The Garden Cottage

This is a charming flint cottage in a gorgeous rural setting. This period detached property offers relaxed, comfortable accommodation with unique character. Perfect for weekend getways or working trips. The property is situated with the grounds of a larger house backing onto meadows with sheep grazing and uninterrupted views of Suffolk countryside. The main living area is open plan with a lovely modern kitchen with table and chairs for eating at. A large leather sofa for relaxing and unwinding looking out onto your own private courtyard. In the bedroom a sumptuous king size bed to snuggle into at night and a delightfully quirky en-suite bathroom await you. In the morning enjoy a breakfast of delicious eggs laid by my chickens as I will leave breakfast essentials for you.

The Cabin

Our cabin is a very cosy place to stay with en-suite facilities, double bed, satelite TV, microwave and tea and coffee. Situated in the grounds of Manor Cottage, which is one of the few original remaining buildings of the Manor built in the late 16th century. There is a downhill gravel driveway and onsite parking, Center of Mildenhall town, surrounded by bars, restaurants and nature walks. Some breakfast items included. This cabin is idealy suited for one person, but also equiped for two.

Suffolk View Apartment

Suffolk View Apartment is a stylish space in which to relax and enjoy a special break. The apartment is finished to a high standard and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. It is located in the popular village of Tuddenham St. Mary with facilities including a friendly local pub, farm shop and fabulous walks around Cavenham Heath Nature Reserve. Within 15 minutes are the historic and vibrant Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket for the races and stunning Thetford Forest.

Situated in a quiet village with easy access to Bury St Edmunds, Newmarket, Cambridge, Norwich and coast. Friendly hosts, chickens, dog and cats on property and fresh eggs supplied. Swallow barn is a writer’s paradise!

Our Cabin offers a cosy independent stay with a fully equipped kitchen, lounge, bedroom with super-king bed, luxury en-suite shower and utility with additional toilet. This eco friendly home has air sourced underfloor heating throughout and contains many upcycled items from the exterior reclaimed scaffolding boards to the many repurposed gems to be found inside. Stepping outside there is a private south facing patio and garden with its own parking space, all just a leisurely walk from town.

A mile from A11/A14, Paddock View is a bright self contained private first floor annex with a private garden & patio. Separate double bedroom + ensuite shower room. Main living space has sofa bed & a chair bed for 2 children. Kitchen area has all that you need for a self contained stay.

Spacious house beautifully appointed, offering excellent 4 bedroom accommodation 3 en suite with King Size beds. Free off street parking for 3-4 cars. Sympathetically converted stables, with lots of natural light, open beams and under floor heating. Large kitchen with Bosch appliances, secure fenced gardens at front and rear with seating and dining areas. Little Vicarage, home from home

Enclosed garden soley for the use of guests. This home from home is tucked away and quiet, but only 5 mins walk into Mildenhall historic town, pubs, cafes and many takeaways. Less than a 10 minute drive to Mildenhall and Lakenheath airbases. Easy access to Newmarket, Bury St Edmunds, Ely and Cambridge

Private Detached Annex in Isleham Village

Set on the outskirts of Isleham a quiet village this was part of the village bakery, now been converted into a detached annex. With its own entrance, room for parking, you can come and go as you please. Kitchen with hob, microwave, oven & grill. Fridge, kettle, toaster & Smart TV included. The village has three pubs, a Co-op & Chinese takeaway all within walking distance. Good for walks around the local Marina or down The River Lark. Newmarket 20mins drive, Ely & Cambridge 30mins drive.

A cosy and stylish home near to the town centre

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. This little end of terrace house is situated in a quiet little cul-de-sac close to the centre of the historic and beautiful town of Bury St Edmunds - a 10/15 minute walk at most. My home is neat and stylish and always welcoming whatever the season. If you are coming to stay in summer I have a lovely private garden and if you stay in autumn or winter you will find the house particularly cosy. And I have good parking outside too!

Holm Oak, Lackford Lakes Barns

Holm Oak Barn has all the character of a historic building and comfort of a modern barn conversion. The open plan living area is very spacious and has a wood burning stove. The picture windows have views across the surrounding nature reserve. The barn is wheelchair accessible. All 3 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms one of which suitable for wheel chair users. Private patio area, garden furniture, parking, use of shared landscaped gardens, games room and laundry room.

Your home away from home

The house was tastefully decorated in July 2023 and comprises of a full kitchen, king bedroom with shower ensuite and a double bedroom with shower/bathroom to suit up to four guests. Located a 30 min stroll to the Abbey Gardens, St Edmundsbury Cathedral and the many restaurants/cafes of Bury St Edmunds. The house is also only a 30 min walk to the West Suffolk Hospital, so is an ideal base whether it be to explore Bury or to visit patients or work at the hospital.
