The house was very spacious, the kids ranging from 6-10 loved the games, especially cue ball and fuzz ball. The adults loved the fact there was a lower half where the kids can watch movies and play, while the adults did grown up chatting in the living space. A memorable ski weekend that everyone enjoyed to the fulliest and sad it went so fast. We look forward returning one day in the spring or summer to see a different aspect of the area. Thank you!

Perfect house for our group of four for a quick overnight getaway. Took an Uber to downtown which was a short 2 mile drive away. Afterwards, we enjoyed relaxing in the open concept dining and living room for a night cap. The house is very clean and beds are comfortable. The outside area, although not usable for a winter stay, is private with a beautiful pool. Would love to come back in late spring early summer before the track season!

We loved staying here with our family. It worked out perfectly having our daughter’s family on the one side of the house so if the baby cried it wouldn’t wake anyone up. A pack and play was also provided by Justin so we had a place for the baby downstairs as well. The house was roomy and comfortable for everyone. The hot tub wasn’t working right away but they let us know and had it fixed so we were able to use it during our trip. We would definitely stay here again and try it in warmer weather so we could use the pool as well. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay

The house was beautiful and Rhonda was great, she was very responsive and helpful. We felt right at home and enjoyed the place more than Lake George :) , the hot tub and pool were great and i would recommend anyone coming to this area to definitely book the place if they get the chance.

Perfect for our Easter family gathering! We especially enjoyed spending time in their delightful backyard cooking on their gas grill and admiring their exquisite flowering trees!

This was our second trip to Katie’s place. Great place, great host. Very helpful and kind family. Loved the whole stay and would like to visit again in future.

the airbnb is very homey, well stocked, and easy to navigate. we had one slight issue with a mess that was not found by the cleaning crew, but robert was friendly and shared our concern about this.

Jason was an amazing host. He did amazing job on the renovations to the house and looked way better in person. His instructions was really great due to the fact that he did a video tour of the house explain what everything did. if we had any questions or concerns, he was there to answer them for us. He was very nice to let us check in early as well. When I told him that we were going to be there an hour early, he said that was completely fine and that we could check in early. If you are wanting to stay somewhere at an excellent price and in the area, would highly recommend staying here!

Where do I begin... I've stayed at numerous Airbnb properties, but this one stands out as one of the most beautiful settings I've encountered. The views of the lake are breathtaking, and having direct access to it was a huge bonus. We made full use of the canoes and kayaks provided, enjoying them every day. My husband, an avid fisherman, was thrilled with the lake, calling it one of the best freshwater fishing spots he's ever visited. The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer plenty of privacy. Inside, the house is both comfortable and well-appointed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the pots, pans, utensils, and small appliances you could need. The beds are extremely comfortable, and the linens are of high quality. The furniture is tasteful and inviting. Karen was a wonderful host, easy to communicate with and responsive. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer. I would return in a heartbeat and recommend this place without hesitation.

Becky’s house was exactly as listed with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the area. Her gardens are beautiful and the house is convenient to the Berkshires without the stress of the downtown areas. We are extremely appreciative of all that was provided!

We loved the unique characteristics. It was fun to explore, Erin even included a scavenger hunt with a prize. We were looking for a peaceful weekend escape and there was everything we needed to stay in and still have plenty to do and all that we needed for food prep. We would definitely stay here again.

Splurged and had an oasis wedding weekend place for just me and my fiancée. This was stunning!!! Extremely well taken care of and excacly what we needed. Thought we would enjoy the deck and kayaks but since it rained we got to enjoy the rocking chairs in front of the window and the fireplace at night. If we are ever back in the area we know the first place we’d look to stay at.

We stayed at this lovely apartment for just a brief overnight on our way home from Vermont. The place was spotlessly clean, and beds were very comfortable. The location is walkable to a cute cafe for a delicious morning breakfast. Gas station was close by too. This was a great value for our family of 5 compared to two hotel rooms, and provided room to stretch out a bit. Great character and charm in the old building while being updated with modern amenities.

Spent the week with another family at the house in the middle of winter with the high of 17 F and lows in the single digits. Even though it was frigid outside the house kept us warm and cozy and had everything to make it feel like a home as opposed to just another vacation property. There was a stocked modern kitchen with everything we needed and was very dog friendly (which our dog appreciated). We did have one issue with the heat where a few of the rooms air units stopped working properly. After messaging Evergreen, a technician was at the house within 20 minutes and the problem was solved within the hour. The technician was extremely kind and courteous. The kids loved the basement and had plenty of space to play and call their own. Wonderful home!

Rashawn's place was great! Near downtown Albany, and plenty of sleeping space. Great for any size groups.

This really was a perfect stay with an incredible view! We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The view was absolutely breathtaking, just as shown in the pictures. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

Our stay in Robert's home was wonderful. The historic home is lovingly restored and delightfully decorated, full of personal touches that helped it feel like we were visiting old friends. It was sun drenched during the day, especially on the lovely enclosed porch, and we enjoyed the sound of rain falling on the tin roof. The kitchen is well stocked for home cooking and the home is full of books to read and comfortable seats on which to read them. Our dog loved exploring the garden and we enjoyed saying hi to the chickens. A car is necessary, and with it this home is conveniently located near Hudson and lots of fun attractions, in a rural collection of homes that grants a sense of privacy if not seclusion. Robert was easy to communicate with but also left us alone to enjoy our vacation. We have nothing negative to say, and hope to visit again!

The house is perfect for a family (probably friends too), it had everything we needed. Great location, very close to the lake and less than 10 minute drive to downtown. Clubhouse was great for the kids to swim, I bet it would be even better in the summer! We liked that there was less TVs than most houses, forced the family to spend more time together :). Only minor feedback is the hot tub requires work arounds (shutting it off) to get to a comfortable temperature (too hot, but Skip did not this in the instructions). Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and would likely book again.

The Red Cottage could not be more dreamy for an upstate escape. The kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make magnificent, homemade meals. The beds & couches are all very comfortable and the furnishings are beautiful. There isn’t much immediately in the area so it helps to bring groceries with you. Skiing in Windham was doable from the house but definitely make sure you have 4 wheel drive to handle winter weather. My family and I would love to plan another trip to the Red Cottage!
