Tiago's apartment was exactly as he described in his listing. We very much enjoyed our stay and recommend his place without reservation. We had a bit of difficulty with the check-in process but that was my mistake. I didn't read Tiago's extensive instructions before checking in. So, READ the helpful instructions BEFORE your arrival. He took time to ensure that his guests know how to access the apartment; the least I could have done was to read what he wrote. Tiago's apartment is located in a great part of Coimbra. The building is very quiet at night. Coimbra, like most cities in Portugal, is a very safe city. Park your car in the free parking space Tiago provides, which is located just across the street from the apartment, and take BOLT/UBER to all locations in Coimbra. It's quite affordable. One day we had a bit of trouble with the internet connection but Tiago (and his wife, Adriana) were right on top of the issue and resolved it for us quickly. We highly recommend Tiago's place!

Let’s start with check in. This might be owned or serviced by a hotel chain, so you have to check in at a hotel and then they assist you via walking to the Airbnb. Parking is a huge plus as there is absolutely no parking in the immediate area. In Europe 4th floor essential means the same as 5th floor in the us, so take that for granted. The apartment was the biggest apartment we stayed in Portugal. Easily the most realistic livable space. It was beautiful. The views were beautiful and the space was tactfully decorated. Would stay again!

Un apartamento muy limpio, la situación está muy bien, muy cerca de la estación de Metro h de autobús. Situada en un barrio con tiendas y restaurante.

Pedro's place is located in the heart of Coimbra with walkable access to everything you want to see and do. Because of its location in the historic center, taxis had to drop off at about 300 mts from the apartment. This is only an issue if you have heavy suitcases because you have to drag them going up the street snd when you leave down. Also the building does not have a lift. Again this is only an issue if you have to carry heavy luggage upstairs. In our case we were in a third and thanks to Pedro who helped us to carry them up to the apartment. Besutiful apartment with everything you may need for a short or long stay and Pedro was a very attentive and gracious host. We had a great time in Coimbra and if we go back we will stay in Pedro's place only that this time I will not have heavy suitcases. Thank you Pedro!!! We had a great stay!

Really comfortable place that felt open and relaxing. Only about a 15 minute walk into town. Would definitely stay again

Isabel has taken much consideration when appointing her space. It was well stocked, walking distance to markets and shopping. We would definitely stay again when in Coimbra.

The apartment was perfect. You can find everything you need for a good and comfortable stay. Very modern and everything is very new and clean. Would totally recommend this Airbnb! Very central and super close to the university.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour chez Flora. Le logement est sécuritaire et spacieux. Nous avons aimé l’emplacement et le quartier, un peu à l’écart de la zone touristique, mais le métro à 300 mètres est bien pratique. Nous aimons marcher, donc nous nous rendions tous les jours au centre-ville en 30 minutes de marche. Le logement est confortable et paisible. Merci Flora!

De accommodatie ligt op een geweldige locatie! Het uitzicht is fantastisch. Het appartement is onderdeel van een oud en authentiek gebouw, maar is modern ingericht, zeer ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Er is een heerlijke douche, een wasmachine, airco, tv, magnetron, oven en een keuken met een 4-pits fornuis. En een balkon waar je kunt zitten! Je bevindt je midden in het historische centrum van Viseu. Guilherme is een zeer goede gastheer, geeft tips voordat je arriveert en reageert meteen wanneer je een vraag hebt. De bedden zijn heerlijk en het appartement superschoon. Wij verbleven er vijf dagen naar grote tevredenheid.

Tivemos uma excelente hospedagem no imóvel da Ana. Casa extremamente limpa e com tudo o que precisar. O jardim da casa é magnífico, muito bem cuidado e reservado. Perfeito para refeições como pequeno almoço. Com certeza voltaremos outras vezes.

Nice apartment very close to the bus and train stations. Next to a great cafe too. Walkable easily to the centre of town. Miguel is a responsive host who is easy to communicate with, and I am grateful for the assistance.

Je krijgt meer dan je ziet. Zeer rustig en in prachtige omgeving. De host is bescheiden en netjes. Uitmuntend. Minstens 6 sterren.

Friendly and helpful during our stay. Communication was great and the host went above and to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

Ana's place is so cozy, clean and comfortable we almost did not want to leave! She is an attentive host and it shows in small details and little extras that were added to the accommodation. We arrived way later than planned and late at night but she stayed online and proactively asked us about the checkin. The surrounding is quiet and peaceful and is less than 15 mins drive to Coimbra. We would stay with Ana again when we are in the area.

Fuimos a Porto por trabajo y realmente ha sido super cómodo de estar ahí! Excelente todo, es precioso, con una decoración exquisita y bien ubicado! La cafetería abajo de la casa, merece 100% la pena de ir. Volveremos a Porto y quedarnos en este departamento porque si merece la pena ❤️

Espaço super limpo e acolhedor, zona tranquila. O Sr. Ricardo foi bastante atencioso ao esperar por nós para fazer o check-in mais tarde da hora combinada, devido a um imprevisto com a nossa filha. A casa estava super bem equipada e disponibilizaram-nos café para a máquina, o qual agradecemos! Super recomendo!

Adorámos a casinha, muito bem decorada, limpa e o jacuzzi é espectacular ( à noite e com chuva, melhor ainda)! Recomendo ;)

Espaço agradável, com uma vista bonita, e com tudo o que é preciso! Só não estava à espera das ruas apertadas e falta de estacionamento. (Não é culpa do proprietário, é a zona mesmo)

Very confortable house, with all the amneties and exactly has the pictures. The apartment was very clean and beautiful. We walked around Covilhã and managed to reach Serra da Estrela and play with the snow after a 30 minutes drive. Amazing stay and highly recommended!

Fernando was a welcoming host, and even shared a 50 year old Porto with us. The house is a true gem, filled with antiques, and everything modern that subtly goes along with that. It was comfortable, the beds had the best linens, it was clean, and bright. The view and surroundings of the duoro Valley and the towns could not have been better. I wish to return if we ever come back to this beautiful area.

A estadia foi muito boa, apesar de haver mais casas no espaço e o jacuzzi e a piscina serem comuns, tivémos sorte com os vizinhos e conseguimos desfrutar do espaço todo. O Tiago também foi sempre muito prestativo, a casa estava em excelentes condições e a estadia foi muito boa. Obrigado mais uma vez e até á próxima 😊

We did an extended stay at Joaquim's Luxury apartment -- and we extended that stay from 9 to 12 months, and again for 4 more. It is very spacious w/ plenty of closets. The hot water is on demand, so there's always plenty for showers. Beds are comfortable and nighttime is restful. There is a lovely and extensive park out front and the apartment is conveniently located to supermarkets, a major shopping mall, the metro and a soccer stadium if you're game. Downtown is just a few stops away and the train station one stop away. Joaquim is always responsive and friendly.
