This 1st floor apartment is situated in the quiet neighborhood "Pera de Baixo" and accessible through a separate entrance. Enjoy the beautiful beaches of Costa da Caparica within 5 minutes and the center of Lisbon within 20. The apartment is fully equipped, has fast WIFI and an active Netflix account. It has 2 double beds which off one can be separated into 2 single beds as well as a crib for the baby.

Traditional Beach House a few minutes from Lisbon

This house has been completely renovated and it´s located on the beach, facing the Atlantic Ocean. The beach has its own lifeguards who watch the beach during the summer. We are 10 min away from the center on foot through the beach or 2 min by train. In the center you find laundries, supermarkets, pharmacies, health centers, restaurants, etc. You can rent a bicycle or a car and take a tour. We are about 20 min from Lisbon and from the airport and about 15 min from the Hospital by car.

Amazing Beach Cabana Branca Costa da Caparica

PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED This charming seaside Cabana is located directly on Praia da Mata, one of the most beloved beaches of Lisbon's famous Costa da Caparica, a gorgeous stretch of white sand beach dotted with seafood restaurants, surf schools and candy-colored cottages. Nestled in the dunes, Cabana Branca is big enough for friends or families to share, a stone's throw from the ocean's edge yet completely hidden from tourists. Caution: you need to bring your drinking water.

Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

Newly renovated 1 bedroom flat a few steps from the sand of the central beach of Costa da Caparica. This place is good for couples, solo adventures ( surfers) business travelers and families with kids. Tastefully decorated throughout and modern fitted kitchen with all appliances and spacious living area. The flat is on a high-ground floor with is own private access and comes with towels, cookware, iron, hair-dryer, WiFi and cable TV.

Casa muito acolhedora numa vila típica de pescadores onde a calma prevalece. Ótimo para relaxar em família. Com vista para Lisboa. A 2 minutos a pé da estação fluvial onde pode dar um passeio direto a Belém e experimentar as suas doçarias. Trafaria conhecida pelo bom peixe por isso ótimos restaurantes com esplanadas a beira rio. A 5minutos de carro das praias da costa da Caparica.

Ocean View Penthouse, top floor of "The Blue Building", in historical centre of Paço de Arcos, in front of the beach and fishermen's bay, in the middle of the restaurant and shopping area, near the railway station to central Lisbon and Cascais. Dear Guests, I want to welcome you to the Turtle Beach House in Costa da Caparica. From the last floor (5th floor with elevator) you have a beautiful open view over the neighbourhood and to the Ocean (see pictures). There is space to have breakfast and dinner on the terrace or enjoy the sunset from the hammock after a day at the beach.
