The place is very comfortable and spacious, just as displayed in the photos, and the kitchen is very well-equipped. The staff is very responsive and helpful. We had a great time at Alejandro's place.

A wonderful place! We so enjoyed the spacious apartment, excellent spacious showers, comfortable beds, lovely garden and pool. The caretaker Alejandro was so kind and helpful. He even loaned us containers to pack our lunch out when we went to Tulum! This is a perfect for families who wish to stay a while and cook their own food. Highly recommend!

Stayed for 2.5 weeks and would definitely come back. There’s room for your scooter to be behind a gate, the balcony and roof are great, inside is clean and simple with plenty to cook with in the kitchen. Also had the option of cleaners and fresh towels/sheets weekly. The neighbors dog gets a little annoying, but all in all great stay.

Florent is an excellent host! Very fast to reply to any questions. The space is very cute. I love that you can open the large glass front doors that over look the street and bring the vibes to you. The rooftop is a nice touch. It was fun to sit up there in the evenings with a beer and talk while enjoying the view of Tulum Centro. The apartment is well stocked with anything you need to enjoy a week or a month in town. They provided extra drinking water! which isn't common in our experience. The only thing I feel obligated to mention is the neighbors dogs. unfortunately if you're in the downstairs bedroom the window directly faces 3 or 4 dogs that bark morning, noon, and night. I feel bad mentioning it, we've stayed in Tulum 3 times so I know Centro can be loud, but I feel it would be a disservice to future renters if I didn't at least mention it. My advice is to use the provided Bluetooth speaker and crank some sleep sounds to try to drown them out. Otherwise it was amazing! 5 stars!

Un incontournable pour un bon séjour à Tulum. Le quartier de la Veleta est super. L'hôte est très réactif, une des meilleures communications vécues sur airbnb. L'extérieur est très charmant. Nous recommandons les yeux fermés !

Yep...the other reviewers were right. Amazing superhosts...easy to find and access...all listed amenities; aplenty. It sets you in (to the downtown area) easily. Later I will move elsewhere (larger) but it's great for 1-2 people. Unfortunately, I saw THREE dogs next door and my heart sank thinking the noise is going to just ruin it all. I gave it some time and for being 3 dogs they were NOT that bad; mostly quiet and just when I was going to mention it sometimes, they stopped. Fortunately (jinxproof), that person and the dogs moved anyways after ~2 weeks. It's actually pretty quiet around here mostly. Super cozy place. I'm using the bike a LOT. Unfortunately; the internet went out for an UNGODLY 6.7 days and I'm an online entrepreneur/nomad so it's like lifeblood. I know this was not the hosts fault whatsoever but they did their part AND after the main power grid for it was fixed at 6 days for neighbors, but this wasn't Francisco was a rockstar and hired someone to get on-site-Thx!

Nuestra estancia en Tulum fue simplemente increíble gracias a esta hermosa casa. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue perfecto: la limpieza impecable, la decoración con mucho estilo y, lo mejor de todo, la alberca privada, ideal para relajarse después de un día explorando la ciudad o la playa. La ubicación es excelente, en una zona tranquila pero con fácil acceso a restaurantes, tiendas y cenotes. Además, el anfitrión fue muy amable y siempre estuvo disponible para cualquier cosa que necesitáramos. Recomendaría este lugar sin pensarlo dos veces a cualquiera que quiera disfrutar de Tulum con total comodidad. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos!

I really enjoyed my stay! We had a group of 6, and the size was perfect. The host made it very easy to get taxi’s and was very responsive. The only downfall was location (which was my fault)! It is close proximity if you have a car/taxi, but felt it was a little out of the way from the beach and wasn’t a super walkable area! If you are looking for a super relaxing stay, I’d highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay at Yaremis's place, as we felt right at home with its cozy, clean and homey feel. The place was in a nice area where it was walkable to the city center while bike ridable to the ruins. Having a kitchen to cook and store food was extremely helpful. Definitely recommend!

Sadot’s place was really beautiful. I had kids with me who weren’t used to bugs, but that’s part of being in nature- and honestly, I think it taught them some valuable life lessons (lol). We do wish there had been a microwave. We arrived later in the evening and had a bit of trouble finding the place in the dark, so I’d recommend trying to get there during the day if possible. Humidity was only an issue when the AC wasn’t on, but once it kicked in, we were totally fine. We stayed in three different Airbnbs during our trip to Mexico, and this one was by far the best experience. We got to use the BBQ, pool, and washing machine—it was super fun and truly memorable for us.

Excelente lugar, pasamos una estadía tranquila y agradable, nos sentimos como en casa, la casa tal cual la publican muy limpia y ordenada, Claudia siempre estuvo al pendiente y solucionó muy rápido nuestras inquietudes y nos recomendò lugares bonitos ara pasarla bien. En general 10/10.

Nous recommandons vivement de loger à Nahouse. Malgré le quartier en travaux et la route pas encore terminée, les lodges Nahouse sont un très bon cadre pour passer un séjour à Tulum un peu à l’écart du Pueblo. Très bonne communication avec l’hôte qui est très réactif.

Jean Paul's condo was a perfect home base for our week-long trip to Tulum. The Xalet community is clean and well-appointed and located (within walking distance) near plenty of restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and a large supermarket. Most nights we walked into town for dinner at one of the many tasty options nearby. Jonathan at the front desk at Xalet gave us the contact info for a bike rental delivery, but you could also walk across the street or next door -- there's a ton of options around. If you need a taxi, there's usually a handful waiting for their next fare across the street. The bed was comfortable and the shower was warm (just make sure the circuit for the water heater is turned on). The blackout shades in the bedroom did their magic and the bed was super comfortable. The two ductless A/C units cool the unit perfectly and quickly. Jean Paul was a great host -- immediately responsive and very helpful. We would love to come stay again sometime.

Gabriela is an incredible host- far exceeded expectations! The condo was just like the photos and very clean. It’s in a developing neighborhood with some fantastic nearby restaurants within a short walking distance. There is construction on the street which the host mentions in the posting. It can be noisy most days (except Sunday) but we just put our headphones on and still enjoyed the outdoor spaces. One minute away is a small Cenote! And at least 3 others within travel distance on bikes or a scooter. It is about a 20 minute bike ride to the beach. You can walk to downtown Tulum (15 mins?) from the condo, some directions will lead you through some quite impoverished areas to get there. However, Tulum feels extremely safe and welcoming at all times. We loved our visit and our stay! Immerse yourself in the Mexican culture and you will love it too!

Beautiful ocean view! Wake up to the sunrise, waves crashing in on the rocks, it’s stunning. The condo has beautiful tile decor, comfortable beds and kitchen is well-equipped, drinking water supplied. Amazing place! (Wifi is not good if that’s important). When we arrived, the power was out. JP greeted us and the team kindly helped us with our bags, apologizing for the inconvenience. They got the fridge working but we did not have use of power for approx 24 hours which made the beginning of our stay tricky. *We did not ask for nor receive any compensation for the inconvenience.* Our kids loved the pool. Although it was the middle of the day we received some odd looks and comments about how loud our kids were from other residents. We did not find free beach access near the Airbnb, just rocky areas and private property. We had beach and pool access at nearby restaurant/bar La Buena Vida which we enjoyed. We also enjoyed Lol•Ha Snack Bar and free beach access at Akumal Bay.

We loved our stay here! The condo was much larger than we expected and was perfect for the two of us. Charming decor, comfortable bed, good shower, and everything else we needed. There was some seaweed on the beach as we expected was possible coming this time of year but it did not ruin our experience at all. The trade off of having a secluded beach all to ourselves was well worth it! It was an incredible experience. Mandy is an incredible host and provided us with everything we could have hoped for. Highly recommend staying here if you’re looking for a relaxing and tranquil vibe.

A great place for a peaceful stay in Akumal. Snorkeling paradise! Very friendly staff and security did more than required to make us feel safe and welcome. I would advise to bring plenty of food since the restaurant was closed, but it was three-kings day so maybe just bad timing for us. The nearby Pueblo across the road is pretty crappy, but there is fresh produce available there. If I go again I will stay away from the town.

Zeker aan te raden! Heel mooi verblijf. Hou er rekening mee dat je hier geen bereik hebt. De wegen zijn erg hobbelig en er is geen Uber. Ik raad aan om scooters of fietsen te huren als je geen auto hebt (indien niet beschikbaar door accomodatie). Eens je de regio wat kent, is het super leuk!

this house it's a paradise. Margot is a super responsible person our stay was awesome with this apartment. I will go back for sure another time
