This organic house is the larger of the two neighbouring holiday homes (both can be booked together for up to 7 people, see also ‘Lichtberg 2’). It is located in a completely rural idyll and yet very close to the city (10 minutes to the university, city centre, main station and motorway). It has been optimally renovated with high-quality materials and is a beautiful home for 5 people plus 1 small child who want to enjoy the high altitude above the Moselle valley. Haus Kordula

Das geräumige Wohnhaus in Losheim am See lädt zum Entspannen ein. Es wurde im Jahr 2016 komplett renoviert. Dabei wurden bestehende Elemente sorgfältig um neue Einrichtungsgegenstände ergänzt. Das Haus verfügt über drei Schlafzimmer mit jeweils einem Doppelbett, einem Bad im Obergeschoß und einem barrierefreien Bad im Erdgeschoß. Die Küche ist ebenfalls barrierefrei erreichbar. Zwei Wohn- und ein Esszimmer runden das Erdgeschoß ab. Ein Balkon und der Garten laden zum Verweilen im Freien ein.

Genieße die Ruhe und Idylle des Ruwertals. Der Garten hat Zugang zum Fluss, das Haus wird behütet von einer alten Eiche. Im Haus der Flair der 60er Jahre, Holzdielen, hohe Decken, Vintage Einrichtung, mit viel Liebe gestaltetes gemütliches Haus. Frühstücken auf dem Balkon mit Blick auf die Ruwer. Im nahegelegenen Weingut Riesling probieren, Pizza essen im Gut Sommerau mit Blick auf die Burgruine. 2 Traumschleifen gehen am Haus vorbei und der Fluss lädt gross und klein zum Planschen ein!

Our stylish cottage is situated in the charming wine village Wiltingen. From the spacious living room and the balcony you have a beautiful view on the Altenberg. The large garden overlooks the village and the surrounding vineyards and is great for all sorts of activities. Enjoy a meal from the grill, relax in the hammock between the apple trees and at the end of the day watch the sunset with a cool Riesling wine. The Riesling-grapes grow right behind the garden gate.
