Das Haus ist perfekt für einen entspannten Urlaub. Die Lage ist total ruhig und wunderschön. Nach Cagliari fährt man 30 min und kann dort shoppen, gut essen und Museen besuchen. Daniel ist ein phantastischer Gastgeber und wir haben uns von Minute eins wohlgefühlt. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Die Betten sind top und der Pool ein Traum. Man sollte ein Auto nutzen, dass mit einer etwas steinigen Straße umgehen kann. Danke an Daniel und Pierpaolo und bis bald.

Maria and her son greeted us when we arrived with a lovely smile and attitude. They showed us their lovely home which was recently renovated with so much thought and detail to look and feel comfortable and inviting. The location is just steps away from the center city which Geovani (Marias Son) took the time to walk me through and show me around the streets and town he grew up in. We loved our stay and have marked this as the place to stay if we are in the area again. You would be lucky to book a stay at this beautiful home.

I've stayed here three times, and I keep discovering new things to do and see each time. And today, the incredible garden of cactus started to bloom!!! I hadn't ever seen this type of cactus blooming in the desert East of LA...I'd no idea that it could flower!? Thank you so much for making this place open to tourists! It is a one-of-a-kind experience!

Das Haus war extrem sauber, erfrischend und es standen Leckereien, Esswaren und Getränke für uns bereit. Wir sind begeistert! 😍 In diesem Haus hat es an nichts gefehlt. Es wurde alles durchdacht. Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Viel mehr als ein Super Host! ❤️🫶 Die Zeit in Sardinien haben wir sehr genossen. Lory et Max vous accueillent avec le sourire ! L'appartement est jolie et très propre . Vous aurez le nécessaire en vaisselle et autre . La clim fonctionne et n'est pas trop bruyante. La piscine et l'extérieure est vraiment jolie et bien aménagé. Vos hôtes savent être discret malgré la proximité. Ils sont pleins de petites attentions a notre égard. A votre arrivé le frigo sera déjà garni ainsi que les placards ( lait ,céréales,biscottes,yaourts,fruits,fromage,confitures,charcuterie,eau,café........... ) Les petits bémols : un coq dans le jardin juste a côté qui chantent nuit et jour ( on fini par si habituer ) et le manque de rideau occultant .

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni in questa casa, dove ci siamo sentiti accolti con tanto affetto e calore. I proprietari Angela e efisio sono due persone gentili e amorevoli, che mettono a disposizione un appartamento con giardino meraviglioso. La casa ha davvero tutto quello che può servire, e’ immersa in una bellissima zona tranquilla ma a due passi dal centro cittadino. Ritorneremo sicuramente perché Orosei e la sue gente ha davvero un grande cuore!

We rally enjoyed staying at Pierluigi’s house. The house was very clean and comfortable, supplied with everything we needed for our stay. We especially enjoyed the view of the Sea from the garden. Pierluigi is a fantastic host, very easy to communicate with, and very helpful, giving us advice as to where to eat, or which places to visit. I wish we were able to stay longer!

Diese Unterkunft ist kein gewöhnlicher Ort – sie ist ein kleines Paradies, das sich sofort wie Zuhause anfühlt. Der liebevoll gestaltete Garten lädt zum Entspannen ein und lässt einen den Alltag augenblicklich vergessen. Es ist ein Ort der Ruhe und Geborgenheit, an dem man einfach ankommt. Was diesen Ort aber wirklich besonders macht, sind Giovannis Eltern, Francesca und Benjamino. Sie kümmern sich nicht nur mit großer Sorgfalt um das Anwesen, sondern begegnen ihren Gästen mit echter Herzlichkeit. Als unsere Tochter plötzlich hohes Fieber bekam, holten sie ohne zu zögern einen Arzt und begleiteten uns anschließend ins Krankenhaus. Sie blieben die ganze Zeit an unserer Seite – mit einer Selbstverständlichkeit, die uns tief berührt hat. Dieser Ort und diese Menschen sind ein Geschenk – und sie verdienen die beste Bewertung, die man nur geben kann.

We really enjoyed our stay a lot. Originally, we intended to stay only a couple of days but ended up spending our entire vacation at Davide's place. Incredible friendly hosts, beautiful beach close by. Our stay could not have been better.

Schöne Wohnung für einen wunderbar erholsamen Aufenthalt in Sardinien. Die Bilder sagen alles... Taty und Luca sind gut erreichbar. Toller Ausgangspunkt für viele Ausflüge, die Nähe zu Cagliari ist eine wunderbare Abwechslung zum beach life in der Umgebung. Sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt ;-))

Appartement très agréable, bien équipé et propre, jouissant d’une jolie vue sur les dunes. La plage magnifique est à 10 minutes à pieds. Nicolas est un hôte très sympathique et réactif.

Le logement de Paolo et sa femme correspondait parfaitement à nos attentes. C’était très propre et Paolo est un hôte très sympathique. Le centre ville est tout près à pied pour les restaurants et un super marché est également accessible sans voiture. Nous recommandons ce logement. Ce fut un plaisir d’y séjourner. Merci à eux! Io e mio marito abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana a casa di Giovanni, casa accogliente e fornita di tutto quello di cui si può avere bisogno. Il plus è stato conoscere l Host, persona gentile che ci ha aiutati anche con ottimi consigli per luogo da visitare e ristoranti in cui mangiare. Grazie all’ottima posizione abbiamo visitato tutto il sud della Sardegna, da Sant antioco a villasimius. L’appartamento si trova in un complesso di villette molto carino, noi siamo stati a Pasqua e abbiamo potuto apprezzare a pieno la pace di questo luogo, a 4 minuti a piedi potete trovare un supermercato, negozi, bar, tabacchi, pizzeria. La spiaggia si trova a 5 minuti a piedi, c è anche un delizioso baretto per una bella birra in riva al mare. L appartamento è dotato di condizionatori, un terrazzo molto bello, due smart tv, lavatrice e tutto quello di cui si può aver bisogno. Ci siamo sentiti a casa grazie per aver arricchito il nostro viaggio. Alessandra è antonio

La casa è splendida. Il soggiorno è stato oltremodo piacevole. Lisetta e suo marito sono persone affabili, distinte ed ospitali. È stato un piacere essere ospiti e replicherò sicuramente.

Wir waren eine Woche dort und es war wirklich sehr schön. Die Unterkunft ist einfach traumhaft. Wir haben die Abende auf der Terrasse beim Sonnenuntergang sehr genossen. Da wir im April da waren, war es in der Umgebung noch recht ruhig und die Geschäfte/Restaurants hatten geschlossen oder nur kurze Öffnungszeiten. Das war recht schade aber dafür haben wir um so mehr das Haus genutzt und vor Ort lecker gekocht. Es empfiehlt sich aufjedenfall ein Mietwagen zu haben, um einkaufen fahren zu können und Ausflüge machen zu können. Wir wurden herzlichen Empfangen und haben uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt.

Abbiamo trascorso uno stupendo soggiorno a casa di Luca, villa super curata ed attrezzata. La posizione è fantastica e tranquilla con una splendida vista sul mare. Il terrazzo è strepitoso: veramente un luogo da sogno. Cinzia è una persona favolosa: l'accoglienza ed i suoi consigli sulle spiagge e ristoranti sono stati utilissimi. Grazie anche a Luca per le indicazioni ricevute sulla zona. Cinzia ci ha permesso di fare check in e check out agevolandoci negli orari tenendo in considerazione il ns arrivo e partenza in traghetto. Grazie Cinzia e Luca per averci permesso di trascorrere una vacanza da sogno.

A great house right near the beach. Excellent facilities and what wasn't in the house, you'd never need! So well stocked with appliances, supplies. Rezearta made lots of recommendations and was quick to respond to any queries.

There aren't enough words to fully describe how beautiful this property and its location are! My husband and I stayed for 5 days at the beginning of October, so the local beach bar and pizzeria were closed and the gated community was very quiet, but we loved the peace and stunning surroundings. The house itself is beautiful and has everything you need to feel right at home. The garden and roof terrace are fabulous and we loved the hot tub for early morning and late night dips! The kitchen is very well equipped and everything is super clean. It's clearly been recently redecorated and has been done beautifully. You do need a car if you want to visit other places or eat out (especially out of season) and there are wonderful beaches within a short drive, as well as the one right next to the house! But with the parking space, having a car is no issue. Marguerite met us to hand over the keys and show us around. She's so lovely and friendly, and super helpful. 100% recommend this house!

Nous avons passé un séjour incroyable dans la maison. Lorenza et son frère etaient toujours dizponibles, reactifs et très aimables. Le logement était très bien équipé et très propre. La plage à côté était très agréable. Nous regommandons sans hésiter !
