三上勘兵衛本店　―文化財「旧三上家住宅」の離れで江戸情緒を愉しむ―

京都府宮津市の史跡、「旧三上家住宅」の隣に有ります一軒貸しの宿です。 旧三上家は宮津城下において江戸時代より廻船業、糸問屋、酒造業を営み繁栄してきました。また江戸幕府の巡見使、明治期には有栖川宮熾仁親王、小松宮彰仁親王の宿泊先にもなり、現在は重要文化財として国の指定を受けております。その離れを宿「三上勘兵衛本店」として再生いたしました。屋号は酒造業をしていた当時のものとしました。その頃の雰囲気を残しながらオーナーが厳選した上質なフローリングやタイルを用い、1階リビングにはセレクトしたソファーやテーブル、バーカウンターを配置。ゆっくりと寛いでいただける空間を作りました。古来より多くの人を魅了した港町宮津にてその歴史、四季折々の移ろいを感じながら、上質な空間と共に暮らすようにお過ごしください。 ご宿泊のお客様に旧三上家住宅の観覧券をプレゼント！チェックイン日、チェックアウト日どちらでもご利用いただけます。是非お運びいただき江戸情緒を感じていただければ幸いです。 旧三上家住宅の営業時間は９：００～１７：００です。（入館受付は１６：３０まで） 年末年始（１２月２９日～翌１月３日）は休館です。

Haruya Guesthouse

Our guesthouse is in a beautiful mountain village, near to it are pristine forests with beech trees and an ancient mountain path that was used to carry sea products from Japan sea to Kyoto in old days. In front of the guesthouse runs a stream that is a source of Lake Biwa and its water is crystal clear ; in early summer nights many fireflies fly over the stream. In winter, we have a lot of snow ; sometimes it reaches 2 meters from the ground! On clear nights you can enjoy the sky full of stars.

I am an Artist / Photographer born in Kyoto I started hosting because I love meeting people from all over the world and making new friends. This place used to be one big guesthouse, but during Covid19, I have stopped running the guesthouse and I moved in with my wife and 2 kids. Still I didn't want to give up so I left the good parts. Private cypress bath and renovated rooms and made another entrance for the Guests. So now it is 2 separate house Please check the house rules before you book.

kyoto villa soso (Near Kyoto station)

《May 2019 TV can be watched.》 It is located 15 minutes on foot from Kyoto station. It will be lent to a Kyoto townhouse style building. I put the finest furniture and the finest bed. You can also use wifi. The bath is about the size of two adults and uses Japanese cypress. It will be a very beautiful room just opened in January. Please try and stay at once. The location of the hotel is in a place where you can walk to downtown area of Kyoto and famous temples. It is a very convenient place.

宮津の中心街から車で10分程度で里山、田園風景が自慢の「上宮津」という地域内で３年ほど空き家になっていた物件をリノベーションして１棟貸しの宿泊施設へと生まれ変わりました。 海までは10分、天橋立までは15分、伊根の舟屋までは45分。 特別綺麗な施設ではありませんが、地域ならではのゆっくりとした時間を過ごしていただます。 基本的にお料理は出していませんが、ご希望の方は近隣のおにぎりcafeの当施設限定朝食おにぎりセットを予約することができます（有料） 地域の方との交流やBBQ、収穫体験などのメニュー、地域内e-bikeツアーなどもご紹介可能です。事前にお問い合わせください。またBBQは一式のレンタルで¥2,200で準備します。（イス、コンロ、炭、火ばさみ、準備から片付けまで）食材は含まれません。ゲストの方でご準備してください。レンタル以外でのBBQはご遠慮いただいています。 ガレージでは、BBQの他、自転車やバイクのメンテナンスを雨に濡れずに行う事ができます。鍵付きの建物内に保管できますので安心して丹後一周する事が可能です。 駐車場は当施設すぐ後ろに駐車スペースがあります。

西村邸は、奈良町の一画に100年以上たたずむ、昔ながらの奈良町屋です。 ここは、ぼくが子どもの頃、長い時間を過ごした「おばあちゃんち」でした。 奈良町には、ずっと変わらない心地よい鄙(ひな)びがあります。 「これからの世代に、少しでもこの心地よい鄙(ひな)びにふれて欲しい。」 そんな想いで、空き家になっていた西村邸を、手入れしました。 - Nishimura-Tei is originally a traditional Japanese house which has been here in Nara-machi town over 100 years, where my grandmother used to live in. My mother and I decided to renovate this house to preserve and pass down the virtue of good old days in Japan to the next generation as well as to show it to you.

Our inn was apparently built in the early Showa period. We have renovated the bathroom and kitchen areas to make your stay more comfortable while still retaining the charm of the townhouse, such as the low ceilings and narrow, steep stairs. Why not try experiencing a bit of Kyoto life? Please note that we will charge a local accommodation tax (200 yen per person per night) in addition to the accommodation fee. The tax fee will increase to 400 yen from March 1, 2026.

DIYをこよなく愛するオーナー「JP」が、理想の生活を夢見て築150年の古民家をセルフリノベーションした古民家宿。古民家ならではの囲炉裏、そして世界唯一無二の卵サウナをご堪能いただけます。 特におすすめはこの卵サウナで、熱が自然に循環する形状にこだわり抜いてつくりました。これすべて手作り（DIY）です！サウナ内の薪ストーブの熱とJPの創作熱両方をぜひ感じとってください。 また、DIYで復活させた囲炉裏ではお鍋や魚の串焼きをお楽しみいただけます。食材はすべて持ち込みになりますので近くのスーパーで調達してからお越しください。 場所は岡山県美作市の山あい「小房」という地域。地方創生・移住者の村と話題になっている西粟倉村がすぐそばなので道中立ち寄られても面白いと思います。
