The house is adorable & very comfortable. It had a homey feel to it. This was a weekend for just my daughter & I and we actually sat at the dining room table & ate. That was a great feeling. The kitchen had everything we needed. The house had everything that we needed. James was friendly & answered my questions honestly & personably. I really appreciated his input. Thank You! We will definitely rent this house from James again in the future.

This was our second time staying here. We LOVE this house! This house is clean, comfortable and we felt right at home. The girls (a group of deer) were in our yard several mornings and afternoons. Enjoyed making meals in the wonderful kitchen. Wish it was our own house!

We’ve had a wonderful time staying here the past two years with our family. Being right on the water is incredibly peaceful and made for a relaxing getaway. The home is well-kept and comfortable. I really appreciated the hands-off approach and the quick communication. While we were surprised by the significant price increase this year, the overall experience continues to be rejuvenating.

BEST location and a fabulous property. We parked our car for the entire stay. Walked minutes to restaurants, coffee, shops, to the suspension bridge and hiking trails. The outdoor patio is lovely, the beds comfortable and the home plenty roomy. Sam and Andrejka were super responsive and great hosts. It was the perfect place for our visit to Nevada City!

This is a beautiful, quiet, private location. There is a great (really large) outdoor gathering area leading to a lovely pool surrounded by all sorts of plants. Birdsong, glimpses of deer, starry nights, friendly cats and horses - a really great overall vibe. The mixture of the modern amenities with the feeling of being "away from it all" was really unique, and our group had such a good time together at this unique location. We did have one person with mobility issues and struggled a little with the stairs of the guest house and the slope of the driveway initially, but there is a nice deck off the main bedroom upstairs so that person can access the house from the road/car and enter that way as a work-around. Just something to be aware of if someone in your group is not agile. The hosts were *very* responsive and were also very kind and accommodating, which greatly added to our overall experience.

We came to Reno for our Nephews wedding. We had a wonderful 4 nights in our rental. We did bring our dog and my mother in law. Knowing that we were going into a rental that allows pets we were ready for it to be a little dirty and maybe dog hair around….. but that was not the case. This place was clean clean clean!! The location was perfect for everything Reno. We even got parking every time on the street right in front of the rental. Even though we had a designated parking for the spot it was great to have options. The place was very sound proof. We couldn’t hear people down stairs or the rooms next to each other and even outside noise. Plenty of room in the rental and all necessary amenities. We would stay here again for sure!!

One of the best Airbnb places I've stayed. Doris was very responsive to anything I needed and she and her husband were both very friendly and helpful. This property sets next to a field with horses and beautiful woodlands and green meadows. Very quiet & private, but very close to major urban areas with entertainment and restaurants. I went to this little oasis for a personal yoga and meditation retreat I put together. It was perfect. The generosity of the hosts in stocking the refrigerator and kitchen with special food & drink items was above and beyond. I felt pampered. I will return for sure.

This was a fun stay! Very close to so many attractions in South Lake Tahoe! My son and I really enjoyed our stay at April’s place. Very safe, quiet and peaceful. We were able to just park the car there and walk to a lot of spots easily. Would happily stay again in the future.

Peggy was a wonderful host. Great location, short walk to downtown and near to hiking trails. Fantastic private back yard to relax in. Very comfortable and clean unit and we appreciated the extra attention to detail and care that Peggy put into her place. We would highly recommend staying here and hope to be back again. It was a delight to stay here! The place is huge, and the amenities were great. The kitchen was well stocked. Comfy furniture, comfy bed, game room downstairs! My family in town were excited to come up and see the porch on Main St! We need more places like this in Portola, very cute!

Such a hidden gem! This place was even better than expected—just as described and had everything you could possibly think of. Super clean, comfortable, and well-stocked. The host was amazing—communicative, thoughtful, and truly went above and beyond to make our stay perfect. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We’ll absolutely be regulars from now on. Kathy’s place was a wonderful home base for our Tahoe weekend. Being able to walk out to the edge of the lake, and out onto a beautiful pier in the peaceful water, just a minute away from the unit, was magical. It was very close to Tahoe City shops and restaurants- you could easily walk or bike over. The location was ideal. The complex was very quiet while we were there (Spring), really so peaceful, and just enough away from the bustle of the main road. Kathy was a very helpful and communicative host. Everything was comfortable and clean, and we had any amenity we could think of at the ready. All around, a lovely stay in a beautiful place, thanks Kathy!

The unit was everything we needed for a late spring skiing weekend at Northstar, incredibly close to the resort with a shuttle stop right outside. The unit was as described and depicted, and Jared was communicative / provided clear instructions for check in and check out.

Fantastic stay at Monte’s place! Strong heat in the winter, clubhouse with great community staff - hot tub, ping pong, and pool in the summer. Washer/dryer and full kitchen with essentials was great. TV with a boomin’ Sonos speaker too! The electric cooktop was uneven on some burners which caused some delays with cooking. We moved this neighborhood which was so close to Stateline. We easily found Ubers back and forth when we needed them.

Condo was clean and well-kept, and Host was reponsive to our questions and concerns if need be. Overall my family and I had a fun time!

Matt and Katie’s place is the perfect Palisades ski weekend stay! The place: -Amazing location in the center of the village, nice building and amenities (fully stocked kitchen, two huge community hot tubes, beautiful views from the deck), and lots of space to unwind. The only minor downside is it can be a little noisy on Friday night with a karaoke bar two floors below but this disbanded by 11pm. The hosts: Extremely responsive and helpful, with great recommendations and clear instructions. Overall, 10/10 planning to stay again!

Wonderful place for a peaceful escape from daily life. The neighborhood is quiet yet conveniently located, and the well-stocked kitchen was a big plus. Mihai was incredibly friendly and helpful—always quick to respond. I’d definitely recommend staying here!

June’s place was awesome. Every little detail was carefully addressed. The pictures used in instructions for various utilities were very helpful. Fireplace was so nice after a day on the slopes. Nice to have a single level ground floor unit.
