Renta de alojamientos vacacionales para familias en Tres de Febrero Partido

Victoria se mostró muy amable y muy flexible con la entrada. Le pedí adelantar el ingreso por cambio de planes y siempre colaboró y se mostró predispuesta. Además, el departamento es muy lindo y cómodo. Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila y con muchos lugares para hacer cosas. Lo súper recomiendo, volvería sin dudas :)

We had a lovely stay. The building is very secure and the area is great filled with great restaurants and shopping. It was the perfect location between Palermo Hollywood and soho. The host was great and very easy to communicate with. The rooftop was great with a pool and 360 views of the city. The building security was very friendly and even offered to allow us to store our luggage after checkout. The only negative would be the shower water pressure was not strong but it was fine for us as we had a short stay. I would stay here again and would recommend it to others :)

Her apartment, graced with a small, enclosed patio, is well-kept, comfortable, and in a prime location in Palermo--one easily accessible to top-notch restaurants, cafes, and stores. Amazing apartment and amazing host! the place was clean and fully equipped, the area is peaceful but close to various public transport options and also close to Palermo if you're interested in the more crowded spots. Camilo was an amazing host, always responsive and happy to help. Will definitely rent this again during my next visit to Buenos Aires

I had another excellent stay at Silvina's place. She and her team are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this apartment as well as the one next to it. It's a great location in Palermo Soho with everything you need to feel right at home.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sofia’s apartment. The building and apartment are extremely secure and quiet, and in a great part of town. The apartment has everything you need for a nice trip to Buenos Aires. We enjoyed the balcony immensely too. It was quiet (for a city) so we didn’t have any problems sleeping or resting when needed. The neighborhood had plenty of great restaurants. (A particular shout out goes to Hierro.) The city itself is huge, but we walked as much as we could. Many of the sights are walkable, but we eventually needed Uber for the rest of town. Sofia and Bianca were great with communication and the check in/out process. We had some unique scheduling, and they were more than happy to work with us. Thanks for everything!

The apartment is very comfortable and well equipped for a long term stay. It has a great outdoor area, which we enjoyed very much. It's located on the border of Palermo and Villa Crespo, which is perfect! close to restaurants, cafes and supermarkets. Very safe area. Marion and Daniel were truly wonderful hosts, very warm and considerate, checking in every now and then in case we needed anything. Marion also treated us with some brought homemade Christmas sweets, which was a very nice touch. We would definitely stay again when next time in Buenos Aires.

Me encantó el departamento!! Muy lindo, cómodo y la ubicación era increíble! Tenía una vista hermosa también! Así que recomiendo el lugar 100%!! Porque además se preocuparon por mí siempre !!

Mi familia y yo (esposo, bebe y yo) duramos un mes en este apartamento y de verdad que sentí que estaba como en casa. Hacen que te sientas bienvenida y acompañada en toda la estadía. Fui con mi bebe de 7 meses y la cuna que me consiguieron fue perfecta. De verdad que si quieres pasar unos días en Buenos Aires en un buen lugar, este definitivamente es. Gracias por todo! PS: Lili (quien nos recibió y siempre estaba ahi cuando la necesitábamos) le agrega a ese apartamento un plus x mil. Cuídenla y valórenla mucho. Me quedaría de nuevo sin pensarlo.

la casa de Guillermo es tal cual las fotos, es muy amplia y agradable, tiene muchos dormitorios y 3 con baño privado. hay muchos baños en la casa. la zona de jardín se disfruta muchísimo con la piscina, la galería y los árboles. pasamos unos días maravillosos en familia, descansamos mucho. El lugar es seguro, tranquilo y el barrio es hermoso para caminar o andar en bicicleta. tiene una vegetación frondosa lo que lo hace muy agradable. voy a extrañar esa buena energía que da la naturaleza. Guillermo estuvo atento en todo momento que lo necesitamos y respondía rápidamente a nuestro llamado a pesar que estaba en sus vacaciones. es muy agradable y servicial. muchas gracias Guillermo. Volveremos!!!

Todo super limpio! excelente ubicación!

El dpto es super luminoso, cómodo. No falto nada para mi gusto. Esta a 5 minutos caminado del Movistar lo cual es genial si tenes alguna recital ahí, y caminando estas a 15 minutos de palermo. Excelente. Cesar a disposición siempre! Lo super recomiendo!

El departamento es super cómodo, pudimos hacer todo caminando. Tenes miles de opciones en la zona para comer, el mercado de pulgas, cafes, etc. Super recomendable! La zona es tranquila, pudimos estacionar el auto a la vuelta y manejarnos a pie todo el fin de semana.

Ótima opção de hospedagem! Apartamento bem localizado, próximo a mercearias, padarias e farmácias. O local é bem equipado, limpo e muito confortável — ideal para grupos de até quatro pessoas.

Marcos was a fantastic host and the apartment was exactly what we needed. We didn’t spend much time there as we explored a lot, but when we did it was very comfortable. The rooftop pool was very nice and has great views of the city. There is also a gym and sauna should you want to use those facilities. There are laundry facilities in the basement of the building. The apartment was perfectly located in Palermo Hollywood with everything you need just minutes away. The neighbourhood is beautiful with many restaurants and cafes along with very friendly people. Marcos was full of recommendations and always available to answer questions we had. I would recommend anyone wanting to stay in Buenos Aires to stay here :) thank you again Marcos for a memorable stay!

This place has a lot of charm, the bed is comfortable, great area to work at the dining table for two people. The internet is a little temperamental for two people working at the same time on VPNs. We found the kitchen very hard to cook in, two people can definitely not fit at the same time and the bathroom is equally as small. For a short stay it has all you need. It’s missing a microwave. The laundry downstairs made our clothes smell when washing, make sure to put the powder detergent inside the wash. The access to building is easy with a key FOB. The Palermo area is the best with soooo many restaurants and coffee places (viva cafe) two blocks away is the best in BA besides Kopi cafe, they make an in house coconut milk for creamy lattes. The neighborhood is super safe and very walkable!

Todo de acuerdo a lo ofrecido, amabilidad y buena predisposición por parte de la anfitriona . Edificio tranquilo, zona ideal. Sin dudas muy recomendable.

Отличная квартира и расположение. Единственное на тот момент когда я арендую соседнее здание строится и начинается шум с 9 утра. Нужно это учитывать. Но квартира очень хорошая, хозяева супер отзывчивые и помогают решить все проблемы. Выезд в 12 часов. При заезде разрешили занести вещи. Это очень круто

My kind of Airbnb and where Airbnb started - a real home of real, lovely people. If you want an agent-managed IKEAAirbnb apartment look elsewhere. Alejandra and Federico's family home (they have now moved out of Buenos Aries) is a really nice, very quiet, spacious house, in a great location, convenient for bus/metro and airport transport and with lots of light and architectural features (we loved the stained glass). The outside cooking area and pool were an added bonus. The home is certainly lived in which adds to the charm! The response to our questions and minor issues during the stay was great. If you visit BA, stay here.

Excelente ubicación; comercio y movilización muy cerca. El propósito de nuestra estadía ahi fue por la cercanía a evento de Taichi en que participamos. Si vas para conocer lugares del centro histórico es bastante lejos
