Just metres from Porthilly Beach on the stunning Camel Estuary, aptly named 'Little Tides' is a beautifully converted barn. The property is tucked away in a sought after cove location on the grounds of Porthilly Farm, just a short walk across the beach to Rock. This charming little gem is an idyllic coastal getaway perfect for romantic breaks, taking it easy by the sea or for adventurous getaways alike. We run a working dairy and shellfish farm and our oysters & mussels are grown in the estuary.

Upper Pityme has its own small open plan outside area & provides smart self-contained accommodation and countryside views. There is easy access to the stunning beaches one mile walk away. Situated at the top of the lovely seaside resort of Rock,Upper Pityme has it's own private entrance & parking. Includes: double bedroom, open plan kitchen, dining, living space & WiFi . Lovely pub nearby & short walk to local shops, eateries and coast. We also have a sofa (bed ) n the lounge for 2 people.

Within the local area there are a wealth of excellent restaurants and pubs.

Little Trelyn is an incredibly spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house located in the idyllic Cornish village of Rock. This lovely home offers a relaxed base from which to explore North Cornwall. The cottage has three bedrooms, all with rural views and two bath/shower rooms. Downstairs, there is a lovely open plan kitchen/diner and a snug, cosy sitting room with wood-burning stove. There is also a downstairs utility area with WC. Enclosed courtyard garden to rear and lawned area at the front.

This traditional stone and slate built cottage of character is situated in the quiet village of Tredrizzick close to the Camel Estuary at Rock (1.5 miles) and it's surrounding beaches, golf courses and superb restaurants. There is a long sheltered garden which is a wonderful suntrap and includes a barbeque built into the patio wall. The cottage is ideal for a family holiday in fact it can accommodate two families and sleeps 8. It is also very cosy for a few.

Relax with your family at our peaceful home. Within walking distance or a short drive to Rock or Polzeath. This Christmas we have decided to share our home with others while we are away. Guaranteed great night sleep with the hotel style beds, all large 6ft, that can be split into 2 x singles if required. We do charge an additional £20 per bed split has we hire in the extra single bedding.
