Authentic and romantic lodge originally built of timber and used for the first time back in 1850 as housing for as many as 10 persons. Situated between the sea and the forest and with the northern light as only light in the dark season this might be the perfect place to enjoy North of Norway. The perfect match for a couple, but will also function very well for up to four persons. It is renovated to a modern standard in 2018, with focus on maintaining the heart and soul of the old building.

This tiny guesthouse has the most beautiful view directly from your kitchen and sleeping room window. Since there's no street lights around, it's the perfect place to watch the Aurora and enjoy a relaxing private getaway in the Arctic. We live next door with our 6-year old son and cat. Perfekt for deg som ønsker et enkelt overnattingssted. • Hytten har et lite kjøkken med kjøleskap, kokeplater og vannkoker. • Dobbelseng • Kjøkkenbord med 2 stoler • Varmeovn • Vanndunker på vasken og 5 liter kaldt drikkevann i kjøleskapet. • Kompost toalett • Bord med benk utenfor der dere kan sitte ute og nyte den stille naturen.

It is a few minuts to the bus who takes you to the senter of Tromsø (10-15 min. by bus) and you can also walk (30-40 min)
