House matched the photos and description. Venkata was easy to work with and responded to questions. It was clean and easy to find. Bonus was the attached two car garage which helped since street parking can get congested.

This place is amazing! It’s in the perfect spot—about 1.5 hours from one of Yosemite’s entrances and Dodge Ridge Ski Resort. Groveland is such a cute little community with shops, restaurants, and gas stations close by. The house is like a dream! It’s super cozy, has amazing views, and was perfect for our winter getaway. Everything was exactly as described, and it was really easy to find. When I mentioned the water was cold, Michael quickly fixed the water temperature—he was responsive and helpful.

What a great location and really nice and clean home in Modesto! The hots were super responsive, kind, helpful and friendly. The location of the home is safe, with empty fields on three sides, a fenced in yard, and great locks on all the entryways. It is on a busy residential street but it was very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, the washer and dryer were such a benefit go have, the kitchen had lots of condiments, spices and other extras, and the bathroom was spotless along with everything else in the house. We highly recommend this Airbnb and host.

Fantastic stay! Very clean and cozy. Excellent lighting both inside and outside. Nice fenced backyard for the dog. Great that it had off street parking. With 3 people it was wonderful to have 2 full bathrooms and 3 beds. Pictures described the home perfectly. Quick communications. Much thanks for having my 19 year old kitty, Josie stay. Would definitely like to stay again for future trips in the area.

Beautiful location, close to the lake. Had all of the amenities we need for 2 families and the beds were comfy.

This place was Amazing ! Very spacious, the kitchen was amazing . We went up for the weekend to celebrate my father’s late birthday cooked , played games . The game Room was amazing . Upon arrival there was no water I messaged Eric and he responded back within minutes and got it taken care of , definitely will be booking again this summer !

We had a great stay! The apartment has everything you need! Debbie is very kind attentive and responsive! We will stay again. Apartment is very clean and cozy. Air conditioner and works really well. Plenty of hot water and very comfortable bed.

Buffy & Chip's place was very homey and comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked with gadgets and appliances. They were very responsive to our messages and went out of their way to help us out. I would come back again, highly recommend!

We are a family of 5 visiting the Yosemite area for vacation We had the unfortunate experience of booking an Airbnb that was below standards for cleanliness. We began looking for an alternate place to stay at 12 midnight. It was Labor Day weekend and we messaged a few homes to for an Instant book. The stars aligned and Tori responded at 1:30am. She sent us the code to enter her beautiful home. The home was immaculate! Linens and towels were clean and fresh. The beds are so comfortable! The kitchen had the basic essentials and some spices that allowed us to prepare a few meals. She has Keurig machine for coffee. We used her full size washer and dryer and her grill outside-nice amenities to use during our vacation. The Mar-Val grocery store is only a 1/4 of a mile away and they surprisingly had everything you would need ! 10/10 recommend! She is definitely a Super-host!!

The house was beautiful, and we had everything we needed. We did a lot of BBQ and cooking. The outside patio is the best. Michelle responded very quick when I had a question. She even went out of her way to get us access to the lake and be able to go kayaking. We will definitely be coming back to enjoy the lake more.

We had an amazing week at this Airbnb with our family and Golden Retriever. The host was super responsive and helpful from start to finish. The home is clean, modern, and pet-friendly—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The backyard is a peaceful oasis with a koi fish pond, swimming pool, comfortable outdoor seating, and a built-in grill. We loved spending time both inside and out. Highly recommend this place, and we would definitely stay here again!

Came up from the Bay Area to have a peaceful start to the New Year and our stay was exactly that. The community is super peaceful and close to local restaurants, store and meat market. The property itself was perfect. Everything was clean and felt brand new. The kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with necessities and more making it extremely convenient. The house was well put together and felt very comfortable and homey. Would love to come back in the summer and enjoy the lake and community amenities!

This beautiful home in Groveland was perfect place to get together with our children and grandkids, and take everyone to Yosemite. Plenty of space for the adults to chat and the grandkids to play. The kids loved the game room, which was filled with board games, foosball and an arcade game. The outdoor areas were spacious, and the front deck seating area had a view of the lake. The kitchen was well equipped, had most of the utensils we needed. The refrigerator and freezer were huge and fit three family's worth of food! We especially appreciated the labels indicating where items were located. Each of the large bedrooms had their own bathroom, which was a plus, and the beds were comfortable. Our daughter and son-in-law really enjoyed the hidden sauna! Miguel and Victoria were very responsive and extremely helpful when we had questions. Would love to enjoy this home again!

Our group of 6 had a nice stay at Angela’s place for our 3 night stay. The place was comfortable and accommodated all our needs. Angela checked in with us regularly to see if there was anything we needed which was appreciated. If you’re looking for a convenient place in Modesto this is it.

Beside from the home being absolutely beautiful, clean, and convenient, the host was super helpful and considerate. The sleep here was incredible. Will definitely be staying here again.

We stayed with my family of 6 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We got locked out the first night and Jesse responded right away and got us in. There were no issues and we would stay again!

Would definitely stay here again. Property and surrounding areas were beautiful and check in was easy. Family trip with five dogs and over 8 people and it never felt like we were on top of each other. Easily accessible lake with trail access kept us occupied and the cows were a great sight. Incredible stay and the views of the night skies and stars gave ample opportunity for stargazing. Should have brought a telescope! amazing time at this beautiful cabin with the family, cant wait to have another opportunity to stay here again! thank you Norma and Waldo for being so helpful
