Brand-new AC units in EACH bedroom! Central AC system throughout. Walk paths at the end of the block, 2 miles to the bay beach, and 1 mile to a plaza with bagels, pizza, a market, and holistic urgent care. Fire pit and a paddle boat included. *There is a 4-night minimum rental requirement from the end of June to Labor Day* Enjoy all that this charming house has to offer with the lagoon right in your backyard. Lay out on the hammock, chill by the firepit or BBQ on the deck. Have fun on the water with the paddleboards / kayaks or take a bike ride out into the nature preserve. You can also bring your own boat or jet ski right up to the private floating dock. The dock is also a great spot for fishing and crabbing.
