Beautifully converted in 2021 - with slate/wooden floors with underfloor heating, wood-burning stove, bathroom with roll-top bath and walk-in shower, and a separate fully-equipped galley-kitchen. The Annexe is a self-contained and spacious double room with en-suite wet room. Located in Paignton, approximately 5 minute drive from the harbour, seafront and town centre. With easy access to the A380 and the neighbouring towns of Torquay and Brixham, as well as Dartmoor and Coastal Walking. The accommodation is step-free access from driveway to room, free parking is on the street. A breakfast selection is provided, including cereals and pastries. Our newly built Shepherd's Hut is self-contained in its own plot at the end of our back garden with direct, private access down a path alongside our property. The hut lies on the fringes of Totnes, in a secluded location with views across fields towards Haytor. A welcome breakfast of bread and cereals is provided on arrival, with tea and coffee available. We are always available should you need tips on where to go or can leave you to discover and enjoy this area entirely on your own.

Situated in the very heart of the village centre on the River Dart, you can explore all of the facilities right from your doorstep as well as having access to the beautiful South Devon coast and countryside. This private ground floor apartment has been lovingly restored from what was the local Post Office for over 100 years. The olde worlde theme is complemented by luxury finishes such as a bespoke kitchen, new ensuite facility and a warm, snug fireplace.

The self-contained cabin has a south-facing decking so you can sit with your morning coffee (fresh Italian coffee supplied!) and let the day begin. Only 10mins walk from town centre. Cabin has a modern heating system and is cosy all year round due to the quality insulation. We supply tea, oat milk and sunshine (when available in Devon 🙂). Bedding, towels & kitchen equipment is also supplied. There’s a perfect littlel kitchen area with all you need, bathroom and reliable wifi.

Having undertaken a major modernisation the cottage retains many historical features . Sleeping 6 in 3 double bedrooms there is a large kitchen diner , sitting room with log burner , bathroom with bath and separate shower and a downstairs cloakroom . The enclosed small garden to the rear offers lovely views and the opportunity to star gaze at night . We allow flexible check in and check out times if there are no bookings either side. One dog is welcome for a small booking fee.
