Mandys place was just amazing. Everything you need is provided and more. Having the pool for the kids was a winner. The Steam train coming past was really good felt like the Railway Children waving all the time. Great recommendations for eating out. Thank you looking at booking again.

We had a long weekend stay with family and the location and cottage was absolutely beautiful. Geoff was a really friendly and helpful host. The swimming pool and play facilities were brilliant, massive pool that was really warm and easy to book etc. the house was pristine, well stocked and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

We had a very chilled 4 days at Clare’s lovely pool house. Clare and her husband are great host very friendly and helpful, the village is beautiful and quiet and the sounds of the church bell ringers practising on Thursday night was lush, the pool house is warm and cozy.

Great place, clean and all amenities working. Well positioned to be quiet but near town centre. Great comms and helpful flexibility on check in/out from host.

We had an amazing stay at The Grange. The house, pool and surrounding areas were great and enjoyed by our entire family and the dogs. The children loved going to the chickens and checking for eggs every morning. We can’t wait to stay again soon.

Stayed for around 4 nights and had an absolutely wonderful winter holidays together with my young family. The house is stunning the interior design is lovely and and the views are heavenly. Log fire with plenty of fuel was a big hit! pool and hotub a once a day at least activity for the kids especially during bank holidays. The fully stocked playroom was perfect for our young children. Really captured some great memories together with our family in this peaceful location and setting and came away wanting more!

Such a lovely family and Evelin and her family made this a fabulous stay. Will 10000000% be making a return. Spotlessly clean and beautiful interior design. What a fabulous house for a family break! So much space that for the 11 of us to spread out in,we never felt over crowded. The house was very well equipped,we could all comfortably sit down to eat. The garden was very safe for the children to run around in and it was such a quiet area. David was very responsive to any query I had. I think we could be back next year!

Thank you for the great stay, we were soaking wet in the rain and was worried we will ruin your place but there was everything ready for us to be at home. Dehumidifier and a dryer rack did the trick. The neighbours were lovely and definitely had a peaceful nights rest. Highly recommend.

There's little my review scores don't cover. Host was brilliantly communicative, access was easy, we settled in immediately, everything was described. The kitchen was fantastically equipped with everything we needed and more. We were even greeted with sweet treats. We've hired quite a few properties and this stands out as amazing value for money and truly beautiful. The house was a short walk down a slightly steep, but quiet, road to the beach and Burgh Island beyond. it was stunning and April was a perfect time to visit. The garden is private and extremely secure, even for small dogs. We wanted for nothing and it was a short holiday to remember. Thank you. We felt privileged to stay and hope to return.

We had a lovely stay at Sarah’s place and it was perfect for our book club weekend. The view is gorgeous and the upstairs living area and bedrooms downstairs worked well for us. Would recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful weekend away!

Annie was super attentive in her responses and always responded quickly. A fantastic host. This lovely salcombe property is ideal for a little family and desirably located. We had a wonderful Easter holiday, beach hoping galore!

Absolutely beautiful home and the loveliest host! The house was amazing, clean and great for our big family holiday. Accommodated for the children that went and they thoroughly enjoyed their time there and didn’t want to leave! Great location, the harbour was in walking distance where you’ll find lots of shops and places to eat. We had an issue with one of the ovens and they came straight over and sorted it for us! We took our terminally ill nan which the host was aware of before hand and provided disability assistances with in the house which made my nan feel the most comfortable she could. We all had an amazing time and definitely will be back! Couldn’t thank the host enough for being so kind and going above and beyond for our nan, we truly appreciated it and couldn’t recommend this beautiful home and wonderful hosts enough!

We booked Chloe's house as a base for our engineers who were working in the area for the month. Communication was fantastic and Chloe made everything so easy. The house itself was so comfortable and homely and had everything our engineers needed. Thanks Chloe

We spend a week at Ringmore, but could have easily stayed several weeks due to the lovely atmosphere of the cottage, the village and the attractive surrounding. House and garden are beautiful. You can feel at home instantly. The house is bright and friendly and well equipped. The beautiful surrounding invites to stray around, walk to the beach, enjoy the landscape, walk the coastal path starting from the house at Ayrmer Cove, a small beach with amazing rocks. And have dinner at the Journeys End Inn with a very nice variety of food and of course ales. There are many more things to explore: lovely villages, churches, cathedrals, ports, gardens, museums, estuarys, Dartmoor, great coast ... The host Anna was very nice and gave us lots of information. Thanks a lot for staying at this special place and experiencing a wonderful atmosphere!

We all had a fantastic holiday, it was our first time as a blended family and we all had lots of space to both interact together quiet/private time too. The facilities were fantastic for both adults and kids. Overall a great place for a family / large group and a great base for the surrounding area / south coast

We had such a wonderful week in Berry Pomeroy. The accommodation was a wing of a manor house, and had a completely private and secluded feel with an enormous garden. The kids were entertained the whole week with a trampoline, row boat, chess set, table tennis, games room and a lovely garden to explore. We just loved the main Kitchen/Dining/Living room which is an elegant and very comfortable space to socialise, and even with 9 of us it felt so spacious! This accommodation feels like a home from home. Antonia and Rob were so helpful and responsive and they were ideal hosts. There are plenty of different areas to relax and enjoy the surroundings outside. The property is a little tricky to find but as long as you follow the instructions carefully its fine. We absolutely loved our stay and would love to return again.

My family and I really enjoyed our four night stay at Lisa’s place. The house has everything you need. As others have written, the deck at the back is fab with great views and a sun trap, beds are comfy, and a log burner useful if the weather is a bit chilly. 15m walk into Salcombe town. All super easy if not a tad hilly!
