Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con acceso a un lago en Trevignano Romano

Wir hatten einen tolle Aufenthalt. Andrea war so lieb und hat uns abgeholt und unsere Koffer transportiert, weil wir keinen Parkplatz in der Nähe gefunden haben. Wir haben hilfreiche Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen und die Unterkunft war außerdem sehr sauber. Die Umgebung ist wirklich sehr ruhig. Das Haus hat noch 2 weitere Ferienwohnungen und ist generell sehr hellhörig. Leider hatten wir ein wenig Pech und die Familie über uns war sehr laut, man hört jeden Schritt. Trotzdem hatten wir eine wundervoll Zeit.

Tolle Kommunikation im Vorfeld. Die Wohnung selbst ist modern eingerichtet, sehr sauber und verfügt über einen tollen Blick über den See. Wir sind von hier aus nach Rom gestartet. Wir kommen wieder 😊

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

The house is beautifully furnished, well-equipped, clean, and tidy, making for a very comfortable stay. The host is very warm and responsive, always quick to communicate. Although there was a small section of the road leading to the property that wasn’t fully paved, we noticed repairs were being carried out when we left, and we believe this small issue will be resolved soon. It didn’t affect our overall experience. Our family really enjoyed staying in this house and had a wonderful day here. We look forward to coming back in the future.

Casa bella e fornita di tutto, con tantissimo verde intorno e una splendida vista lago. Venirci in primavera o estate deve essere bellissimo fare colazione o mangiare nel portico con vista lago. Sì trova in campagna ma in 10 minuti si arriva al lago e in 45 minuti si arriva a Roma.

We were searching for a place to decompress after two weeks of traveling throughout Italy. Lake Bracciano was perfect. Our initial Airbnb fell through, luckily Sofia was highly accommodating and we were able to book and enjoy the cute apartment within a couple of hours. The apartment is less than a block from the lake in the old town. It is quaint and compact. It had everything we needed to cook and relax. Sofia provided coffee and breakfast items. There is a large grocery store within walking distance. We enjoyed the lakefront restaurants and gelato and traveled around the lake twice to enjoy the other towns and hiking trails. It is less than an hour's drive to the Rome Fiumicino airport.

What a charming home and town! We immediately felt right at home. Vittorio is such the perfect host. He brought us to the home, showed us where to park, recommended places in the town and nearby. Even shared sweets that his grandmother used to give him when he was a child. Honestly, it was just perfect. Cannot wait to visit that town again and stay in his home again. Just be aware as it is in the medieval quarters, you do have to walk a bit to get to the front door. But do book this place.

Absolutely loved our stay at this 3-bed- 3-bath apartment in the historic center of Rome! The location is unbeatable, steps from iconic sites (Piazza Navona, Campo di Fiore and Piazza Venezia to name a few) great restaurants and vibrant piazzas. The apartment is spacious, impeccably clean and stylishly decorated with modern amenities. Each bedroom was large and comfortable, and the three bathrooms (a rarity in Rome) made our group's stay so convenient. The host was responsive and provided great local tips. Perfect for exploring Rome's history and culture. 5 stars, would book again!

Giulio est un hôte très sympatrique et réactif, avec beaucoup d'humour! Le logement a été parfait pour ces quelques jours à Rome. Situé dans un quartier tranquille, calme, il est également très confortable et lumineux. Je m'y suis sentie très bien. Je garde l'adresse pour de prochain séjours! Encore merci pour tout!

Sara e suo marito Lorenzo sono stati host gentili e premurosi, educati, rispettosi e ci hanno fatto sentire come a casa nostra. L’appartamento è meglio di come viene mostrato in foto, spazi molto ampi e giardino stupendo dove i nostri figli di 6 e 11 anni hanno potuto giocare e divertirsi. Siamo arrivati in auto da Milano e ci siamo sempre spostati con il nostro mezzo scoprendo Roma e dintorni, visitando i luoghi di interesse e le proposte culinarie tipiche del territorio

De T-loft is perfect voor twee mensen die enkele dagen willen verblijven in Rome. Het ligt prima gelegen op loopafstand van alle bezienswaardigheden en eventuele faciliteiten als een supermarkt of restaurant. Aankomst en verblijf zijn heel goed te regelen met Fabio en alle informatie wordt voorzien in een heel handig en overzichtelijk document. De faciliteiten in de T-loft zijn van hoogwaardige kwaliteit en goed te gebruiken. De ruimte was schoon en fris en ik zou iedereen aanraden om deze ruimte te boeken voor hun vakantie in Rome We hadden maar twee kleine kanttekeningen. Als je hier verblijft met meer mensen, wat zeker kan. Is het misschien wat krap. Er zijn genoeg bedden (inclusief een slaapbank beneden) voor vier mensen. Maar dan zit je wel echt op elkaars lip. Qua stopcontacten is het beneden wat minimaal. Wij maakten bijvoorbeeld veel gebruik van een handheld device en hadden op de bank geen stopcontact waar we gebruik van konden maken. Boven zijn er wel meer dan genoeg!

Questo è un posto magico ed estremamente romantico. Abbiamo soggiornato nel cottage per tre notti ed è stato un weekend lungo meraviglioso. Ideale per coppie ma anche per famiglie dato che nei dintorni ci sono molti prati dove poter fare pic-nic o giocare coi bimbi. Roberto è stato estremamente disponibile e gentile, molto probabilmente in futuro torneremo. Super raccomandato

Extremely gorgeous lake retreat. Pictures do not do it justice. No one speaks english there at all, but thankfully wifi is fast and translate works.
