiture pour arriver à une première ville. Il faut un peu moins d'1 heure pour atteindre Arbus. Visiter des nuraghes ou Cagliari demandent beaucoup de temps en voiture. Carmen est très accueillante et amicale. Elle fait un délicieux pain.

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

Unsere Zeit in der Villa Eleonora bei Federica und Stefano war schlichtweg traumhaft. Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einer herzlichen Gastfreundschaft empfangen, die uns sofort das Gefühl gab, angekommen zu sein. Federica und Stefano sind nicht nur unglaublich freundlich, sondern auch äußerst professionell – sie haben wirklich an alles gedacht, um unseren Aufenthalt perfekt zu gestalten. Federica und Stefano waren stets erreichbar und haben uns mit großartigen Tipps zu Ausflügen, Restaurants und Stränden in der Umgebung versorgt. Sie kennen die Insel wie ihre Westentasche und teilen ihre Geheimtipps mit großer Leidenschaft. Vielen Dank für alles, Federica und Stefano!

Klare Anweisungen erhalten für den Check-In. Vorgängig viele Videos und Fotos erhalten für den Zugang zur Wohnung und für das „korrekte“ benutzen der Wohnung. Die Lage ist super, super schöner Sonnenuntergang vom Balkon oder vom Meer. Die Wohnung/Studio ist klein aber sehr gut ausgestattet. Kleine Küche, gut geeignet zum einfache Menus kochen.

Virkelig god, sød og opmærksom vært, der kom med kager, sodavand og chokolade til vores børn. Huset var fint, og det lå 2 minutter fra en lækker strand samtidigt med, der også var en lækker pool. Som det eneste negative var vi ikke opmærksomme på at skulle betale el regning.

Dalia è una persona squisita e gentile. L'appartamento è un luogo di relax con una splendida visuale dal terrazzo, sopratutto fuori stagione, su un'isola che è una vera e propria gemma. Abbiamo trascorso lì qualche giorno della nostra luna di miele e sinceramente mai ne è valsa così tanto la pena, speriamo di poterci ritornare. A great house right near the beach. Excellent facilities and what wasn't in the house, you'd never need! So well stocked with appliances, supplies. Rezearta made lots of recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries.

Alexandro qui nous a reçu, nous a proposé des activités, des restaurants adaptés à nos envies … aux alentours du logements, il se propose de réserver pour nous. Il est extrêmement attentif et toujours disponible! Tout en restant discret! Le logement est très très propre, très bien équipé et très agréable! Merci

We found Cristina's very place was very clean and had everything we needed. The bedrooms are large and the beds are the most comfortable we have found. External metal shutters allow you keep the place dark so you can have a laying without being woken up by the sun. Garden was neat and tidy and the covered out door seating area also useful should it rain. On premise parking is useful, although you would also find space in the street should you want to park there. Cristina's is very responsive and has suggestions on where to go. As Cristina had no one renting the day before us or the day after we left she gave us flexible check in and check out. Would happily rent Cristina's place again.

Vielen Dank für eine wunderbare Woche in diesem paradiesischem Haus am Strand! Es ist eher klein aber mit allem ausgestattet was man sich nur wünschen kann und dazu blitzsauber. Der Strand ist neben dem Sonnenbaden auch super zum Tauchen und Schnorcheln geeignet. Mit einem Mietauto haben wir wundervolle Ausflüge in die Umgebung unternehmen können und die Kommunikation war sympathisch und effizient. Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier sehr genossen!

Nous somme restés une semaine chez Davide, et ce fut le meilleur séjour que j'ai passé dans un Airbnb. Davide était extrêmement arrangeant, souriant, sympathique et a pris de son temps pour nous visiter et nous donner des recommendations de choses à faire même après que sa mère soit venue nous déposer les clefs. un grand merci à elle aussi pour son accueil. Belle attention de leur part, ils nous ont laissé une bouteille de vin et pain traditionnel sarde. l'appartement est spacieux avec 3 chambres, une cuisine toute équipée, une clim, une douche d'extérieur dans la cour intérieure, parfait pour le retour de la plage qui se situe directement à la sortie de l'appartement. Énormément de moustiques mais toutes les entrées et fenêtres sont équipées de moustiquaires. Peu de touristes (comparé au nord) donc facile de se garer devant chaque jour, belles plages très proches et position centrale donc pratique pour un daytrip. Je ne peux que recommander de séjourner là-bas !

Wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt in diesem kleinen Paradies. Das Haus verfügt über eine grosse und gut eingerichtete Wohnküche, ein Schlafzimmer und ein kleineres Zimmer, sowie ein kleines Bad. Alles sehr sauber und funktional, für Personen über 180cm allerdings nicht so vorteilhaft. Die Lage direkt am Strand und so nah beim Wasser ist unbezahlbar. Mit dem Meeresrauschen einschlafen und aufwachen, schwimmen, schnorcheln, stundenlang am Strand entlang laufen, das ist Urlaub pur. Auch gibt es in der Umgebung vieles zu erkunden, zudem tolle Restaurants, gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, alles top. Unser Highlight war aber sicher der Besuch der Delphine am ersten Tag, während wir auf der Veranda unseren Apéro genossen, tummelten sich zwei Tiere in der Bucht, unbeschreiblich. Wir waren Ende Saison da, die Bars/Cafes am Strand waren bereits geschlossen, Leute hatte es kaum mehr. Rundum glücklich sind wir nach Hause zurückgekehrt. DANKE Valentina und Enzo!

We loved staying here as a family. The hosts were so helpful and friendly even loaning a fishing rod. Their advice was great! The house was great and had everything we needed. We liked that there were 2 bathrooms. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with stunning views & wonderful hosts. Our tips for people staying: You need a car to get around but do get an SUV as the roads around are full of holes so it was easier compared to a normal car. If you stay in the back bedroom and like to get up past 7am or sleep in the afternoons take ear plugs. The neighbour has loud conversations on his telephone & you can hear it all & their shower etc If you are a light sleeper you will need this or use the 2 front bedrooms. Make sure you watch the sunset. It’s beautiful The recycling takes a bit to work out what is where if you don’t speak Italian but use a translator app and take a picture and it translates it for you

Francesca a été réactive et nous a donné des instructions claires pour prendre possession des lieux et même une entrée anticipée. La situation de l'appartement à deux pas de la plage de Poetto est parfaite, et la grande terrasse est un réel atout.

Siamo felici di essere tornati da Luca , la casa è ancora più bella di 2 mesi fa , il giardino sempre incantevole il mare fantastico. Luca sempre super gentile e disponibile ci ha fatto trovare dei bellissimi doni al nostro arrivo, la casa super pulita e ordinata grazie. ancora Luca.
