Such an enjoyable stay at Ali’s home. Immaculately presented and decorated extremely well. Was so peaceful. Wonderful beds and linen. Great kitchen which allowed us to cook for our family that we were visiting. Our dog loved it too Would love to come back again in the summer. Thank you Ali ❤️

Nicola was a brilliant, helpful host. The apartment was perfect, including a very well equipped kitchen. It was 5 mins walk from the beach but away from the busy areas. There are many beautiful walks from the door step. I will definitely recommend this property to friends and hope to return.

We had a great week’s stay at Alison’s flat! It looked exactly like the pictures and was really clean on arrival, with lovely views out on the balcony of Brixham harbour. We were able to get parked pretty close to the flat for most of the week which was ideal for when we wanted to do a few trips out. It was easy to find and plenty of space just for the two of us. The steps going up and down to the flat weren’t an issue (we definitely got a good workout with the steps to and from the high street but that’s expected as most places are uphill). Communication with Alison was easy and for what we paid for the week, we thought it was great value for money. We would definitely return if we come back to Brixham in the future!

Great location and throughly enjoyed the stay. Janna made the flat feel like home with some homemade cakes on arrival and welcoming of my dog joining me on my travels. 10/10 stay!

We had such a lovely break staying at Jen's property, a beautiful location and home away from home. Thank you for having us, we'd love to stay again.

Beautifully presented and spotlessly clean property with fabulous views. Ben and Lauren were very responsive and accommodating, allowing us an early checkin which was super! We didn't have a car so caught ferry from Barbican (£3 pp and only a 5min trip) so easy! Ventured back and forth to Barbican for cute pubs, restaurants and shops. Good to note there are no local shops near the property so bring food and necessities with you. We brought food in Barbican. Again, very easy. Property had great bbq and balcony to sit and enjoy the views. Well equipped kitchen and comfy beds. We had two dogs who loved the space, the dog treats (thank you!) and the dog bowls. We didn't want to leave :) Definitely recommend this property.

We instantly felt at home here. The house has been done up lovely and it gives a calm and inviting feel to it. Everything was as described and we would definitely return.

Lovely, spacious, and modern property. Plenty of choice for outside seating too. exceeded expectations, more than matched the photos provided. Only advice I will give, which is not anything negative about the Property is be mindful if you have guests who aren't particularly mobile as there are steps up to the property and the driveway is up a fairly steep hill. We did also struggle to get a taxi, as didn't really seem to be all that often or available in this location from what we found and Uber just said it would be a very long wait. The Property itself was fantastic though, plenty of space for all of us. Myself, My Husband, My Sister, her Partner and children plus My Dad came for the weekend & there were three spacious double rooms, two with en suites and then the two singles in another room for My Niece and Nephew, so absolutely perfect for what we needed. Overall, very happy with this property & our Host was very friendly and super quick to reply to any questions. Would stay again!

Lovely clean bungalow, linen and furnishings. A gorgeous garden and pretty views. All as shown in the current photos. We appreciated the excellent communication from the hosts. They had thought of every little detail, including hand wash, washing up liquid, kitchen roll and toilet paper. We arrived to a pack of lemon muffins and croissants which was a very nice touch. We will definitely be booking again when visiting family. I was so impressed that I have saved a few of their other properties in my favourites folder. We arrived slightly earlier than we had expected, but were shown in and welcomed. The place is very private and because of its elevation looks out across Brixham where the colourful houses on the other side of the harbour are a constant reminder that you are on holiday. The town is very easy to access if you can manage many steps, and within 5 mins you are at the harbour with its working fishing boats, tour boats and children crabbing alongside the marina. Good quality restaurants, including many fish and chips shops are all within a short walking distance, as well as specialist fish restaurants and a superb tapas bar. If you want to get away from the crowds the SW Coastal Path goes through Brixham from which the wildlife and views are spectacular. We had a very enjoyable weekend in a peaceful but convenient spot that was very clean, and welcoming, and Moira generously left us treats to help us have a good time

Spotlessly clean, well equipped apartment with amazing views of the bay from the large patio windows and balcony. Adie is a lovely host, thinking of everything to make it such comfortable accommodation. We have just returned from our third visit and hopefully it won’t be our last.

myself and my partner and our dog chez had a 3 night stay. looking for peace and quiet and that was exactly what we got. The property was immaculate. Shower was amazing and the bed was so comfortable. Many thanks to lisa for having us stay in your lovely home.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Victoria was super helpful and it was easy to contact her asking recommendations during our stay. The apartment is in a super location, walking distance to the town centre, the hoe and the Barbican. There is a Tesco 2 minutes away. Lovely, homely flat, a real home from home. We had a lovely comfortable 3 nights at Lynbridge House. We didn't use the car at all during our stay. There are plenty of beautiful walks from the apartment... The beds are comfortable, the showers are hot and the kitchen is well equipped....just what you need on a holiday!!! We will definitely book again when we visit the area.

Immaculate, spacious and really comfortable. Attention to detail and honestly everything you needed was there. Lovely touches like fresh flowers and chocolates too. A little chalk board welcome! Pillows and bedding so soft and clean. Comfy bed. Beautiful peaceful garden full of birdsong, flowers snd buzzy bees. Gorgeous. 100% nearly nearly bar only one small thing was the sofa bed being a bit wonky but that may have been our setting it up, I’m not sure. Thank you for a lovely stay Diane. I will be back!

We stayed at Karen’s apartment for my 30th birthday and it was absolutely perfect! The place was spotless, spacious, and beautifully set up, even better than the photos. Being just steps from the beach made it extra special, and we loved how peaceful and relaxing the area was. Karen was an amazing host - super responsive, helpful, and made everything really easy from start to finish. Would 100% stay again. Highly recommend!
