Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la maison de Berith. Celle-ci est décorée avec beaucoup de charme. Elle est très bien située, dans un endroit paisible, avec un jardin magnifique. Berith est très agréable pour la communication et nous avait laissé un petit cadeau de bienvenue : une bouteille de limoncello. Le seul point négatif a été un problème d'evacuation des toilettes. Merci Berith pour votre accueil!

We really enjoyed Elba and this place was perfect for us, we felt right at home! We stayed here for a week and rented a bike for 4 days and did the rest by bus. Elba has a good bus system to easily explore the island! Maria Luisa is by far the best host, sweet, flexible, helpful and she provided the house with snacks/food upon arrival, which was great after a day of traveling. We would love to come back some day!

Tolle Unterkunft mit einer super Terrasse! Gianfrancesco ist sehr hilfreich und gut erreichbar. Es war ein entspannter und schöner Aufenthalt - gerne wieder!

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einem kleinen Ort in Italien. Die örtlichen Aktivitäten sind sehr zu empfehlen. Besonders geeignet für Wein Liebhaber. Zum erreichen der Städte Pisa und Florenz lässt es sich empfehlen einen Bahnhof anzusteuern um von dort aus mit Zug weiterzufahren. Die Bahnhöfe in der Gehend sind schnell mit dem Auto erreichbar.

Our stay at Alessandra´s place has been fantastic. The house and the terrace are gorgeous. Stitting there in the late afternoon and evenings, watching the sun set is a dream - no need to move much. A nice beach with pebble stone can be reached in walking distance. The house has everything you need and is spacy and comfortable. The mosquito nets in front of doors and windows are pretty useful. For everyone enjoying a great view over the sea it is highly recommended. The communication has been easy and fast. Nothing to complain. Thanks for the great time we had.

Ein „eigenes“ Haus mit einem tollen Garten. Sicher umzäunt für unseren Hund. Letizia ist eine tolle und liebe Gastgeberin, sie hat schnell reagiert und all unsere Problemchen schnell gelöst. Vielen Dank!

We absolutely loved our stay at Podere Collina. The house is a beautiful 300-year old farmhouse with lots of interesting decor and artifacts. It was comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped. But the best thing about it was the surroundings—it's right in the middle of an olive orchard with views of the hills around and Volterra at the top of the hill. We also got to learn how the olives are harvested and Luisa's husband Nicola took us to see how the olive oil is made! A really unique and lovely place to stay.

Nous sommes très heureux d’avoir pu dormir deux nuits chez Elena. Le cadre est splendide, authentique comme nous aimons. Niché au milieu d’une vallée, la vue et le calme sont si paisible. Les animaux sont en accès dans la propriété, ce qui en ajoute son charme. Le logement est authentique, nous avons aimé retrouver le goût de l’ancien comme nous l’adorons. La literie et les équipements sont parfait. Il n’y a strictement rien à redire. Si nous avions su nous aurions apprécié passer notre semaine entière dans le logement. Elisa et sa famille son très chaleureux, un grand merci à vous pour ce séjour.

Really wonderful place. Antonia is a fantastic host and provided us with really helpful instructions to find the Airbnb which is tucked away on the hill side. The views are incredible and there is everything you need both in the flat and the surrounding area. Couldn’t recommend highly enough and will definitely be looking to come back.

l'appartamento è molto bello e accogliente, c'è tutto quello che ti serve per trascorrere un comodo soggiorno. Davide è stato disponibile e puntuale. Si trova in pieno centro del paese, nel quale si possono fare diverse esperienze in natura. Spero di poterci tornare. Lo consiglio.

Mon séjour chez Barbara était merveilleux. La vue depuis le balcon est à couper le souffle. L'environnement est charment et très calme. La maison de Barbara a beaucoup de charme. Le lever du soleil depuis le balcon est un must. Barbara et Marco ont été très accueillant et serviable. Je recommande pour un séjour ressourçant.

Alloggio centralissimo per girare l'isola. Contesto rilassante, curato nei dettagli, immerso nel verde. Casa pulita e attrezzata, personalizzata da Chris. Host presente e super disponibile, che mette tanto lavoro e dedizione nella sua attività e si vede. Merita davvero l'area esterna, con un bel giardino e una fantastica piscina. Perfetta la posizione. Johanna’s delightful listing is in part of the family’s historically significant home. Inside, the apartment is filled with books and interesting art of all kinds. The bed is comfortable. The kitchen is small, but I cooked some nice meals. The outdoor space is amazing. We loved having our coffee in the morning in the garden, and our wine in the evening overlooking the harbor. We loved the winding walk into town and back, and there is a nice grocery store very nearby. Johanna and her daughter Giulia were very kind and responsive when the WiFi stopped working. They did everything they could to fix the issue and it was fine for the rest of our stay. They also left us a lovely bottle of wine and we even got a ride from Johanna to and from the bus stop upon arrival and departure. We felt we were truly “guests” of the family. Be sure and ask about the history of the home if you get a chance. Enjoy your stay!

We loved our stay in Volterra. If anything, we wished we had booked a longer stay. The Airbnb was wonderful. It’s on three floors as described, so be ready for the stairs. Don’t worry… they’ll get you ready for the climbs around Volterra. Otherwise, the pictures don’t do it justice. It’s spacious and has all of the needed amenities. Volterra is a walkable city, and this spot allowed us to get to everything with ease. It’s on a quiet street, but still close to everything. Perfect. As a traveler’s note, if you take the bus into town, take it all the way to the end of the line. We got off at the earlier spot to save us some walking, but that earlier stop was not a good one! Trust me.

Woooow, no words can really describe how wonderful this place is. We've seen this fantastic villa from afar before (you can see it when coming in to the island from the boat), but we could never imagine how wonderful it is. The house itself is perfect, with plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms etc - but what really stood out was how close you were to the city while also feeling like having your own little paradise. The balconies where a dream, the view perfect and the private place to swim simply wonderful. 10/10, and will 100% come back!

It was a Family Trip for us (kids and adults, in total 10 people) and everyone was super happy with the place! The house is very nice and big in a perfect location. We felt home straight away. Everyone enjoyed the nice pool and we had a lot of nice Family-time e.g. with BBQ or doing our own pizza in the beautiful italian Pizza oven outside. The Communication with Pamela was genial. She helped us a lot with recommandations (Restaurants, delivery service, doctor) and always offered us that we can call her if we have any language barriers (e.g. with the doctor). Thank you for the great time! We can recommend the place for 100%.

Il Pollaio is an amazing villa... close enough to nice restaurants in Volterra and other villages, but so private. the space was perfect for 3 couples. The kitchen, terrace, and pool were all top notch!

Francesca and Sabrina were outstanding hosts! The villa is the most amazing place to unwind and escape with friends/family. The pool is amazing and great size for a large group of people. Would certainly recommend getting cars and Francesca and her team were very helpful in organising this. Rooms are beautiful and great sizes. The self contained apartments are great for large groups, as each has a kitchen and bathroom. Overall an amazing stay at the villa and would highly recommend.

In 8 amici abbiamo trascorso solo un weekend, troppo poco, nell'alloggio di Barbara. Location fantastica, per un gruppo numeroso è perfetta, molto riservata e nel verde, ma raggiungibile senza troppi problemi dalla strada principale che porta al Golfclub Acquabona. Barbara sempre disponibile e gentile, ci ha inoltre permesso, visto il periodo di fine stagione, di prolungare il checkout per farci godere appieno anche l'ultimo giorno fino alla fine. Sicuramente un posto dove tornare!

abbiamo soggiornato in 8 amici per il capodanno, nonostante il nostro ritardo all'arrivo Riccardo si è trattenuto per spiegarci la storia della casa e dei suoi dintorni. è sempre stato disponibile ed interessato sulla comodità del nostro soggiorno. la casa è veramente magnifica, ancora più grande di quel che si vede in foto e veramente ben tenuta. il tragitto per arrivare non è semplicissimo ma una volta imparato diventa più semplice.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our anniversary. This was our first experience in Tuscany and it did not disappoint. The house is very private, there is only 1 house behind it however from most viewpoints you cannot see it and we never saw anyone. Volterra is a beautiful medieval place that will make you feel like you are in a movie. An hour from Pisa, drivable to many many wineries in the surrounding regions, this air bnb is a perfect place to stay and we hope to return again.

Wonderful villa and grounds with private sea access and lounge area in the rocks. Tastefully renovated older villa, very attentive hosts who helped with any of the minor issues we had. Nice pellet oven was great as the weather was a bit cool. Wonderful place and view.
