Breezeway Guest House - Franklin, TN

Secluded, serene and private, the Guest House is a 2-story cottage that is attached to the main house through a breezeway. Downstairs are complete living quarters and a full bath, and upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom with two queen beds. The Guest House has a separate driveway, entrance and HVAC. Meant to look like an addition to the original farmhouse on the property, both were custom built in 2002 and have been featured in The Tennessean newspaper for their unique architecture and design.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Everything you need is on site. Your dog will enjoy the fenced dog park. Watch the birds & wildlife & sip coffee from the 2nd story balcony. The hot tub is open year round. The pool opens April through October. Washer/dryer, central heat and air, and parking in the driveway, shared only with the owner, who resides in the lower half of the home. 10 minutes to restaurants and shops in Smyrna, 25 minutes to downtown Nashville, 25 minutes to Franklin

The River Retreat

Our Retreat guest house is totally separate & private from our home, though on the same property.We are 35 min to Nashville.Our amazing 1000 sq ft deck (mostly covered) w/ceiling fans overlooks the river -which our yard backs up to.On the deck is a fireplace, child’s swings & sandbox.Our suite is furnished w/a queen size bed, a window seat, a kitchenette, & a small eating area.There is a cozy 2nd bdrm w/a queen size bed, small closet & chair.We also have a 120" screen for amazing movie watching.
