Gina’s place is absolutely phenomenal. Stunning, out of this world location and a very comfortable villa. Gina was an amazing host who welcomed us personally and showed us around. We had a good basket and freshly cooked food as a welcome gift!! I cannot recommend Le Capanne highly enough. It was awesome.

Jolie petite maison ds un très GD terrain clos avec une belle maison en face avec plusieurs locations. Fonctionnel, de quoi cuisiner niveau ustensiles. Prévoir des serviettes de bain en plus pr la piscine. Rien est clos ou fermés à l'extérieur entre les locations (lieu idéal pour organiser un séjour familal, cousinade ou entre amis, le cadre si prête) avec cette belle piscine (totalement clôturée par sécurité) bcp de place autour, ce n'est pas dérangeant si on est plusieurs, transat, elle est nettoyé ts les jours. Cadre très verdoyant avec les bêtes de la ferme ( poneys, ânes, cochons, vache et son veau, etc...) aux alentours et les sangliers. Juste pr info c'est encaissé , pas de vue mais ressourcant car ds la nature. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Giancarlo qui est très réactif au message mais ns avons rencontré son fils avec sa petite famille qui sont très sympathiques, donnent des conseils et renseignements, ilsi aiment les échangent. Merci à tous

Isabella è una persona simpatica e alla mano, ci ha accolto nella sua splendida villa mettendoci subito a nostro agio. Ottimi i suoi consigli sui luoghi da visitare e dove mangiare. L'alloggio dispone di tutti i confort, bellissima la piscina salata, purtroppo non disponibile non essendo ancora iniziata la stagione. Ci ritornerò sicuramente, grazie di tutto Isabella!

We absolutely loved our stay at Podere Collina. The house is a beautiful 300-year old farmhouse with lots of interesting decor and artifacts. It was comfortable and the kitchen is really well equipped. But the best thing about it was the surroundings—it's right in the middle of an olive orchard with views of the hills around and Volterra at the top of the hill. We also got to learn how the olives are harvested and Luisa's husband Nicola took us to see how the olive oil is made! A really unique and lovely place to stay.

Ideal place for someone who choose silence and calmness. Dreamed place for someone like us who set big price for nature/being able to reset mind and totally chillout. Area is situated far from the road and there is only a sound and smell of nature. Thats how we imagined Toscany - winery, cyprysses, wild environment and all far from loud city. Swimming pool was extra addiction which helped with high temperatures and also added prestige to the object. Access to activities/sightseeing around is very suitable - you have more than 8 different places to visit which takes almost whole day each. This object beaten up our expectations - it’s so so impressive - we will definitely come back. PS. We were with our 16months old daughter - she was happier than we could imagine. Totally recommend, Szymon and Justyna.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

La villetta di Heidi è un piccolo gioiello, situata in una posizione tranquilla e riservata ma vicinissima (5 minuti di auto) alla cittadina di Porto Azzurro dove poter trovare tutto il necessario (supermercati, ristoranti, negozi...). La vista dalla casa è meravigliosa e lo spazio esterno è perfetto per rilassarsi e godere della natura. La casa è piccola ma pulitissima, dotata di ogni confort ed accogliente, perfettamente conforme alla descrizione e alle foto fornite da Heidi. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! La nostra cagnolina ha adorato il giardino e la spiaggia per cani proprio sotto la casa! Unico piccolo neo per quanto riguarda le nostre abitudini, è stato il fatto che non era possibile oscurare completamente le stanze da letto e dunque la luce la mattino ci svegliava abbastanza presto! Heidi è stata sempre estremamente veloce e gentile nelle riposte e, anche se distante, disponibile in ogni momento in cui abbiamo avuto bisogno di lei.

Sono stata a Castiglione della Pescaia una settimana con la mia famiglia e il mio cane. Mi sono trovata veramente bene nell'alloggio di Flavia , pulitissimo , molto bella la posizione e il giardino ben curato. devo dire che è il posto ideale per rilassarsi e godersi la tranquillità di una vacanza.

Dont even think and just book it. Great place amazing views . Vittorio and his family are the kindest most nice people on the planet. Appartment comes squeaky clean and with all the amenities a person would need. Great recommendations of places, restaurants and everything,although you do need a car to check most of them out but everything is in radius 15min. Vittorio checked in multiple times to ask if everything was okay and if anything else was needed. Even went out of his way and prepared us a special place by the pool to celebrate new year’s. Lovely overall 100/10 :)

La casa di Beatrice è un piccolo gioiellino: pulita, ordinata, spaziosa, accogliente, completa di tutto, con anche una fresca veranda con un giardino curato dove poter pranzare in compagnia e far giocare i bambini. Dispone anche di due posti auto comodissimi. Si trova in una via residenziale tranquilla a due passi dal bellissimo mare e a due minuti in macchina dal centro di Castiglione. Beatrice è un host molto premurosa, si notano subito l'amore e la passione che ci mette per rendere la casa il più accogliente possibile per far in modo che gli ospiti passino un soggiorno felice e tornino a casa soddisfatti. Noi abbiamo passato una bellissima settimana ed è stata dura fare le valigie per far ritorno a casa! Se scegliete Castiglione come luogo di vacanza, le case di Beatrice sono super consigliate! Grazie ancora per il fantastico soggiorno!

Wir hatten eine super Zeit in Paolos Haus. Die Lage ist absolut fantastisch und Paolo ist sehr freundlich und hat super schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Vor allem der Sonnenuntergang ist spektakulär von der Unterkunft aus.

Wir hatten etwas Pech, weil auf dem Nachbargrundstück gerade mit viel Lärm gebaut wurde. Die Wohnung selbst liegt aber eigentlich hervorragend: Nahe am Strand und an der Altstadt und ohne Durchgangsverkehr. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt buchstäblich an nichts. Elisabetta ist eine sehr nette Gastgeberin.

Ampio appartamento luminoso, molto comodo e curato. Arredamento un po' antiquato, ma assolutamente ben tenuto. Pulizia ineccepibile. Molto vicino sia alla spiaggia che al centro, a due passi dalla Coop, ma sotto casa ci sono forno, bar e alimentari. Sito ad un primo piano comodo (due brevi rampe di scale) con accesso autonomo dalla strada. Facilità di parcheggio nella strada sotto casa, gratuito. La notte è veramente tranquillo e silenzioso. Biancheria extra, su richiesta, non disponibili eventuali facilities per bambini, quindi bisogna attrezzarsi. La signora Valeria è a due passi ed è molto disponibile. Assolutamente da consigliare!

Era la nostra prima volta a Castiglione. Padrone di casa (mamma e figlia) gentilissime, accoglienti e disponibilissime. Posto meraviglioso, lontano dal caos cittadino ma a poca distanza dal mare, immersi nella natura e nella pace. Alloggio spazioso, dotato di tutto il necessario all'interno e all'esterno con sdraie, ombrellone e tavolo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Grazie ancora di tutto. Torneremo sicuramente.

Es war ein Traum! Wer sich auf eine echte toskanische Location einlassen möchte, wird hier mehr als das Paradies finden! Maura und Francesco sind unglaublich liebevolle Gastgeber. Alles perfekt! Jedermann, wer echte toskanische Gastfreundschaft erleben und eine unglaublich stimmige Anlage mit Aura erleben will, sei es von ganzem Herzen empfohlen!

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit! Die Gastgeberin war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Haus ist eine richtige Wohlfühloase, umgeben von einem wunderschönen Pinienwald, der für eine entspannte Atmosphäre sorgt. Besonders begeistert waren wir von dem tollen Pfad, der direkt zum Strand führt – perfekt für Spaziergänge und um die Natur zu genießen. Die große Küche bietet alles, was man braucht, um für die ganze Gruppe zu kochen. Besonders aufmerksam war, dass die Gastgeberin uns ein paar Spielsachen für das Kind unserer Freunde gebracht hat – das hat den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ottima posizione, appartamento spazioso e funzionale e ben disposto.

Wir wurden von Girogio sehr herzlich empfangen. Es sprach ausschließlich italienisch, leider kein Englisch. Wir haben uns trotzdem über die wesentlichen Punkte verständigen können, nur für die telefonische Verabredung zum CheckIn brauchten wir Hilfe von einem Italiener. Das Appartement ist super gelegen und sauber, der Blick auf die Bucht und die sehr ruhige Lage sind traumhaft. Hier kann man herrliche Sonnenuntergänge bei einem Glas Rotwein genießen. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, wir haben uns fast jeden Tag selbst versorgt und nichts vermisst. In dem Restaurant unten am Strand bekommt man sogar eine kleine Ermäßigung, wenn man dort angibt, dass man von Giorgio kommt. Sein Neffe arbeitet dort. :-) Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an Giorgio!!! Das waren tolle 8 Tage!

We enjoyed the time in a big, beautifully furnished house, which consists of 3 independent units, the one downstairs being a great commonplace for whole group. The host was very nice, helpful and communicative. Our two dogs loved the big, fully fenced garden with lots of space for seating and enjoying the views of Scarlino. We would definitely choose this house again in the future.

Sehr freundliche und angenehme Gastgeberin, praktisch und geschmackvoll eingerichtete Unterkunft, in 10 Min Fussweg zum Strand. Fahrräder zur freien Verfügung, sodass man morgens schnell noch frisches Brot kaufen gehen kann. Leider bei uns viele Stechmücken, sodass der Sitzplatz und der Rasen nur eingeschränkt genutzt werden konnte. Gerne wieder!

Tolles Häuschen mit allem drum und dran was man braucht für entspannte Ferien. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen oder Baden im Meer. Die Küche ist gut eingerichtet und das tragbare WLAN ist super!
