This place is actually better than the picture show. Very pristine and very clean. It's the perfect place for a bunch of guys who want to get together for a golf trip or something like that. Somewhat secluded, which is what I was kind of looking for. Me and my 13 other friend loved it.

Tatyana was a fantastic host. Very responsive to questions, which were all prior to our check-in. The place was as described and worked out perfectly for our weekend at the Tampa Bay Blues festival. The three bedroom/two bath set up was perfect for the three of us. It is nice to have off street parking available and an Uber ride to the event was only $9. I would definitely stay here again.

Très belle location spacieuse avec 4 vrais chambres, très propre, calme et bien située proche des commerces et de la plage. Nombreuses prestations (serviettes de bain, produits ménagers, condiments, ...) disponibles et fortement appréciés pour cette location. Dung a été très communicant, serviable et très réactif. A recommander sans hésiter.

Danielle was so responsive and her house was so cute! It was perfect for me and my friends to relax after going to the beach.

Blue Bliss was perfect for what we needed for our girls' trip to the Women's Final Four in Tampa. The home was comfortable and had plenty of space for the 6 in our party. Nice furnishings and the bonus of having washer/dryer for laundry. Very convenient to downtown as well as nearby local restaurants and hang-outs. Kimberly was an amazing host - very responsive and portrayed the home and neighborhood accurately. We had a last-minute need for handicap accessibility due to an injury incurred by one traveling in our group, and she was very accommodating. She made a challenging situation go much more smoothly for us. Rules were clear and reasonable, and check-out was super easy. Would definitely recommend staying at Kimberly's place.

Absolteuly loved our time at Nish & Ash's. It is clean, spacious, unreal outdoor area! Our favorite part of staying here was breakfast and dinner in the patio area! Nish & Ash do everything to make your stay comfortable! The location is perfect-close to everything! Would come back here in a flash!

Natalia’s apartment was perfect for our girls weekend to St. Pete! Her place is absolutely stunning with gorgeous details and thoughtful touches. The outdoor patio is super cute and peaceful. The beds are comfortable and the linens are pristine. Kind of wished there was a bigger couch in the living room but not a deal breaker. Natalia’s place is conveniently located about a 10 min drive to St. Pete beach! Some helpful tips - Bring your own laundry detergent if you wish to use the washer/dryer. Walk to Scooters coffee across the street and enjoy it on Natalias back patio. Walk to Publix for a pub sub, pack a cooler with drinks and take the Sun Runner bus to the beach for less than $3. Bring your own beach chair or rent 2 chairs + an umbrella on the beach for $50 all day. At night head down town. DTSP is a 15-20 min uber ride from Natalia’s! Would high recommend staying here and plan to come back again!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The hosts are the sweetest couple — warm, welcoming, and full of kindness. They even came outside to chat with us and gave us a ride, which was such a thoughtful touch. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and super clean. The space was spotless, and the outside area was such a fun bonus. I would stay here over and over again. We had three lovely nights in Tampa at this accomodation! Taylor was super friendly and was super fast at responding when ever we had any need!

Rental was just like pictures and right on the water. Patio/deck was perfect for relaxing with morning coffee or cocktails at night. Extremely clean and spacious and within easy walking distance of restaurants and beach. Perfect location!

We love Dunedin and this location was great. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking town square. Perfect spot - restaurants, bars and shops walkable. Our hosts were great and quickly addressed an air conditioning issue. We would definitely stay here again.

The bed was SUPER comfortable! (which is VERY impt.) From the wagon, beach chairs, umbrella, , bikes you couldn't ask for anything more. The beach wasn't far and all of the information given was spot on. I looked at a lot of AIRBNBs and this one by far reached my greatest expectations! Theres so much to say about this wonderful place. Yana was super nice and accommodating in any questions we had. We will surely go back again! Thank you for a wonderful get away!

Great unit across the street from the beach. The photos matched the amenities. We felt right at home. Everything was fresh and clean. The neighbors were friendly. Beach chairs, umbrella, wagon, towels, and cooler were provided. Nice restaurants and market were within a 10-15 minute walk. We enjoyed our stay here.

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Nice apartment tucked away from street. Had most things you'd need for a brief stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had an issue getting in the gate. Pool and gym easy to use and nice to have. Abes place (resturant) and groceries are in walking distance. Enjoyed it very much for almost 2 weeks! note: Was quiet most of the time but upstairs neighbors VERY easy to hear at all hours, and kept me up the last few days.

Room 302. Elevator was still broke from hurricanes, but she told us. Partial ocean view. Laundry room down the hall was a little smelly. The king sized bed was very tall. Not sure my in laws could have made it, but we did. Only found 2 kitchen cloths. Close to bars, across from the ocean. We took trolley to Clearwater Great central location.

The ~Shore Thing~ is an absolute sure thing to have an amazing getaway in Treasure Island! Rachel does an AMAZING job to make the condo experience absolutely wonderful. We have stayed there 3 times and have already made plans to book again next Spring. The place is spotless, impeccably decorated, and just a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is perfect for home cooked meals and there a lots of great restaurants in St. Pete. Rachel is great to communicate with and makes checking in and out a breeze.
