Karen and Nigel are gracious hosts that go above and beyond. They have created a relaxing, welcoming home for your stay. Words that come to mind : Convenient but feels remote, breathtaking views (high enough to look into the bay but still feel connected to the action), extra extra clean and immaculate, perfect house layout, caring and attentive hosts, luxurious, concrete-walled quietness, safe and secure. Safety is so important to us. Their home was built with love and hard work, and it shows! A true tropical heaven!

While St. John is our favorite place in the world, I can’t say enough about our experience at Eureka Villa — it was absolutely perfect for our two-couple group. Great location not far from Cruz Bay (and as a bonus: super close to Windmill Bar!). Was so appreciative of Elise being proactive upon our arrival to the island and personally escorting our Jeep to the location, showing us around the villa, and was more than willing to share her knowledge of the island. The panoramic view was indescribable. Loved having the cross-breeze from large glass/screen doors in the central space, while still having access to bedroom air conditioning for comfortable sleeping at night. Clean, organized, modern updates, STOCKED with home and beach supplies which saved lots of packing space for us — beach chairs, coolers, towels, snorkel gear, even had spare reef-safe sunscreen. Elise & John were immediately responsive to any questions and fantastic to work with. Already counting the days until our return.

From start to finish we had a wonderful time at this home. Book VI provided a link to share with our group with the list of helpful pointers and recommendations from restaurants, beaches to shopping. The place was beautiful and well appointed and had comfortable beds too. We enjoyed using the beach chairs, snorkeling gear and the SUP while there. They had coolers too which came in handy for our beach outings. This place was about 15 min or so from Cruz Bay and grocery stores were nearby too. If you are looking for a beautiful place to stay near Cruz Bay and enjoy seeing the stars, stay here. I highly recommend staying here.

A stunning location with gorgeous views, this house is an absolute gem! Thank you, Eileen, for all of your local recommendations, responsiveness to all of my questions (we had a lot!), and for sharing your beautiful home with us. Perched on a hill and down a very unassuming road you find this oasis with ocean breezes, sounds of nature, and all of the necessities you could need. Perfect for my family of four, with two young kids. While the location is "on the other side of the island," we didn't mind the drive to Coral Bay or to the main beach area (Trunk, Maho)--- there was so much scenery to take in! We appreciated the beach chairs and towels, along with cooler bags, to make those trips easy. We also loved the beaches near the house, along with hiking the Ram Head Trail. The beds were super comfortable, we slept beautifully. We used the loft and the AC made for an easy sleep. Thank you so much, we will be back!

I highly recommend Rosanne's home. Tiffany, a member of the Anteres crew, met us in town after picking up our jeep rentals. We followed her to the house. Super welcoming and answered all of our questions. Casa Del Palmas was in pristine condition and beautifully decorated. Rosanne has put great effort and thought into decorating and stocking her entire home from top to bottom with everything you will possibly need for a perfect vacation. The amazingly beautiful views off the back porches will be greatly missed.

We had a wonderful stay at Meritage house! The layout was spacious with beautiful views - better than the photos in all regards. A perfect house for a multigenerational trip - we had grandparents, parents, and teens (6 people). Location was very convenient. We had a few minor issues that arose and Linda and Abby coordinated quickly to address them. Highly recommend!

I don’t know where to start.. this Airbnb was the greatest I’ve personally stayed at. Very convenient, within walking distance from Cruz Bay & all the main restaurants & bars. Also, a whole market right next door. Comfort and cleanliness was an A+ with everything you need, including washer/dryer, stove, utensils & even some sunscreen & beers! The best part about the room..Tempur-pedic bed! I’ve never had a better experience in any hotel or AirBnB. Highly recommend to anyone. We’ll be back for sure!

Beautiful home right by the coast. You cannot beat the view from the balcony in the morning, very calm and quite as well. About a 5 minute drive into town so very convenient. Make sure you rent a jeep or an AWD car because the hills are no joke. The host are wonderful and gave us some top notch recommendations as well for our stay. We will definitely be back!

We had a great stay at Villa Amerigo. It is located on a hillside overlooking the town and bay. The property is well maintained and the views are amazing. We especially enjoyed sitting on the deck and watching the sunset every night. The place has everything you need. Even had coolers and beach chairs we could use when we went to the beach. I particularly liked the location. It was not right in town but yet close enough that you could walk to all the stores, restaurants, and bars in town if you wanted. I have to warn you though that pocket money lane is a steep hill and is a bit of a workout walking back up the hill. Also, there is a very short stretch that you have to walk on the side of Rte10. We didn't mind but wouldn't recommend doing with kids. We walked down town a couple times and one morning even walked to Salomon and Honeymoon beach from the Villa. Great place, great host, would definitely stay there again.

We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet and private this home was considering its proximity to restaurants and the main thoroughfare in Coral Bay! It was so convenient for us to get to all the beaches we love to snorkel at AND the very best dinners were at Sharky’s right outside our front gate!! So we did not have to drive to dinner most nights!! We could walk to Crabby’s, practically next door for snorkel rentals. There is also a small market right behind Crabby’s. Any questions we had were answered almost immediately as Jose was living on the premises. We only saw him when we needed help with something. Only concern for Seniors is the winding stairwell to go upstairs to bedrooms and main bathroom. Fortunately, there is a first floor bathroom and shower we also really appreciated being Seniors ourselves!! We LOVED the screened porch surrounding the home and the small pool was refreshing after a snorkel. There is a hose for cleaning sand off everything by the pool.

We stayed 4 nights and hope to return another time. The views are absolutely amazing of St. John and Norman Island. The house is huge. The kitchen and indoor living area are in one wing of the house and the 3 bedrooms are in another wing of the house, with the pool in the center connecting the two wings. Each guest room is large with a view. Bathrooms are large with plenty of counter space and high quality towels. The rooms have large closets or armoires for storage. The kitchen was very well equipped with pots, pans, dishes, toaster, coffee makers, microwave, dishwasher, outdoor grill, cutting boards and much more. There are plenty of beach towels, 3 beach chairs, a cooler, plus nice portable speaker for use. A few notes - there is a stray cat that you have feed every night. No shampoo or soap for the shower, which is typical in European AirBnBs. Would not recommend for small children due to pool openness and steep drop offs.

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home nestled in the mountains of Tortola. The setting was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views that we enjoyed every day. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Peter and Denise were incredible hosts: warm, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with unbeatable scenery and top-notch hosting. We’re already looking forward to coming back! Star villa was a great find in an amazing location (5-10 min walk into town) on St. John. Bob and Marlene were out of town during our stay but Mike took amazing care of us the whole week. The AC in the bedrooms was amazing after long days at the beach. The pool is large, clean and perfect for cooling off after hot days. The view from the villa porch was amazing. I definitely recommend renting a jeep or some other 4 wheel drive car to terrain the steep hills and rough roads on the island. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing a well rounded place to stay in beautiful St. John and the amazing hosts (and Mike) were the icing on the cake!

Ross and Eve are great hosts! It was our first time in St John so they took time to meet with us online and share information and tips to make our stay better. The condo is very welcoming and beautifully decorated. Beds are super comfortable and the place is squeaky clean. PERFECT location for anywhere you want to go on the island. We recommend Love City Tacos just up the street and Johnny Lime in Coral Bay for great casual dining. The side streets and condos in the neighborhood are not well marked so make sure you watch Eve’s video before you go! We didn’t have phone service or GPS so had a tough time finding the place the first time. My only disappointment is that my husband did all the driving and wouldn’t let me practice driving on the left side of the road! 😊

The house and property were absolutely incredible. The view was amazing, especially at sunrise where we could see for miles and miles offshore. The location about 10 minutes outside of Coral Bay was perfect with easy access to restaurants and beaches. We would absolutely love to stay here again!

We stayed for four nights, just the two of us. Loved every minute. In fact, while we intended to eat out most nights for dinner, at the end of each day we were eager to return to the house, cook a meal, and relax on the porch overlooking the bay. Kitchen was well-stocked, and everything you might need is a mile away at the Love City Market (it is a little costly, fyi). The outdoor shower was a highlight, as was the view each morning from the bedroom. The open floor plan was also lovely, and the house felt very private and spacious. I won't comment much on the road, as other guests already have. I will say this: the first time, we thought, halfway up, that we might have been on the wrong road! But by the end of the stay we were mostly used to it. Definitely need four wheel drive (thankfully that's all the rental places have anyway). We would happily come back. Wish we were there now!

This house is a exceptional find. nestled on the hills in Belmont looking over Long Bay you wake to views that can't be beat. The house is very modern with comforts for every style of stay with spacious areas so it felt like home away from home for our month long visit with the sun and sand as the bonus.

Lynn’s place was absolute paradise. Beautiful clean space with gorgeous ocean views. The amenities were exceptional. Comfy beds, great kitchen, everything was great. Plus very close to town and the market.

The property was absolutely beautiful and though it was secluded, we felt safe. This is an ideal place for if you want to get away and relax. The only downside to this property is the difficulty in getting there—be mindful before booking that you have to take a ferry to get to Jost Van Dyke. I didn’t realize this prior to booking. However once we arrived by ferry, John and Rose arranged a taxi to pick us up from the ferry and take us to the property, which was very kind. The property was also a little smaller than expected, but the views were breathtaking and the experience was well worth it. John and Rose were very communicative, hospitable, and ensured we had a great time.

Colleen’s place was wonderful!! Staying on the Coral Bay side of the island was a nice change of pace for us. The house was secluded and quiet. The flowers, fruit trees, birds and lizards added to the beauty. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook dinner in a few nights. The hot tub was a wonderful way to relax in the evenings. The beach chairs and cooler were an added bonus. The location was great, we enjoyed getting to the East End beaches easily but also being close to our favorite beach, Maho. It was also nice being so close to the Love City market grocery store. Colleen’s place was the perfect place for our family of 4!! Thank you!!

Lovely home with amazing view. The indoor/outdoor showers were fantastic. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare proper meals and bonus Togo containers and coolers for lunches on the beach which is often something I want but don’t find in other rentals. Definitely a great place and hope to visit again.

Unfortunately we could not stay in this place that we rented. The day before our arrival Anthony notified us that there was a plumbing issue and offered us another house. The substitute house was wonderful but not walking distance to anything. He honored the pricing, there was nothing much we could do. We wish we had been able to stay in the house we rented. We would have been to be able to walk down to the beach each day and not have to drive to restaurants at night. it was a good visit to Tortola.
