We hebben een fijne tijd gehad met vrienden in Tarano. De communicatie liep vlot, het huis was in orde, de airco was een pluspunt en het zwembad was zeer aangenaam. 1 klein minpunt: er zijn geen parasols aanwezig zoals zichtbaar op de foto’s. Zeker een aanrader om hier te vertoeven.

We loved staying at David’s Place! The location was ideal—just a short walk to the town center with great restaurants and the beautiful Bracciano Castle. Having private parking for our car made things easy, and for those using the train, the station is close by too. The apartment was perfect for us, with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and even water waiting in the fridge. The terrace was a nice spot to relax, and the laundry facilities were a big plus. Each room had air conditioning, which kept us comfortable, and there were plenty of beds for larger groups. The only small downside was the spotty internet, but with so much to see and do, it wasn’t an issue. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and we highly recommend it!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, nous retenons l'accueil et la gentillesse des hôtes. L'immeuble est calme et bien situé, proche des transports (bus), commerces, cafés et restaurant, à quelques minutes à pieds du Colisée. L'appartement est très propre, clair, de belles chambres avec rangements. Nous recommandons +++

Such a beautiful apartment, felt straight out of a fairytale. Giada was a wonderful host, very responsive, helpful and incredibly kind. Was a perfect peaceful end to our trip in Rome. It was a pleasure staying at this lovely apartment in the Prati neighborhood of Rome for five nights. The location is fantastic – a truly nice and quiet area, yet with the convenience of excellent restaurants and grocery stores just a short stroll away. We especially enjoyed Fratelli Rossetti, a wonderful recommendation from Antonella! Getting around Rome from here was a breeze. We found it easy to reach all the major sights by bus or Metro, not to mention the Vatican City which was within comfortable walking distance. The apartment is spacious and very comfortable and it had everything we needed, whether we wanted to cook a nice meal or simply relax in the evenings after a day of exploring. Our host, Antonella, is exceptional. She proactively provided us with a wealth of helpful tips, which truly enhanced our stay in Rome. We highly recommend this Airbnb!

Alessandra's place is in a wonderful neighborhood for seeing the sites in Rome. With a cafe across the street and good restaurants nearby, it was very convenient. Walkable to the Vatican, Piazza Navona and the Pantheon. One great thing, is that the apartment faces the courtyard so no street noise so it was quiet even though it was on a busy pedestrian street. I recommend it.

Appartement conforme en tout points à l’annonce. Nedim a été très réactif et attentionné à mes demandes et questions. Très bon emplacement proche du métro pour se rendre rapidement dans le centre de Rome. Environnement un peu bruyant mais c'est normal pour un centre ville. Merci à Alissa et à sa maman pour leur accueil chaleureux.

She met us at the apartment. Gave us a person who picked us up at the airport and it worked seamlessly. €160 for 4 Gave us a full tour of the Rome map on the wall and restaurants to go to …. She spent a lot of time with us and she loves Rome!! The front room was very comfortable for four people The upstairs twin beds had its own bathroom It had a dryer, which is rare for Europe With the windows closed and the air-conditioning on, it was quiet There’s a military presence across the street because an important person lives in the building Little under 2 miles to the Colosseum, a little over 1 mile to the Vatican Trevi fountain & Spanish steps also easy to walk to On the first floor with elevator Beds were great, plenty of towels and pillows… soft and firm. Lots of great toilet paper Full jar of coffee and sugar And toast and jam Would 110% stay here again!!

Thanks Luca and Alessia for their hospitality. We really liked the flat and its location. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay with a child, we felt at home. There are many shops and restaurants nearby, the neighbourhood is quiet and pleasant. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to come back again!

The apartment was of course terrific. The real star of the show was Gabriella: you soon find out that when she says her passion is making her guests comfortable and safe and that her first priority is you, she absolutely means it. Her communication was excellent, and there was no task too large or too small that she couldn’t do for us. If only every host had her energy and enthusiasm for making your stay as close to perfect as it could possibly be. So, go ahead and book this place. You’ll be glad you did.

I’d just like to say a huge thank you to Camilla, she was a wonderful and friendly host. I’m so grateful for the fact she allowed me to check in early and drop my luggage off so that I could start enjoying my trip as soon as possible. The apartment was beautiful, very clean and I would absolutely love to stay again. There was also mini toiletries such as toothbrush, razor etc which I think was a lovely touch and some drink options available to you on arrival. The wine was delicious! Thank you!

Excelente apartamento muito grande , cama muito confortável, Nicola nos deixou macarrão , bolinhos e croassant .Muito perto da.estacao de trem e em frente ao ponto de ônibus. Fizemos tudo a pé muito bem localizado.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt! Die Wohnung war grossräumig, sehr sauber und bestens ausgestattet – genau wie beschrieben. Nertila war eine tolle Gastgeberin: Sie hat immer schnell auf unsere Anfragen reagiert und war sehr hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen. Wenn wir wieder nach Rom kommen, würden wir sehr gerne erneut bei Nertila wohnen!

very nice place to stay -- it's a bit further from the main places we wanted to visit, but the location itself was very secure and pretty! owners were very friendly and helpful, with access to many buses. there's also a supermarket nearby

We had a good stay here. Easy to find and not too far away from the centre at all (about 30min walk from the Colosseum) Lots of local bus services easy to access too. Nice big space in the flat which was great. The flat is a basement flat but does have windows and shutters to let some light in. Great place to say for a exploring city break

The bed is comfortable and location is an easy walk to Piazza Navona. For the hot water heater, make sure to turn on with a couple hours to heat the water for showers. The key is an older door lock, so turn it a couple times for the bolt to unlock. Watch the instructional video for access too.

Mara was an incredibly gracious host who accommodated our late check out and made it feel like home. She was very responsive and went as far to make a reservation for us on our first night there. The place was clean and she gave a full tour. The place had two balconies perfect to sit and enjoy the neighborhood. The place is walking distance to the Tram 8 which takes you to Trastevere, a foodies dream location, and the metro down a few streets. There are little markets all around for fruit and snacks if you need. A great place to stay that is away from the tourism hustle and bustle but close enough you don't waste time commuting to any and all the sights. Would 100% stay here again.

C'est notre deuxième séjour chez Luca. Nous apprécions beaucoup la localisation à la fois proche de la gare et assez proche de sites touristiques comme le Colisée et le Capitole. La rue est calme et pratique. Commerces et restos à proximité. J'aime l'allure vieillotte de l'endroit. Un grand portique, quatre bâtiments entourant une cour, des balcons donnant sur l'intérieur (ça me fait penser à Sofia Loren et Marcello Mastroianni dans Une journée particulière). L'appartement contient de vieux meubles et beaucoup de livres, dvd et cd. Les murs sont décorés de belles gravures. L'appartement est petit mais convient bien à deux personnes pour un court séjour. La minuscule cuisine est assez complète. Ses armoires font penser à une brocante, beaucoup de choses en double ou en triple, certaines belles et d'autres moins. La salle de bain est très bien. Quelques bémols: La minuscule télé ne servant qu'aux dvd, le confort du mobilier. Par contre, le wifi est excellent. Merci Luca et Sofia.
