We had a great week at Down Yonder Villa! The location was convenient to grocery stores and downtown Cruz Bay. We traveled with another couple, and the villa floorpan was perfect - 2 master suites on opposites ends of the house with main living area in between. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and more. The view from the patio of Chocolate Bay is stunning! The best unexpected perk was that everything needed for a beach day was available for our use - chairs, towels, cooler, and even freezer packs for the cooler!

We just returned from an unforgettable stay at this beautiful home nestled in the mountains of Tortola. The setting was absolutely stunning, with breathtaking ocean views that we enjoyed every day. The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Peter and Denise were incredible hosts: warm, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality truly made our experience even more special. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful escape with unbeatable scenery and top-notch hosting. We’re already looking forward to coming back! We had a wonderful stay at Meritage house! The layout was spacious with beautiful views - better than the photos in all regards. A perfect house for a multigenerational trip - we had grandparents, parents, and teens (6 people). Location was very convenient. We had a few minor issues that arose and Linda and Abby coordinated quickly to address them. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Rosanne's home. Tiffany, a member of the Anteres crew, met us in town after picking up our jeep rentals. We followed her to the house. Super welcoming and answered all of our questions. Casa Del Palmas was in pristine condition and beautifully decorated. Rosanne has put great effort and thought into decorating and stocking her entire home from top to bottom with everything you will possibly need for a perfect vacation. The amazingly beautiful views off the back porches will be greatly missed.

We had an amazing time staying at Sailor’s Cottage. Kim was an outstanding host and very responsive/helpful. The rental was perfect for my wife and I. The view/pool are even more beautiful than the pictures in the listing. We got used to the drive up/down the hill very quickly and it wasn’t a big deal at all. It allowed us to plan our day better to reduce the amount of times we needed to make the drive and still did plenty of exploring around the island while still having lots of time to relax at the cottage.

Great houses with pool. Super easy to communicate with. Met us at the dock, drove us to the house, showed us around, answered every question and more. House is great value. Parks 2 cars, ac in every room that will get them colder than you could ever want. Great water pressure in showers, soft comfortable beds and linens, tons of towels, beach chairs snorkels floaties. Amazing view. Like perfect view of crux bay, the ocean, st Thomas island, just stunning. Checkout was very easy. Take trash, turn off ac units. Could not recommend more highly. No negatives.

Absolutely wonderful experience. Been to St. John several times and these accommodations were the best yet - will stay again! Amazing view of Cruz Bay, too. Marble floors, custom kitchen with plenty of utensils and whatnot for cooking, even a grill. The continental breakfast in the morning was a lifesaver and Cathy, the server was personal and very cheery. Maintenance had a malfunctioning AC unit fixed in just a few hours. I would absolutely recommend this location to anyone looking for a luxury stay in St. John. We’ll be back next December!

Do not hesitate! Book Jonathan’s place! It was perfection! In an optimal location on the best part of the island! Smuggler’s Cove ended up being our favorite beach (and the best snorkeling!) and we felt very fortunate to have it so close. Walking distance to Long Bay’s bar and restaurant, which were beautiful and delicious. The views from the house cannot be beat! If we ever end up back on Tortola, we will absolutely stay here again!

This was our 2nd time staying in St John. This visit we brought our 6 & 4 year old with us! Stacey’s unit was everything we needed! The front desk concierge were so friendly. We actually arrived before check in and used their bathroom so we could immediately go to the beach. They offered to hold our luggage but we just kept it in our jeep rental until check in! We jumped in the pool every day, walked to dinner and ice cream every night. Her unit has a great parking spot right by the pool and elevator. Her locker of beach gear was useful for Long Beach days. The unit itself was so clean, the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfasts and lunches. The washer and dryer in the unit worked great. The beach cooler and beach towels were an added bonus for our stay! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone looking to travel to St. John! What perfect condo to use as a base while visiting StJohn! Was extremely quiet even though others were around, was a little slice of paradise with a very nice clean pool just steps away with a beautiful view. Full kitchen which made it easy to cook in. Living room was exceptionally comfy. While the condo does not have central air, the bedroom has A/C so you can sleep well at night. Keeping the windows open created a nice cross breeze with the rest of the condo. Bed was a tad uncomfortable for my liking (I’m getting old and particular on mattress comfort) but loved the pillows and I still slept well overall. The hills are a little tricky getting in and out but it’s to be expected for St. John. I would highly recommend Andrea’s condo for a small family or couple looking for an economical stay on the island. Don’t hesitate.. just book it!

From beginning to end Shan was responsive and helpful. I text him when we left the airport and we were met by a gentleman who opened up the condo. The place was immaculate. Bathrooms very clean. A/C wall units were on and it was nice and cool when we got in. There is a cute porch with a table and 4 chairs outside. Not a great view of the water but peaceful surroundings. Would have loved a couple of lounge chairs but it didn’t really matter…we just brought out two more chairs and had bfast outside. We swam in the pool which was nice and clean also. Very happy with the accommodations and if we find ourselves in Tortola again I wouldn’t hesitate to reach out again.

Our stay at Donovan’s was incredible. The home is clean, spacious, and has every amenity. Both Donovan and the management team sent multiple communications to assure that we had everything that we needed. We could easily walk to restaurants and shops. Coffee every morning on the balcony, watching sunrise over the bay - spectacular!

This was a two bedroom villa at the Westin on Saint John. The staff at the Westin was super friendly and the location, landscaping and beach cannot be beat! Beautiful sunsets right outside our ground floor beachfront unit. Spectacular! There are nice excursions that leave right from the hotel or drive/cab to tons of beautiful hikes and beaches. Tue site has tennis, pickleball, and other activities but the beach is pretty quiet for just relaxing. The food and service at the restaurants on site was good and it’s also a very short cab ride to lots of fun restaurants and bars in Cruz Bay.

My wife and I travelled with our two adult children and this place provided more than adequate space for the 4 of us without us feeling cramped. The views from the deck were fantastic. The property provided all that we needed. Beach chairs and beach towels were provided, which was nice. Parking was provided. The pool was situated in a spot for great views as well. A couple of things worth noting. This property does not have a generator as a backup power source. Cruz Bay lost power 3 of the 5 days we were there. We were powerless in the unit for multiple hours each of the first 3 days. We were asked not to use the water (including toilets) while the power was out. It was not an issue outside of the property as most all businesses have generators. Lastly, the reason this place has spectacular views is because it sits at the highest point of a hill overlooking Cruz Bay. The path to walk in and out of town, while close, has steep hills which may be a challenge for some.
