There are 4 small studios ( approx. 10 sqm each) situated in the vicinity of the Botanical Garden- a very quiet&relaxing area, 10-15 minutes walking distance to the city center. Maximum capacity: 2 persons/studio. All of them have almost the same surface ( aprox. 10 sqm) and the same utilities&facilities. Minor diferences. Of course, one of them will be yours., not all of them. Please pay attention that they are lofts and the ceiling may be low to some parts of the studios.
