Awesome stay in the heart of downtown Austin. Close to bars, restaurants and nightlife yet not noisy. Bed was super comfy and the host was very responsive. And the views were phenomenal! Outdoor space on the 10th floor was beautiful and overlooked the city! Loved that onsite parking was available.

It was an organized stay with clear instructions. The owners communicated efficiently and effectively. I was overall satisfied with my stay.

Great apartment in a fantastic location. Walkable to Guadalupe street (Civil Goat coffee, Black’s BBQ, Amy’s ice cream, etc.) and UT campus if you’re up for it. Peaceful neighborhood, beautiful to explore.

What a spot! Great location close in and central. Easy walk to bakeries, restaurants, and bars. The apartment itself was like stepping into an art gallery very interesting collection of art and artifacts from travels. We'll be back!

Susan's place was clean, quiet and in a great location to quickly access restaurants, shopping and events it was one of the best organized locations I've stayed in I would definitely stay here again

Me and my partner really liked staying here! The apartment was a little smaller than I anticipated, but it was quiet and pretty close to downtown Austin. The host was very responsive and even offered us an upgrade. I recommend this to anybody visiting Ausitn!

Had a great stay! My wife and I were looking for someplace small to stay for a few days and it was perfect! I didn't feel the need to reach out to the host much because her instructions were super clear and helpful!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Josh & Amiee’s Airbnb! The space was spotlessly clean, stylishly decorated, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable trip. The hosts were incredibly responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome. The location was perfect—close drive to great restaurants, breweries, and wineries. We loved every moment and can’t wait to return! Highly recommend! Scott

Great stay! Had to get another reservation last minute because my other host didnt have house ready and canceled. Tessa let me check in a little earlier and house was spotless and ready! Great host, would book again

My husband and I were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect location for us! We mostly took Ubers around but did walk from S. Congress once and the walk was not bad at all. Very private and quiet neighborhood. Our code didn't work right away, but the host responded quickly and got us in (and even allowed us to check in a little early!). Great place to stay, would stay here again if we come back to Austin!

Andres place was as described...very comfortable bed, great location, close to everything....good food, great shops....will definitely look to availibilty of Andres place the next time i'm in Austin...

I really enjoyed the building and amenities ! IT was awesome .

This was a great location – and a perfect place to stay for a weekend! The condo was centrally located to everything so we were able to walk a lot of places and also over a short Uber to everything else. The inside was super clean. I did think that the master had a king bed but both of the beds were queens. I would definitely say that the one thing that it was missing which it had everything else with a full length mirror, especially for a group of girls to look at our outfits, but everything else was great!

Steven was absolutely amazing. He was extremely helpful. We experienced a last-minute emergency and weren’t able to check in on time. He was extremely proactive made all the appropriate arrangements to accommodate me, he was quick to respond. Highly recommended we will absolutely visit again.

Although the area looked a bit neglected and the gates were left open, making the place feel somewhat unsafe, the apartment met all our expectations. We received it very clean and with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully equipped (coffee maker, microwave, toaster, pans, etc.). The laundry area was also complete. The bedrooms and bathrooms were very clean and had plenty of towels. The only thing we felt could be improved is the mattress in the master bedroom (King size), as the right side is sagging and sunken. The pillows could also be better, as they were uncomfortable. I would stay in this apartment again with no doubt.

Very peaceful and loved sitting outside at night listening to pool bubbling and light reflecting off water. Pretty dark except from people in other balconies with very bright string lights on all night, every night. But they have curtains to block that out.

Loved the stay will be a place a book again for our next visit !!

Zach’s place was beautiful. We enjoyed the swimming pools, hot tubs and our own balcony. A wonderful location to get away from everything and revel in the peace and quiet. Very spacious and the two full bathrooms made getting ready so much easier.
