You can walk into Looe which is just over a mile walk or drive it in a few minutes.

There has been a mill on this site since 1298 and in 2019 we completely refurbished the current 18th century milll to a very high standard to ensure a truly comfortable and magical getaway. The Cottage is within the grounds of our home, Trevelyan, in a beautiful rural part of south east Cornwall. You will have your own walled garden area. It is a converted farm building, and we have attempted to make the best use of the space. The shower room is compact but perfectly adequate, there is a bedroom, kitchen/dining room and the living room has folding doors to bring the outside in! This beautiful country cottage is set in a idyllic, peaceful spot with glorious country views. Walk from the cottage to the bustling fishing town of Looe through the woods alongside the river, in about an hour. The picturesque village of polperro is a 10 minute drive away. There are many beaches to explore all within a short drive. Talland, Lansallos, naming a few ideal for children to explore. I do except up to 2 dogs at the property.
