Large back deck with private hot tub.Excellent location.Walk to Safeway close to downtown and Donner lake. 15 mins to all the ski resorts. I manage my property myself to ensure it is perfect for your arrival. I provide snow removal for the driveway during the winter. There is a $30 dog fee per day per dog 2 max and 13.25% tax.

Welcome to Base Camp! Our cozy studio (308 SF) is located in the Tahoe Donner Lodge Condominiums. The Lodge HOA is less than 50 yards from the Tahoe Donner downhill ski resort - consistently voted as the best place to learn how to ski. Alder Creek Adventure Center (cross-country skiing, hiking, biking) is less than a mile away. A private parking lot is available for our guests. Please note that our condo is not appropriate for more than two guests, including children of any age.
