Die Wohnung ist direkt in der City. Nah am Meer. Du hast alles was du brauchst. Ich habe mich wohl gefühlt in der einen Nacht. Für längere Zeit würde ich diese Wohnung nicht nehmen. Zu nah in der City. Kommt natürlich drauf an was jeder sich wünscht.

We had a brief stay at Piera and Nico's beautiful beach house, and we wish it had been longer! The home itself was lovely, clean, had everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable and cozy. It was a very private location, very large yard and patio space, and exceptional views of the sea. We accessed the "secret" tunnel many times to get to the beach, and it was a favorite with my little boys. We cooked many meals in the kitchen, and used the charcoal grill. Both Piera and Nico were very responsive if we had any questions or if anything came up. Great hosts! The surrounding villages were full of character, and were less than 45 minute drive. Some were even as close as 15 to 20 minutes away. So much local charm, beautiful vistas, delicious cappuccinos, and incredible history. We never swam in the ocean, because it was too cold, but we did hang out at the beach. A lot of places were closed down by the beach, but others were open in town. Highly recommend this place!

Die Wohnung von Lidia ist groß und liegt wunderbar wenige Schritte vom Meer entfernt. An Ausstattung ist alles vorhanden. Man kann sowohl eine Terrasse für sich allein vor dem Haus nutzen oder sich im Gemeinschaftsgarten hinter dem Haus am Meer aufhalten. Das allerbeste an unseren Aufenthalt ist aber, dass wir Lidia und ihren Hund Judy kennengelernt haben. Lidia ist so eine herzensgute, großzügige und warmherzige Frau, das hat unseren Aufenthalt verschönert. Sie hat uns mit zahlreichen Tipps zu tollen regionalen Spezialitäten weiter geholfen und auch im Alltag mit Informationen unterstützt und übersetzt. Zusätzlich war sie sehr großzügig mit verschiedenen regionalen Köstlichkeiten. Judy ist ein ganz lieber Hund und passt gut auf, so dass wir uns sehr sicher gefühlt haben. Es war wunderbar das Leben vor Ort und die Menschen dort kennenzulernen, gleichzeitig hat man aber auch seine Privatsphäre und kann sich jederzeit zurückziehen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vielen Dank Lidia!

Wir haben unsere Ferien bei Colomba und Michele sehr genossen! Empfang en wurden wir mit hauseigenem Olivenöl, sehr leckeren Kapern und Zitronen! Colomba war immer sehr hilfsbereit, unkompliziert und herzlich und Michele fleissig am die Unterkunft verschönern und unterhalten - man merkt, die zwei arbeiten mit sehr viel Liebe an ihrem Airbnb! :) Wir werden definitiv wieder vorbeigehen! ❤️

This is the type of house you always dream about staying in. Right next to the sea and great views over the bay and Marina di Vasto. The old town is a less than 30 minute (brisk uphill) walk from on the house, but Marina di Vasto itself already offers a host of bars and restaurants. Francesca went above and beyond anything to make sure our stay was as perfect as could be. We loved the house and the garden. Great spot to start exploring some of the great things Abruzzo has to offer! Absolutely loved our stay and cannot compliment Francesca enough for her help and responsiveness. Thank you!

Nuestra estancia en Vieste fue maravillosa. Los propietarios desde el principio nos hicieron sentir como en nuestra propia casa,ofreciéndonos frutas del jardín....Nos asesoraron muy bien sobre sitios a visitar y restaurantes a los que ir a comer o cenar. La casa está muy bien,tiene un entorno paradisíaco y una piscina exterior idílica para disfrutar de ella. Aconsejamos este alojamiento al 100%.Gracias por todo

The place is as described. 15 min walk to a peaceful and gravely beach. There is a private parking with a gate, which was very convenient for us. The hist is very friendly and responds fast. I would recommend :)

quella presso il Villaggio San Paolo è stata una bellissima vacanza grazie anche alla sistemazione e alla grande disponibilità e cortesia degli addetti. Il monolocale ha tutte le comodità, l'unica pecca è al limite la doccia un po' stretta, ma tutto funzionava alla perfezione. Tra l'altro il soggiorno comprende anche ombrellone e lettini per tutto il tempo del soggiorno. Bella la piscina che comprende una zona idromassaggio. Assolutamente da ripetere

Gyönyörű, modern, elegáns otthon Baritól északra, ahol mindent megtalálsz amire szükséged lehet. Békés, szép környezet, zárt lakóparkban, ezért teljesen biztonságos. A legközelebbi tömegközlekedés kb 2 km, ezért bérelt autóval vagy taxival ajánlott. Anton több mint tökéletes házigazda, mindent megtett értünk, mindenben segített, nagyon örülünk hogy megismertük, remélem visszajövünk még! Köszönjük Anton!

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

Wat een schitterende locatie om te verblijven. Zeer gastvrije en vriendelijke Gabriëlla en familie. Erg hulpvaardig om je verblijf aangenaam te maken. Het appartement op de begane grond is werkelijk uitstekend en van alle gemakken voorzien. Zeer fraaie uitgevoerde renovatie van een boerderij tot in de kleinste details door een architect uitgevoerd. Vanuit de prachtig aangelegde tuin en vanuit het appartement heb je een rustgevend uitzicht op de zee. Ook heerlijk is het gebruik van het slim aangelegde zwembad. Wij hebben er ontzettend genoten. Alles was was keurig in orde en zeer schoon.

Très belle propriété près du centre ville et de la mer. Endroit très calme et reposant. très propre et excellent accueil. Le propriétaire est très gentil et très accueillant. le logement pour deux est parfait. il ne manque rien.

Ce Ressort est très bien situé, à 2 pas de la mer, avec des installations comprises : Piscine, parasol et matelas de plage, vélos. Seul bémol à notre séjour, le prix des Petits-déjeuners 10€/pers avec un buffet somme toute très simple, et le restaurant de la plage avec une différence de prix de + 3€ par rapport à celui du Ressort ! Mais le personnel est très sympathique ce qui a rendu notre séjour bien agréable Jean

The best country stay by the coast. A unique olive grove farm house surrounded by olive trees. Add the most wonderful stone terrace, barbecue and pizza oven and breath-taking views of the sea beyond the grove. Peschici is only 3 min drive down the path and roads and has all the I gradient you ll need to cook la cuccina povera. Plus Raffaella and Dino are the greatest hosts.

Gorgeous space in a gorgeous location. Elia was extremely helpful, even though all of our communications with him were electronic. However, he did provide us with a local contact, with whom we met. Our only challenge with the space was the persistent presence of mosquitoes (during the month of May.) The windows have no screens.

Building is a former textile factory that has been converted mostly to residences. Located in the touristy section of Termoli, it is within walking distance of the wonderful beaches, the Borgo Antico, and convenient places to shop and eat. Terrace garden is private to the Airbnb rental, over looks the harbor, and has wonderful lemon and other fruit trees. If you’re looking for a place with character, this is it. Claudio lives next door and is always available to assist.

Stare in questo appartamento è stato come sentirsi a casa, ma in una casa meravigliosa, immersa in una pineta vista mare. Francesco è stato sempre presente e disponibile con noi e ci ha aiutati a muoverci sull'isola e ci ha presentato altre magnifiche persone. Fin da subito ci ha trasmesso il suo amore per l'isola e ha fatto innamorare anche noi dandoci consigli e raccontandoci delle storie. Tutto perfetto nell'appartamento. I letti comodissimi, la cucina ben fornita e la casa davvero silenziosa. Se potessi, tornerei domani.

Soggiorno estremamente piacevole a casa di Gioia nel cuore di una localita' bellissima. Mare incantevole. Casa molto pulita e attrezzata di tutto. Cenare sulla terrazza panoramica e' stato magico. La signora Giovanna che ci ha accolto e' stata molto disponibile, gentile, efficiente e flessibile ed e' venuta in tutti i modi incontro alle nostre esigenze. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. Conserveremo un bellissimo ricordo di Rodi Garganico e di questa casa.

We had a great time in Angela’s beautiful place. She was the perfect host, super communicative and informative and took the time to explain how everything worked which was really appreciated. She gave us plenty of information on the area and what to do. But the highlight was the bedroom with the French door view right over the ocean where we would watch sailing boats go by and the ocean change during the day. It was perfect. Everything we needed was within short walking distance. We loved staying here and will be back!! Perfect relaxation and so quiet and peaceful! Thank you Angela!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit traumhafter Terrasse mit Blick über die Olivenhaine bis zum Meer. Das große Panoramafenster ermöglicht es den Ausblick auch bei frischem Wind zu genießen. Viele nette Lokale und Lebensmittelgeschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe sowie ein interessantes archäologisches Museum. Zum Strand ca. 20 min. zu Fuß, schöne Wanderung direkt ab der Wohnung möglich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir haben 5 wunderschöne Tage in Domenico seinem schönen kleinen Häuschen verbracht. Das Haus ist einfach eingerichtet, hat aber alles, was man braucht. Alles ist neuwertig und sehr modern: Das Badezimmer, die Küche, alle Haushaltsgeräte sind neu. Die Gegend und die Natur drum rum ist wunderschön und bitten Ruhe. Ein paar hundert Meter entfernt ist der Strand. Es ist ein Kiesstrand. Ich würde die Badeschuhe empfehlen. Wir waren mit unserem Hund da und es war kein Problem, ihn zum Strand mitzunehmen. Auch für Wanderer gibt es eine Möglichkeit, auf den nahe liegenden Berg aufzusteigen und von dort die schöne Aussicht auf das Tal und Meer zu genießen.
