We, 2 families, 4 adults and 3 boys, spent 8 days within this spacious villas. Though the location is not close to downtown Cebu and no WiFi there, we had a great and fun experience, relaxing, fantastic sea view, nice swimming pool and etc. Margie and Vivian are very helpful and warm hearted. This is a good place for holidays, and I have recommended it to some of my friends.

The place was great and also directly accessible if you are on public transport. It was private so we felt secure and we settled right in after check in. Also had pantry Staples in case we lacked anything and the caretaker is approachable. Would come back again.

Herman’s beach house is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in! The house has a beautiful tropical hacienda vibe, and the beach is stunning—especially at sunset. The infinity pool is a great touch to just lounge around at. Communication with Herman was easy, and he was a great host. I’ll definitely book again and highly recommend this place!

The place is awesome and the host is nice. I just would like to make some suggestion for updating some information on your listing like having corkage for bringing drinks but everything was so great staying on this place. Looking forward to stay again here. Thank you!

Ivee is a great host. The house is clean and very near to the market. The location is safe because it’s just near to the guard house.The caretaker is just a call-away. We had a superb and comfy stay .

was a ideal place for us to stay . Jane was easy to contact and always very quick to respond. the place could do with a lick of paint. but had everything one needed.

Me and my family had been booking via Airbnb (mostly my family's account) but I can 100% say that this was the greatest value. The host (Jordan) was very accommodating, start to finish. Instructions were always very clear. The caretaker was also very friendly. The house itself was worth the money for a place to stay in if you're traveling to nearby places in Cebu. Centralized A/C, working vent hood (which I believe is super important for centralized A/C), there's hot water, there's 2 bathrooms (1 in master's), there's so much space in the living room, sofa is convertible to bed, I really could go on and I will not be saying anything bad about it. Really served its purpose: offer a place for travelers that would still be comfortable and homey. And...the location is walking distance to Gaisano mall so you can just grab what you need. If you prefer fruits or food that's not from the grocery, then there are stores nearby din. Still, surprisingly, it never felt like it's maingay. :) TYSM

It was a nice place. Clean and very big ang area. Perfect for big groups who want to stay together and celebrate. Also nice to unwind at the pool area.

Me and my wife As a guest who also is a Airbnb host, we know how small details can make a huge impression on the guests. This place was not super clean and compared to my own Airbnb listing, it was dusty and not very clean. However it was okay enough and the plus was that it had a lot of bedrooms, just what we needed as we were many. Another plus was all the air conditioners around the house and almost all bedrooms have an air conditioner. Our stay was okay but we aren’t coming back to this host, simply because the location was not suitable for our stay.

Best Airbnb place I’ve been. Pricy but we’ll worth the price. Every room has a bathroom, spacious and clean. We enjoyed the pool. Lots of places to eat just outside the village. Staff are courteous, attentive and friendly. I’ll definitely come back whenever I’m in Cebu. Highly recommended!!!
