What an incredible stay we had at Rosario's place! We even extended 2 extra nights. Rosario was responsive, helpful, and so kind - she even left a birthday balloon and some treats for my mom's birthday! The house was impeccable and they were great about everything, from changing dates to heating the pool, and keeping it clean, and the pool was a perfect balmy respite. The next time we're in town (and we will be, this is our old neighborhood!), we will definitely try to book here again. Can't wait to come back!

Great house in a wonderful neighborhood. Recommend for families looking to check out a game or do any of the wonderful things available to do in Tampa!

C’était très bien pour un séjour de cinq semaines. La cuisine était moyennement équipée pour cuisiner. La cour arrière est grande et agréable avec un grand Gazebo et beau mobilier neuf ( n’apparaît pas sur les photos). L’accès au garage nous a été très utile pour ranger nos équipements sportifs. Le quartier est très tranquille et agréable pour y marcher. Un refroidisseur d’eau est mis à disposition, mais il faut aller acheter des remplissage de 18 l à l’épicerie toute proche.

Everything you read in the description is spot on. Honestly it was even BETTER than the description. Super clean and easy to communicate. The water park (usually $30 per per son day but INCLUDED in your stay) was a blast and the on site restaurant was terrific. The beach was literally a 6 minute walk. They also supplied everything you need for the beach. The room itself was great in that you had everything you would need for the week. Other bonus was the washer/dryer in the room. We give this host a space a 10/10!!! Highly recommend and would go again and again.

Sue was a terrific communicator. Any time I had a question, she was quick to answer. The home was as described and very clean. Thanks for hosting us.

We all loved the house! It was clean, ample parking in the driveway, close to where we needed to be and the host was very attentive to all of our questions. We would definitely recommend the rental and even use it in the future!

The place is as described. Pool area was fantastic. Could use more silverware. Close to the beach. restaurants and stores.
