Renta de departamentos vacacionales en Tuscan Archipelago

Wir waren zu zweit in der Unterkunft von Laura und waren sehr zufrieden. Von dem Balkon in der Küche konnten wir das Meer sehen und der Strand ist in weniger als 5 Gehminuten erreichbar. Die Wohnung eignet sich perfekt als Basis für einen Urlaub auf Elba, da der Hafen für die Fähren und die Altstadt mit ihren vielen Restaurants und den Sehenswürdigkeiten einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen sind. Ich kann die Unterkunft von Laura deswegen mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen.

Die Gastgeberin Chiara war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat schnell auf Fragen reagiert. Die Wohnung ist wirklich blitzsauber und es ist alles vorhanden und in einem guten Zustand. Ein wunderschöner Panoramablick mit Sonnenaufgängen und auf den Ort Rio nell’Elba waren beeindruckend. Der private Parkplatz ist sehr sicher. Die Unterkunft ist empfehlenswert. Danke für die Gastfreundschaft.

Wir hatten eine gute Zeit in der Ferienwohnung in Vada! Die Wohnung entsprach der Beschreibung und war gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war gut, sowohl für Ausflüge in die Umgebung als auch für entspannte Tage am Meer. Besonders angenehm waren die zwei Badezimmer, die uns viel Komfort ermöglichten. Insgesamt ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt – wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

I can highly recommend this apartment. Everything was perfect. The interior is designed with great attention to detail, and the equipment leaves nothing to be desired – there’s even a sun umbrella and beach chairs. The location is also fantastic: right in the heart of the charming old town and just a few steps from the sea and the beach. Francesco is extremely friendly, warm, and attentive.

Großartige Lage an einem der schönsten Strände. Man benötigt kein Auto um zum Strand oder in die Innenstadt zu kommen. Die warme Außendusche war unser Highlight nach einem langen Strandtag.

Very nice place and location; well located near Capoliveri, walking distance, perfect for couples or adults, a little less for children due to hilly roads to reach the town. Very panoramic and romantic view, special tips (not usual tourisms) from Paola to discover the island. The house is nice, nice furniture and well equipped. It‘s good value for money. It‘s recommended.

sono stata presso questa casa per il trail dell'Elba con 2 amici. comodissima come posizione, a piedi qualche minuto sei in centro e sulla spiaggia. la casa ha Parcheggio interno, ed è spaziosa e pulita all'interno e con tutti i confort. Cucina ultra accessoriata già comprensiva di tutti i condimenti, caffè, zucchero, tè, tisane. idem per il bagno con sapone e tutti i detersivi per la pulizia. la host Serena e la sua mamma Rita sono state perfette e gentilissime! grazie, spero di poter tornare presto!!!!

Un piccolo appartamentino da sogno, semplice ma pulito ed ordinato. c'è tutto quello che occorre soprattutto un balconcino sul porticciolo dove perdersi... piccola spiaggetta davanti casa e direttamente sul lungo porto vicino a negozi, e ristoranti. I proprietari ci hanno fornito tutte le informazioni utili per il soggiorno compreso consigli su cosa fare e dove mangiare...tutto perfetto! Esperienza sicuramente da rifare! Grazie mille!!!!

L'appartamento era molto grande e accogliente. Non mancava proprio niente, meglio che a casa mia! Cucina super attrezzata, beni di prima necessità presenti e anche di più. Abbiamo anche trovato degli omaggi di benvenuto che abbiamo molto apprezzato! Gianluca molto simpatico e disponibile. È la prima volta che prenoto tramite Airbnb e posso dire di essere stata molto soddisfatta! Avevamo anche per la prima volta il nostro cane (labrador di 7 mesi) con noi e non ci sono stati problemi. Molto disponibili anche da questo lato. Sicuramente tornerò a casa di Gina se ritornerò in zona. Ciao

Stefania war sehr freundlich und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Bei der Ankunft hat sie uns sogar einen selbst-gemachten Limoncello geschenkt, weil wir die ersten Gäste im Jahr waren. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und gut gelegen, das Stadtzentrum und das Meer sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Marianna ist eine sehr nette und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir hatten bei unserer Anreise Probleme die Ferienwohnung zu finden und sie war sofort zur Stelle und hat uns in Capoliveri abgeholt. Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig mit toller Aussicht und bis zum nächsten Strand sind es nur wenige Gehminuten. Bei der Ferienwohnung handelt es sich allerdings um ein Reihenendhaus (was uns bei der Buchung nicht bewusst war), was bedeutet, dass auch andere Gäste den Garten mitbenutzen und man auf dem Freisitz keine Privatsphäre hat. Wir hatten aber auf jeden Fall eine tolle Urlaubswoche.

La nostra è stata la prima volta all'isola dell'Elba…la posizione della casa è strategica, ci si può muovere a piedi e in bicicletta (che sono messe a disposizione degli ospiti), ma ubicata in una zona tranquilla. Molto gentile e disponibile …insomma una bellissima vacanza. Ci ritorneremo sicuramente.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Il posto è splendido, immerso negli ulivi e molto rilassante. La piscina bellissima e la zona è incantevole. Alessandro è stato molto ospitale, ci ha fatto trovare tutto perfetto e ci ha regalato una bottiglia di vino prodotto da loro, molto buono! Renato è super disponibile e simpatico. Soggiorno da non dimenticare!!

Roberta war sehr zur zuvorkommend, hat uns umsorgt und bot immer wieder ihre Hilfe an. Nachdem wir eine Rundreise mit dem Bus unternommen hatten und bei einem Zwischenhalt den Anschluß-Bus verpassten, hatte sie uns angeboten uns abzuholen. Sie war sehr umsorgt. Die Wohnung war groß, schön und sehr sauber. Alle notwendigen Küchengeräte waren vorhanden. Die Lage ist gut, Fußläufig ist in der Stadt fast alles erreichbar. Eine wunderschöne Altstadt mit vielen Restaurants und einer schönen Burg. Wir würden immer wieder bei Roberta buchen, es hat uns bei ihre gan toll gefallen. Man fühlt sich wie Zuhause.

Il nostro soggiorno a Belforte è stato semplicemente meraviglioso! Patrizio è un ospite eccezionale: molto accogliente, disponibile e attento a ogni dettaglio. Ci ha fatto sentire come a casa fin dal primo momento. Gli abitanti di Belforte sono persone calorose e amichevoli, ed è stato un vero piacere scoprire l’autenticità di questo splendido borgo. L’appartamento è estremamente accogliente, curato con grande amore e dotato di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno perfetto. Ogni dettaglio è stato pensato per garantire comfort e relax. Consigliamo assolutamente questa esperienza a chiunque voglia vivere la vera atmosfera italiana in un posto incantevole!

Una volta provata e assaporata l'atmosfera di questo magico posto e la bellissima energia delle persone che gestiscono tutto posso dire con certezza che quando tornerò in Toscana non ho più bisogno di cercare altro e diventare matto. Qui c'è tutto quello che cerchi quando pensi alla parola vacanza. Ideale anche per bambini. Oltre ogni aspettativa. Grazie ancora dei giorni passati insieme🙏

Innanzitutto vorrei sottolineare la disponibilità e la cortesia delle persone che ci hanno accolto. L'agriturismo si trova abbastanza vicino a luoghi d'interesse e allo stesso tempo ben isolato perché sopra una collina... ideale! La struttura è ampia e ben organizzata in due blocchi e questo assicura calma e privacy. L'appartamento molto grazioso, rustico e accogliente.

Quiet location, secluded, clean pool and beautiful views, clean and spacious rooms, wifi works best at pool but intermittent upstairs depending on room location. There is 80$ euro cleaning fee to be paid in cash, I had 100$ cash remaining so I was ok, so be sure to have cash on hand. Noemi offered recommendations for dinner and supermarket which were great. Overall, good experience for quiet and relaxing few nights.

Sal was a lovely host, very kind and greeted us openly with his entire family there visiting. The house is 1km off the main road so quite remote, but very picturesque over the valley. He gave an overview of the apt and property at check-in and didn’t bother us during the stay, but said hello a few times by the pool ☺️ The AC in both rooms worked well and the bed was quite comfy - softer than any others we had over a month in Europe. The shower had a drain clog but I was able to clear, it is quite small though if you’re tall or wide 😉 (needed some shower soap). Kitchen had most things, would’ve liked some olive oil but they ran out of their production for the season. Sal did give us a stellar bottle of their wine from 2017 that was magnificent! Laundry was efficient in the pool house, and the pond and duck was peaceful. The pool area is lovely and plenty of chairs / umbrellas. A little further from main towns / restaurants than expected. Some excellent wineries nearby though!

L’appartamento corrispondeva alla descrizione che avevamo letto nell’annuncio, però le foto non rappresentavano a pieno la bellezza del posto. La vista è fantastica e ha un tramonto splendido ogni sera e una stupenda luna ogni notte. La casa ha tutto ciò che è necessario per un vacanza, unica pecca è non avere la lavatrice ad uso esclusivo ma alla fine siamo riusciti a lavare tutto ugualmente al bisogno. Isolina ha un prezioso tesoro tra le mani che senti di dover preservare come se fosse tuo, anche se per pochi giorni. Per noi è stata Una vacanza rigenerante.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und ich kann diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen. Um sie richtig zu genießen, sollte man mit einem Auto anreisen, da sie inmitten der Natur und etwas abgelegen liegt. Das ist jedoch ein großer Vorteil, denn die umliegende Landschaft ist wunderschön und lädt zum Erkunden und Genießen ein. Sie bietet einen tollen Kontrast zu den Tagen, an denen die nahegelegenen Städte und Touristenattraktionen besucht werden.

Elettra was wonderful and the apartment was beautiful. The one we booked had damage so she provided an upgrade for free. It was the offseason in San Vincenzo but Elettra bent over backwards to help us find things to do and places to eat. She even offered to drive us from the train stop and to dinner. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The apartment was clean and beautiful and walking distance to everything in town.
